Perfect hotel for your visit. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and affordable. Location is beyond good. Right in the main square, easy walk to the cenote. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly and hotel was safe and clean. The only one issue that could be a drawback, but wasn't a problem for me was there were only 8 parking spots. I had no problem getting one so for me it does not impact my view.

El agua caliente tarda muchísimo en salir, y se desperdicia mucha agua, todas las instalaciones son muy viejas , no hay internet en los cuartos solo en el pasillo o lobby , el personal del lobby casi nunca está en el escritorio , con todo eso, el estacionamiento del hotel propio es pequeño , aunque te ofrecen una opción de estacionamiento externa, el hotel aún es “conveniente” puesto que está en el mero centro de Valladolid, y a contra esquina hay un mercado de comida muy bueno y muy barato

Es un hotel con excelente ubicación, cuenta con estacionamiento, las instalaciones clásicas, son elegantes y cumplen con su función; además puedes acceder a las principales atracciones de Valladolid; disfrutamos su excelente terraza con comida deliciosa. Una opción muy buena.

This is likely 1 star hotel. Even though we were 2 we only have towels for 1, bathroom horrible only hot water, we couldn’t use the shower. The good things about the hotel are the rooftop bar and the location.

Hotel had stains all over the sheets and left a weird film on my skin, like they had not been rinsed and were covered in (what I hope??) was detergent. The AC did not work very well at all. It was very hot all night even at the lowest setting. No shower curtain, towel bar or toilet roll holder so taking a shower soaks the entire bathroom. The acoustics were horrible, very loud from outside and the bar above plays horrible techno until very late. No parking on site like it states. The staff was very nice and the location in town was fantastic.

Check in rápido, personal amable, estacionamiento insuficiente, no hay espacio para más de 10 autos, tuve que estacionar en uno público, deberían de tener algún convenio con algún estacionamiento cerca para sus huéspedes.

The inside dining area with the hanging lights and plants was especially beautiful. i would have liked a lounge chair to lie beside the pool. the pool area could have easily been made more 'welcoming' and i am sure more people would use it. it was refreshing, but not comfortable to lie on the cement after a dip.

L’hôtel est très joli. Les chambres sont confortables. Il n’y a pas vraiment de balcon mais des espaces communs très sympa pour se poser devant les chambres et l’ambiance du staf est très sympathique. Le resto est très bien que ce soit celui d’en bas au bord de la piscine ou le rooftop qui en plus a une très belle vu sur la place et la cathédrale.

En general me fue bien. La habitación muy limpia, aunque un poco chica. La ubicación privilegiada, pues no se puede estar más cerca del centro. Sin embargo, no había toallas de manos en el baño y las bebidas en el bar, me parecieron un poco caras para el tipo de lugar. Por lo demás, bastante bien.

The location of this hotel is fabulous. However, the hotel itself is terrible. My room was decently clean. However, the bedsheets were so thin you could look through them and the towels actually had holes in them. There was broken towel bars in the bathroom. I’m not that picky so I did not make a big deal about these things however, my sister-in-law got a room that was very dirty. When she complained, they gave her another room that ended up having bedbugs in it. Luckily, she noticed them on time and was able to move rooms once again. Third time was a charm and they gave her an upgraded room with a view to the main plaza. The hotel is actually really nice but it’s too bad that the owners have chosen not to give it any maintenance or spend money on updating their supplies. I will NOT be staying here again and advise you to look elsewhere. There are much better options for cheaper.

The hotel is beautiful, and the location is the best, but rooms are horrible and poor. No isulation so I coul hear everything happening in the street. Broken and dirty curtains. Bed linen is very old and wasted, with yellow marks. The shower is old and there is no pressure also sometimes, cold or hot water doesn't work. Only 1 small towel per person and very old and wasted too. There is no feet towel, and the floor is slippery when wet in the bathroom. I had to ask for another toilet paper too as it is a cheap one that is gone in 1 night and we stayed 3 nights. No toilet brush.Very old and dirty. Poorly maintained rooms. Also the terrace with views is not part of the jotel, as it is a restaurant where one can visit if having dinner (no drinks only allowed). Only good thing it has private parking.

Excellent emplacement, sinon le meilleur avec balcon qui donne sur le parc, mais aucune commodité. PAS D’INTERNET dans les chambres. Literie tachée. Attente de plus de 5 minutes pour l’eau chaude. Que 2 prises électriques, manque de serviettes, crochets brisés dans la salle de bain. Pas de cintres. Pas de coffre de sécurité.

Normal, no hubo algo extra o algo que fuera de mucho agrado. Además considero que es por el precio calidad, entonces no considero que debo de esperar más espectativas de lo normal. La infraestructura se ve mejor en las imágenes, pero en la realidad no es lo mismo, hubieron cosas que no me satisfacieron en lo personal, la cama no es muy cómoda por los cobertores, y las paredes son deenos calidad como la imaginaba, la internet no es buena yo iba por ella, pero veo que no fue así, quería internet en mi cuarto y tenía que salir en el pasillo y aún en el pasillo es muy lento. Los chicos haces sus trabajos como debe de ser.

Mitigé, les toilettes fonctionnent très mal. Obligé de changer de chambre piyr nous proposer une chambre qui sent l'humidité, que nous avons refusé. Pour ensuite nous proposer une chambre correct. Rapport qualité prix bon avec très bonne localisation. Mais très bruyant restaurant juste à en dessous des chambres et bar juste augdessus avec musique bruyante jusque 23h30.

El hotel es muy viejo, se quedó en los 90s, está muy descuidada y obsoleta la arquitectura y la forma del hotel, no le caerían nada mal una buena remodelada. El baño NO tiene ventilación, hay que bañarse con la puerta abierta para que entre el aire del cuarto o aguantarse el calor ya que el sol le pega directo al baño todo el día, también está incómodo que la ventana del baño apunta a los locales de enfrente que la mayoría tienen terraza así que se ve directo al baño. Pero la ubicación justo enfrente de la plaza justifica quedarse ahí de forma express solo para pasar la noche en Valladolid y partir temprano por la mañana

Muy buena ubicación y está bastante cómodo. Lo único que no me gustó es que la señal de wifi no llega bien a las habitaciones, solo al lobby y pasillo, eso deberían mejorarlo.

The front desk staff were not experienced. They wanted to give us a room on the main plaza the day of a busy festival with loud speakers and lots of traffic. The quieter room they gave us was very small with no room to get out of bed on one side and very tired linens. The shower did not work at all and the water did not heat up. The shower head was ancient and sprayed everywhere. The furniture was ancient. It was not worth half the price. The hotel's heyday must have been the early 70s. We complained on check out and they maintain that some rooms are renovated. I wouldn't take a chance.The Augustin Gusto restaurant in the downstairs area was very good so we ate well with friendly service but I would not book this place again.

Esta ubicado en muy buen lugar para ir caminando a varios puntos de interes, pero el hotel tiene muebles viejos y en malas condiciones, las camas rechinaban al moverse, las almohadas super aplastadas. Las puertas rechinaban horrible, el a/a casi no enfriaba y el servicio de cable no funciono en mi habitacion. En el restaurante le hacen mas caso al turismo extranjero que al nacional al menos a mi eso me paso si no es porque llame a un mesero no me atendian y solo estaban pendientes de un grupo de extranjeros.

Las habitaciones son un poco viejas y el cuarto no le entra mucha luz solar, además de que el aire no funciona a menos que subas un botón (que se le olvidó a la recepcionista decirme) y tuve que bajar a preguntar y después el control no servía y tuve que volver a bajar. El agua caliente tarda muchísimo en salir, y se desperdicia mucha agua, todas las instalaciones son muy viejas , no hay internet en los cuartos solo en el pasillo o lobby , el personal del lobby casi nunca está en el escritorio , con todo eso, el estacionamiento del hotel propio es pequeño , aunque te ofrecen una opción de estacionamiento externa, el hotel aún es “conveniente” puesto que está en el mero centro de Valladolid, y a contra esquina hay un mercado de comida muy bueno y muy barato

El hotel es muy viejo, se quedó en los 90s, está muy descuidada y obsoleta la arquitectura y la forma del hotel, no le caerían nada mal una buena remodelada. El baño NO tiene ventilación, hay que bañarse con la puerta abierta para que entre el aire del cuarto o aguantarse el calor ya que el sol le pega directo al baño todo el día, también está incómodo que la ventana del baño apunta a los locales de enfrente que la mayoría tienen terraza así que se ve directo al baño. Pero la ubicación justo enfrente de la plaza justifica quedarse ahí de forma express solo para pasar la noche en Valladolid y partir temprano por la mañana

En general me fue bien. La habitación muy limpia, aunque un poco chica. La ubicación privilegiada, pues no se puede estar más cerca del centro. Sin embargo, no había toallas de manos en el baño y las bebidas en el bar, me parecieron un poco caras para el tipo de lugar. Por lo demás, bastante bien.

Für unseren Aufenthalt mit Besuch der umliegenden Attraktivitäten war es sehr gut geeignet. Mitten im Zentrum und vom Preis absolut ok. Schöne Dachterasse vom Restaurant um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen Allerdings wie oft auf unserer Tour alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Leider kein Kühlschrank / Minibar

The inside dining area with the hanging lights and plants was especially beautiful. i would have liked a lounge chair to lie beside the pool. the pool area could have easily been made more 'welcoming' and i am sure more people would use it. it was refreshing, but not comfortable to lie on the cement after a dip.

A tad worn on the edges, this hotel is well-located and extremely affordable, snd the pool is a nice plus (especially since the nearby cenote is currently closed for repairs). Our one reservation is that one of our party was put into a room (#54–avoid it and any room near it like the plague!) that had a very old air conditioner that literally sounded like a truck—so loud that we could hear it inly too well in the other room we rented, which was across a hall. We all asked for new rooms, and to the hotel’s credit, they very cheerfully gave us all new rooms. As an aside, we had lunch at the hotel restaurant and found it rather nice.

L’hôtel est très joli. Les chambres sont confortables. Il n’y a pas vraiment de balcon mais des espaces communs très sympa pour se poser devant les chambres et l’ambiance du staf est très sympathique. Le resto est très bien que ce soit celui d’en bas au bord de la piscine ou le rooftop qui en plus a une très belle vu sur la place et la cathédrale.

My wife saw a roach in the room. Got moved to a different room at our request with no issues. The elevator was not working at the time of the visit… had to lug luggage manually to second floor room.
