Weather amazing. Staff very friendly and also eager to assist you. Location walking distance to many restaurants and taxis, pharmacy mini stores for water snacks, etc.property itself amazing husband had to drag me out off my patio. My room happened to be one of those with no ac. Left my windows open so had no need for ac.

Lovely, hospitable staff who took care of the property with pride. Community events to bring people together happened frequently. The host is among the friendliest people you could meet. The grounds were lovely and each room unique. We truly enjoyed a restful and restorative experience during our stay here. Would definitely book again’

I would give this property way more than five stars. If I could, I really appreciate what the owner has developed over the years. It is safe, clean and beautiful.The water is purified so you can drink out of the taps. The design is gorgeous courtyards and Landscape completely artful and beautiful and so true to the area. The owner Barbara is an accomplished artist and it shows in her work, and in the design for the property which she has developed over the years the staff is friendly and kind and speak great English. I’m working on my Spanish, but you know how it is. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. By the way, the property is very quiet and private between rooms in between the outside streets and area. Air conditioned and heating if you want it. Truly first class. You could bring a group here and really enjoy yourselves. There are many common areas where you can relax that are beautifully furnished with everything you might desire you could just stay on property except for there so many attractions right outsde. I enjoyed making friends with the other patrons even and I’m not always having that experience in places that I have stayed. Truly a wonderful experience highly recommended!! The look the feel the ambience and the location is spectacular. You can get up to El Jardine in just a moment. Feels very safe everywhere around this area. Very recommended. If you’re anywhere within range of this property in either Budget or proximity take it it’s worth it and more!

Lovely hotel in a nice area. Be careful booking your room...we chose a room that specifically mentioned climate control air conditioning. Upon arrival, this room did not have ac. We upgraded to a significantly better room, at an additional cost. Maybe best confirm with the hotel that amenities listed are indeed correct.

I was in SMdA for a couple days break from CDMX. Casa de la Noche is wonderful—very convenient location, comfortable room, lovely spaces inside and out to relax, and great breakfast. I especially enjoyed the artwork as the hotel also serves as an art gallery.

stayed four nights. Very pleased with the place. Staff were all very friendly. The owner Barbara is so kind, thoughtful and friendly, she made our stay very comfortable. This hotel provides several charming and artistic lounges and courtyards for guests to relax. The location is perfect, near the town centre, yet very quiet. Would like to stay again should we have chance to visit San Miguel in the future. Thanks.

Wonderful bed & breakfast on a quiet street ~5-10 minute walk from the Jardine. We were made to feel welcome by Barbara and all her staff. Our room (La Turca) was clean, comfortable, quiet, beautifully appointed with antiques and artwork. There is a lovely courtyard and a common sitting room where guests can read, work, relax. Breakfast (yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, egg dish) was nicely prepared and filling. I highly recommend!

A full breakfast is served every day in the common space allowing for conversation with other guests. The location is perfect..on a quiet street just blocks away from the center, with resturants, attactions, and shops near-by. I can not say enough.

A lovely stay at a lovely property. An oasis in the middle of San Miguel. Great location, great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the dragonfly room. Air conditioning was good . Hot water in the shower took some time to heat up so be patient. Also, there were windows on the ceiling which allowed early morning light to come in so it was hard to keep the room dark after dawn. They have a nice honour bar available and lots of lovely artwork on the walls and comfortable couches to relax.

This was a memorable place to stay. It’s not only gorgeous with many places to sit and enjoy but the owner,Barbara, is extremely hospitable and helpful—also a talented artist. The front desk employees are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, the coffee could be stronger for taste, but that’s minor. You will truly enjoy your visit here.

Beautiful and magical place a little off the beaten path (good) but still a quick walk to most areas of interest. If you’re alone and it’s late you may want to grab a quick Uber, although I mostly walked. Staff is super friendly.

It was a wonderful property with lots of character. We especially appreciated, Barbara, who let us into her hotel at 1:30 in the morning. She spent lots of time getting us settled and comfortable into our room. This was especially appreciated because we had been up for 24 hours straight. The morning breakfast was delicious with excellent service.

A lovely stay at a lovely property. An oasis in the middle of San Miguel. Great location, great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the dragonfly room. Air conditioning was good . Hot water in the shower took some time to heat up so be patient. Also, there were windows on the ceiling which allowed early morning light to come in so it was hard to keep the room dark after dawn. They have a nice honour bar available and lots of lovely artwork on the walls and comfortable couches to relax.

Wonderful bed & breakfast on a quiet street ~5-10 minute walk from the Jardine. We were made to feel welcome by Barbara and all her staff. Our room (La Turca) was clean, comfortable, quiet, beautifully appointed with antiques and artwork. There is a lovely courtyard and a common sitting room where guests can read, work, relax. Breakfast (yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, egg dish) was nicely prepared and filling. I highly recommend!

This was a memorable place to stay. It’s not only gorgeous with many places to sit and enjoy but the owner,Barbara, is extremely hospitable and helpful—also a talented artist. The front desk employees are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, the coffee could be stronger for taste, but that’s minor. You will truly enjoy your visit here.

It was a wonderful property with lots of character. We especially appreciated, Barbara, who let us into her hotel at 1:30 in the morning. She spent lots of time getting us settled and comfortable into our room. This was especially appreciated because we had been up for 24 hours straight. The morning breakfast was delicious with excellent service.

The decor throughout was colorful and cheerful, unlike so many other options I viewed, This, along with the wonderful staff, provided a welcoming environment. An interior plant-filled courtyard is used to serve the delicious morning breakfast, and can be used at leisure throughout the day. I’ll definitely stay there again!

We very much enjoyed our 4 night stay at Casa de la Noche. The staff and owner, Barbara, were helpful and friendly. The free breakfast option changed daily and was excellent. The grounds were absolutely beautiful with flowers and butterflies and the hotel facilities were beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Casa de la Noche is a magical place (we stayed there in April 2024). Every nook and cranny of the hotel has great art, charm and character. Barbara was very helpful and her recommendations were on the mark. Ricardo at the front desk was helpful, along with the other fellow who name escapes me. You feel at home, but also are treated to a place with fascinating history. The breakfast is served in a beautiful outdoor setting, on patio tables surrounded by beautiful landscaping and centred around a fountain. Breakfast is a great place to meet other guests. Originall we had thought that we were staying too long in San Miguel de Allende, but soon realized how untrue that was! We would love to return to Casa de la Noche someday!

The house, a former bordello as well as the garden are beautiful. The suite was not comfortable; it is a very old construction, so the bathroom was very small. A/C was only on main bedroom, not where the small area where the other bed was. Some windows have no screen, so could not left open since there were mosquitos. The weather was hot then. I think it was overpriced for what we got.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa de la Noche very much. Our original reservation was a room that was rather small for the two of us. The staff suggested an upgrade to a larger room which also had a kitchen / living room combo to be shared with guests in another bedroom. Luckily, the additional bedroom with sharing privileges was not occupied. We really enjoyed access to the kitchen/living room; the ambience inside & outdoors is very pleasant. There are many nooks & crannies, indoors and out, in this Casa that are quite delightful. Service was excellent, breakfasts were generous and delicious. Centrally located, most sites are an easy walk from the Casa. Highly recommend!
