Hotel was great and its location is great. The only problem is that rooms do not have any safe. Usually this is not a problem, but I suspect that cleaning staff found and 'borrowed' my cash.

The room was not very clean when I walk in. The bed sheets have a lot of stains. I don’t think they even wash it. Stain/dirty streaks under the bed as well. I don’t think they clean there. My son got bug bite front the bed. They advertised come with laundry but only washer, no dryer.

ホテルは少し古さを感じましたが、問題なしです。バスタオルが人数分あるとよかった。飛行機が欠航で、数日後の帰国となり、朝早いので、こちらのホテルにしましたが金浦空港までアクセスが良いのと、延泊分の着替えがなく、こちらのホテルには部屋に洗濯機があったので、衣類を買わなくてすみ助かりました！

ベッドの上にカッターナイフの折った刃がありました。危ないし、非常に怖くて部屋を交換してもらいましたが、支配人なのか偉い人はなんともないような態度で不愉快でした。説明を聞くと壁紙を貼り直したときに落とされたということです。壁紙を貼り直した後に部屋の掃除とベッドをセットするのが同然かと思いますが、どうやらそのまま顧客を入れたようです。 2度と行きたくない体験をさせてもらいました。

I enjoyed all 4 days i stayed at the hotel it was very clean and comfortable i read a review that said the beds are not comfortable because they are firm but i slept like a baby the blankets and pillows were very nice it was also very nice that the front dest employees knew english

Disappointed with what looked like a nice hotel when booking. The rooms are very, very cramped and unbearably hot with no way to control the AC, which turns off when out of the room anyway. Opening the window would help except for the incredible amount of noise that goes on outsidr throughout the night. The beds themselves are as hard as the floor. When I asked staff for an extra blanket they told me "no, we don't give out extra blankets." First time hearing that from a hotel. As nice as the placement of the hotel is, I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

The building looks clean; however, the inside of rooms are very old. Especially, bathrooms are problematic. There is a short barrier between a toilet and a shower, meaning that liquid from the shower can sweep and reach the toilet.

The hotel was fine for the price that we paid (a little less than $100 per night, after taxes and fees). Like others have said, the room was very small - it is a very tight fit when walking around the beds. The area near the hotel (Balsan Metro Station) was interesting - there seems to be a lot of office buildings, so there are a lot of restaurants specializing in after-work dinners. In other words, lots of places where you can eat grilled pork and beef with alcohol. But other than that, not really much to see nearby.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was brought fresh towels and bottled water daily and the staff was nice. I loved that my room had a washer and stove, and a water boiler so I could make instant coffee, ramen or tea. If you like soft beds, reconsider this hotel. The mattress was VERY firm, but I was okay with this because it ended up being better for my back. The cons were that the room would hold all of the humidity from the shower, even with the fan on and window open. Other than that, I slept well and loved my room. Next time I'm in Korea, I'll be coming back here. Thank you Intercity Seoul Hotel!

인테리어 마음에 들었지만 좀 좁고 답답한 느낌. 욕실의 세면대가 예쁘고 특이했지만 욕실에 치솔이나 화장품을 둘 여유공간이 없어서 불편. 무엇보다 밤에 히터가 거의 5분마다 켜졌다 꺼졌다 하는데 천장에 붙어서 바로 머리 위에서 웅웅댈 뿐 아니라 그 소리가 너무 요란해서 거의 5분마다 깜짝 놀라면서 잠에서 깸.... 히터 소음 때문에 다시는 안오고 싶음. 잠을 너무 설쳤음

帰りの便が早朝なので金浦空港から近いこのホテルを1泊だけとりました。駅から近くお店も沢山あり便利です。部屋は狭くスーツケースふたつを床に広げるのにギチギチな感じでした。あとバスタブはありません。シャワーを使うとトイレの方まで濡れてしまいます。一泊位なら良いかなと思います。また早朝便なら利用すると思います。

金浦空港に23時着のフライトだったので、空港から近くて以前泊まったことのある鉢山でホテルを探してました。たまたま空いていたので、泊まりましたが、古さは否めないものの泊まるだけならいいかな？と思います。チェックインが0時を過ぎても気持ち良く対応していただき、サービスも問題なかったです。渡韓の際にはだいたい毎日夜まで出歩いてるので、次もここでも良いかも。鉢山自体は飲食店がたくさんあり、またダイソー、オリヤン、百貨店があるので、お土産も買いやすいです。なんといぅても空港から近いのが嬉しいです。

金浦空港夜着便を利用したのでホテル着は深夜1時近くでした。連絡を忘れてしまいましたが問題なくチェックイン出来ました。スタッフもとても感じが良かったです。クチコミで理解はしてましたが、シャワー室とトイレの段差がなく排水口も水はけが悪くしばらくの間トイレが水浸しになるのでそこだけがマイナスポイントでした。

My friends and I stayed here for 16 days while she had her surgery. This was our first time in South Korea and the entire staff were extremely kind and helpful. They gave us extra pillows and blankets so my friend could recover properly and when we needed a Taxi the front desk called for one for us since we were having trouble getting one from the road to take us to her Clinic. They showed me the app so I could even hail a taxi myself. This made going around much easier. The room was ALWAYS clean when we returned. The towels were fresh and we loved having the water bottle refreshments they brought every day. I plan on returning to Korea again and I will be coming back to this hotel. Our experience here was beyond excellent.

友人3人で4泊滞在しました。シングルベッド3台と洗濯機があってリーズナブルな価格という理由でここを選びました。周辺は飲食店が多く夜遅くまで人通りが多いので明るく、どんな時間でも食事やお酒が楽しめます。徒歩5分圏内にオリーブヤングやダイソーがあります。最寄駅5号線「鉢山」駅から徒歩5分。鐘路3街まで5号線乗り換えなしで45分、ソウル駅へは金浦空港から空港鉄道利用で30分、地方都市へは金浦空港からリムジンバスで移動できるので観光拠点にしました。広大なソウル植物園まで徒歩15分なので早朝の散歩におすすめです。ホテルは建物が少し古いせいかトイレの流れが悪くなったことが一度ありましたがフロントに連絡すると即対応してくれました。異臭や故障した箇所はなく、古くても清潔に保たれていると思います。洗濯機の他、小さなキッチンがありましたが調理器具は電子レンジとポットのみ。器はガラスコップ3個のみだったのでダイソーでマグカップや紙皿など買って来て使いました。

金浦空港の朝便を利用したため、金浦空港からのアクセスがよいこちらのホテルにしました。 발산역9番出口からすぐの所にあり、立地が良く、周りにはオリーブヤング、ダイソーや様々なカフェや飲食店が並んでおり過ごしやすいと思います。コンサートが終わり、23時頃に夜ご飯を食べに外へ出歩いても大丈夫なくらいには治安がいいです。施設の設備については、WiFiがフリーで公開されているのが少し不安なのと、コンセントがベッド横にないことと、アメニティがほとんど持参しなければならないのが不便だと思いました。

The hotel is located on a busy Area. if you love the nightlife and wanted to spend time eating or drinking after a long travel to the city, this is the perfect spot for you. Intercity Hotel is situated 40-50 mins away from the major attractions in Seoul. It is quite boring to wait this much time in the morning, However, coming home after a lot of walking, I love the travel home as long as I can find a seat on the subway. It lets me rest for an hour so I can enjoy a relaxing night drinking beer or eating food just in front of the hotel. The hotel is just 4 mins walk to the Line 5 subway, and it has access to convenience stores like CU G25 and 7/11.
