Muy bien ubicado y los cuartos bien, solo la alberca chica para tanta gente

Hotel was decent for the price in good area, parking was the problem. Parking lot was full with razors and can am filling up the place causing us to park our car outside. We were told one car per room yet these guys had their trucks and razors did make sense. Management was unable to help us plus bathroom toilet wasn’t working when we asked to fix it they never sent someone. Left a day early to avoid this place.

Propiedad bien cuidada, todo el personal que trabaja ahi es muy amable, brindan informacion turistica y orientacion sobre servicios en la ciudad, habitaciones muy limpias todos los dias, tiene estacionamiento techado. Vale mucho ña pena hospedarse aqui, lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!

Very clean.. parking was very niceand safe,, didn't have an issue. the pool was very clean, hardly anybody because of the season, but ithe water was warm. front desk staff was very nice, helpful, smiley, no complaints at all. parking very safe. I like the fact that as soon as I open the hotel front door I am in the street that has all the events and blah blah blah.. Every thing is walking distance.

No elevator. Otherwise great hotel right in the tourist area. Secure parking and when full another lot just a block away with gate and security. Bbb

El hotel está muy bien, está perfecta la ubicación porque todos los lugares importantes se encuentran caminando. El estacionamiento está muy seguro y el lugar está muy limpio.

The rooms were clean. I loved the location. All staff was incredibly nice. The parking felt secure and I appreciated being able to leave our car parked as so much was available within walking distance. I would definitely return.

Warm water on swimming pool

I have to start with we specifically pick this hotel because they promote themselves with a heated pool when I called and asked what the controlledtemperature was for the pool. They told me 80° when we arrive. The pool was lukewarm more like 68° we were very much disappointed for the false advertisement because that would’ve made a huge impact on where we decided to stay. The other negative thing I have to say is that their beds are literally a rock. We had a total of five rooms and all of the beds felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Says we stayed there a couple of days I couldn’t wait to leave my body is so sore from sleeping there other than that the location is amazing so many restaurants very much safe parking was safe and all the staff was super friendly if they upgrade their bed mattresses and actually keep their pool temperature controlled as they advertise. I will probably stay here again. Otherwise I don’t think I would stay here again

Reserve 4 habitaciones "Premier". En la noche que regresamos estaba cerrada la entrada al estacionamiento porque ya no había lugar. Dije en la recepción que en las características de la unidad decía "estacionamiento gratis", por lo que estaban incumpliedo en lo que decía su promo y me contestaron que en el contrato decía que no se hacían responsables del estacionamiento (?!) No me parece lógico pagar las habitaciones más caras y que nos digan que se deben estacionar los vehículos en la calle y menos porque no había lugares disponibles cerca del hotel. Tache completo.

It was 4 adults, staying there in 2 rooms and when we arrived one of the doors, we kept trying to open and it wouldn’t open, and then the mattress doesn’t fit the bedframe. It had a weird smell in the rooms. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. There was half a roll of toilet paper in one of the rooms. The showers were completely dirty. There was hair on the floor. We stayed there for two days and on our checkout date we went downstairs and they tell us that housekeeping had detected a smoke smell when they went into clean one of the rooms and we tell them there’s no possible way we have health problems and we don’t smoke well. The guys like I don’t know what to tell you there’s a fee you guys are gonna have to pay for the fee and I’m going back-and-forth with him telling him that. No there’s no reason because we didn’t smoke. He calls them and they say no yell there’s smoke smell detected and I tell him can you go verify he’s like go ahead have a seat we go and have a seat for about 15 to 20 minutes. I got tired of waiting I didn’t hear back from them. I get up and I go ask him and he’s like oh they haven’t got back to me so I tell him let’s all of us go come with me let’s go verify let’s make sure there’s a smoke smell because I can assure you none of us smoke. He’s like hold on he calls someone and then he says oh don’t worry about it. You’re free to go. There’s no fee. I believe he was trying to intimidate us in order to get extra money out of us.

The property was very clean, the staff were very friendly and will stay here again.

Mal estacionamiento, pesima higiene del cuarto apenas llegue estaba sin limpiar. Fuera de eso el persona de recepcion y restaurante muy amables.

It took in hour to check in. Everything was nice and covenant since its a walking distance to the Centro. Very clean place until i saw 2 small cockaroach one in the room and the other one in the bathroom, after that i didn't feel comfortable

Great stay! Early check in made this a great experience. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the location and the pool. Hotel personnel is top notch!

It was impressive that the hotel was clean and all the staff were so kind. It was so nice to have a lot of restaurants and things to see around. I want to go again next time

I love this place but the bathroom was not fully clean. I saw toothpaste marks everywhere (not from me). An also below on the back of the toilet on the floor and wall were pee stains. This was the first time I experienced this here and would give it another chance.

La limpieza es muy buena en las instalaciones, muy recomendable.

Great location and price! Rooms are clean. Safe parking. There was no elevator which was hard with a stroller. And beds were very uncomfortable.

It was good, we got an upgrade, but the problem was that the room heater was not working and it was kind of cold.

This hotel was a gem! The staff was attentive, helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

It is good but the beds are very bad the rest is good

First the good: Excellent location, fast check-in and very accommodating staff. No hotel restaurant but good restaurant next door. Lots of channels on TV both English and Mexican stations. Pool was heated so you can swim early morning or night (very nice). The bad: I payed for a double room but checked in as a single and whoa the room was uncomfortably small. No elevator and lots of stairs. I got a bad TV with sound problems.

Hotel is great they just need to work on having some type of sound proof doors please

I think one of the male managers was rude toward his coworkers, the checkin process took to long, and the male manager was rude to our large party asking for all of them to leave the lobby and go to the pool.

Hotel was great, service like vip, one comment, front desk is very slow for checking in

El proceso del check in demasiado lento, esperas mucho tiempo en la fila y frente al mostrado cuando te están atendiendo. El hotel es muy ruidoso en general, desde temprano empiezan con la limpieza, se escucha el carro del aseo y te tocan la puerta cada 30 minutos para revisar si ya pueden limpiar la habitación. La ubicación es buena

My husband and I stay here 3 times a year. It is always a pleasure and we look forward to our stay everytime. The staff is the best, they will always do their best and go out of the way to accommodate us. I will never book a stay anywhere else.

Check in process was the worst I ve had anywhere. When we got to the reception desk there was 4 people waiting in line, and only one receptionist. After 25 minutes one more receptionist came ,by then the line was 10 people long .10 more minutes and one more receptionist. In total we waited about 40 minutes to get checked in.

Carlos Trujillo, receptionist provided incredible service. We have stayed here many times and this has been the best experience.

Located in downtown Ensenada. Walking distance to the malecón. Safe area to walk at night time.

Location is perfect. Tourist area. Many restaurant to choose from.

Remodeled, beautiful and modern. It is at a walking distance of the harbor and many restaurants around. I loved that it has a parking garage just for clients.

Great hotel to use when visiting El Centro, everything is pretty much walking distance from this hotel. The morning buffet is really good too (it has a separate cost but you get a small discount when staying at the hotel). The pool was super clean and staff was very friendly and very professional.
