Good hotel, bar and restaurant on premises,

Hotel limpio, cómodo y con personal extremadamente amable, no tiene estacionamiento, pero si convenio con uno a pocas xuadras donde tambien brindan segurodad sobre tus pertenencias. Sin duda volveré.

El lugar tiene una muy buena ubicación, sin embargo podría estar más limpio, otro aspecto a tener en cuenta es que el estacionamiento está algo retirado, un punto a favor es el restaurante que tiene abajo, precios accesibles y comida bastante aceptable y muy atentos los meseros.

Hotel bem localizado no centro da cidade, próximo a vários pontos turísticos. Boa limpeza, bom wi-fi, bom colchão, bom chuveiro. A janela dos quartos dão para uma circulação de ar estreita do prédio. O quarto é minúsculo e a entrada do banheiro tem um grande degrau de escada.Tem um restaurante razoável que usamos para almoço logo na chegada e café da manhã na saída. Os funcionários da recepção não eram muito simpáticos. Chegávamos caminhando depois das 22h e tivemos boa sensação de segurança. Em todo o trajeto muitos policiais. Resumindo, um bom custo-benefício no centro da cidade.

Do not believe that they have “limited parking” they DO NOT have parking and they send you to a shabby parking lot where you have to walk half a mile (1/4 each direction) to get there. Additionally, the parking is not user friendly and you MUST drive in the wrong direction on the street it is at to get to it. Super inconvenient.

Safe and close to Mexico Plaza and Airport. Has a nice restaurant

El único detalle es que se promociona con estacionamiento y no es así. Tienen un convenio con un estacionamiento a cinco cuadras del hotel y se paga extra al alojamiento. Del resto es una excelente opción.

Hotel is just what I need for a quick trip. Convenient restaurant attached. Staff will call taxi for you. Very walkable.

This is a budget hotel by the US standard ($40s USD per night). You should not expect too much from the facility. But it is very conveniently located. Two blocks to the city center square - Zocalo and the Metro line 2 as well as other transportations. I feel very safe walking in the nights in the area. A ton of options for food and shopping around. A restaurant downstairs too. Definitely recommended.

Passei duas noites no hotel. a localização é boa com relação ao centro histórico, contudo não gostei da limpeza, as toalhas era antigas, inclusives uma estava rasgada, com cheiro horrivel. O banheiro tinha mal cheiro, de reorno de esgoto, limpeza ruim.

Para empezar la poca amabilidad del personal de recepción, en especial del chico que estaba de noche (que no le vi el nombre), nos hospedamos mi pareja y yo una semana y al principio parecía que estaba bien el hotel, pero después de días me aparecieron unas ronchas en la espalda, pensé que habían sido mosquitos, el sig día piquetes en el brazo pero al día sig un caminito de piquetes por la espalda y bajando a la pompa que evidentemente eran CHINCHES, no mosquitos, lo comenté con el chico poco amable y me dijo que eso lo tenía que haber comentado antes pero le dije que no lo había hecho porque la recepción la tenía llena de gente y no los quería quemar pero no me respondió nada, le dije que como me lo iban a resolver que me cambiara de cuarto y según él ya no tenía habitaciones, pero con actitud de me vale madre😒😒 más tarde estaba otro chico en recepción y le volví a comentar pero igual, que no podían hacer nada xq no tenían habitaciones, les tuve que pedir sabanas y todo limpio para cambiarlas pero obviamente molesta con la situación. Más tarde baje al restaurante y mientras estuve en la mesa paso una cucaracha enorme, me paré para tomarle una foto pero el mesero me vio y rápidamente la tapó para que no le tomara nada... así que si se quieren evitar una mala experiencia similar mejor NO se hospeden aquí.

Mis sábanas estaban sucias

Tanto la limpieza diaria como la amabilidad de los empleados fue buena. Estoy maravillado como ha cambiado para bien la Ciudad de México se ha convertido en un excelente lugar para visitar.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a 2 calles de Zocalo, cerca de muchos atractivos y tiendas, muy céntrico y económico, excelentes instalaciones y servicio, limpieza y buen trato del personal

Dirty bed sheets and pillows. Batroom floor dirty with long hair and dust. Old and stained towels. Old mattres with body shape formed on one side. Very small room. Bathroom had oxidated metal fixtures. Good water presure and hot water. Within walking distance to Zocalo. Will not stay here again.

Las habitaciones son extremadamente chicas, no fue para nada de mi agrado. El baño igual muy pequeño.

Second time staying at this property. The rooms are clean and modern, and the location is centrally located to the zocalo. The employees at the reception are “good” by Mexican hotel standards. I’ve stayed at many hotels through out the country and you don’t get the warm friendly reception from the front desk like you get in the states. TIP If you get a room with a window facing the front street, it will be noisy at night.

El espacio es muy pequeño en la habitación, la televisión no tiene canales de cable, al llegar el control remoto no servía

So close to everything walking distance. Room was very clean and bathroom was spotless. Bed was comfortable and The AC was cold and nice! The price per night was fantastic. Only thing I was not to crazy about was no view from windows. I would stay here again 👍

El hotel esta céntrico, muchas tiendas y restaurantes alrededor, es limpio, su personal muy amable, el cuarto esta bien solo que lo único que no me agrado fue que no tienen cable, ni Netflix entonces era horrible ver la tv porque solo había canales normales y siempre con comerciales.

Die Lage ist Top. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber funktional.Sauberkeit war ok. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zwischen zwei Schächten, wo es sehr laut war. Generell war es sehr laut im Hotel.

The staff was very helpful and sweet. The beds were comfortable but the rooms were very small.

Hotel is clean but the noise between rooms is horrible. We can heard the other guest conversation, coming out and into the rooms made it hard to rest.

Cancelaron mi reserva pues no podían hacer el cargo a mi tarjeta, me comuniqué con el establecimiento y se portaron muy prepotentes y aunque les comenté que llegaría y de cualquier modo necesitaba la habitación, me dejaron hablando

All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Victoria was very nice. The room was clean and well mantained. The restaurant staff was also very attentive. I traveled with my daughter and we always felt safe here. They hold your luggage for free if your flight arrives early or leaves late. Would definitely stay here again.

El cuarto se ve exactamente como las fotos, esta limpio, los empleados son amables y me pudieron ayudar en varias ocaciones. Me pudieron ayudar a conseguir a ultima hora transporte para el aeropuerto

La ubicacion es ideal; todo esta cercas. La habitacion esta pequeña pero muy limpia; La cama muy comoda; agua caliente, muy buena presion de agua. No tuvimos que usar el AC porque estuvo fresco esos dias. Todo como en las fotos. Me sorprendio que limpiaron la habitacion cuando solo nos quedamos 2 noches. El check-in era a las 3 pm, pero como tenian disponibilidad, nos dejaron entrar a las 9 am sin ningun costo adicional. El check-out fue a las 12 (medio dia) y como nuestro vuelo era hasta las 11 pm, nos ofrecieron tener la habitacion hasta en la noche por un costo rasonable (e.g. 600 pesos). Pero como no necesitabamos la habitacion (porque queriamos seguir explorando), nos cuidaron nuestro equipaje hasta que regresamos por el como a las 8 pm sin costo. Tambien nos consiguieron transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa. Todos muy amables. Lo unico que no me gusto es que la habitacion no tenia algun refrigerador pequeño para guardar bebidas. Y que una de las recepcionistas era un poquito sarcastica, seria, “seca,” inpaciente, no muy tolerante, o no muy amigable. Pero igual hay personas que asi son de caracter (fue algo minimo pero lo notamos). Definitivamente regreso a este hotel y se lo recomiendo a cualquiera aunque esta fue mi primera vez en CDMX.

Los empleados del mostrador muy poco serviciales . Pareciera que te hacían un favor , o apenas daban información. Limpieza y comodidad muy bien

La estadía en Hotel Roble fue excelente, el servicio todo el tiempo amable y atentos, tienen encargado de transporte que da total confianza para trasladarse en la ciudad (si tienen evento de noche o van al aeropuerto pidan contactar a Víctor Hugo). Además, está en una excelente ubicación, apenas 2 esquinas del zócalo y ahí mismo está el metro. Muchas gracias por las atenciones.

Very central. Room was smaller than expected but as a seasones traller I can say without a doubt this was the fasest checkin and check out of my life...suoer efficielt and pleasant staff

I like the cleanliness of the room. Ismael, the housekeeper, on that floor did an excellent job keeping the room tidy and smelling fresh every day. Front desk staff was also helpful and informative. They gave me all the information I requested during my stay and also called a taxi to the airport for me which arrived in one minute. The only issue I had was that the room I was given at check-in was a bit to small for me as was the bathroom. I was unfortunately way too tired after my trip and just wanted to get some rest so I didn't ask for a change.

Located just about 1 minute walk from the Zocalo, Palacio de Hierro, and all the amazing sights in central CDMX.Staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Very quiet. Roble has all you need for a great, stress-free trip.

This hotel is centrally located. This hotel is two blocks away from Zocalo. There are plenty of places around the hotel to eat. The hotel is also two blocks away from the subway.

If you are looking for location around Mexico City , ROBLE HOTEL has everything. Minutes away from Centro Historico, close to most popular museums, and train service minutes away from downtown. I really recommend it.

Fue una estadía de una sola noche. En si las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero dado que el plan de viaje era caminar para conocer la ciudad, tener un lugar cómodo, limpio, seguro y económico para dormir era lo indispensable y el hotel nos ofreció todo. Pudimos hacer resguardo desde casi 5 hrs antes del check y dejar las cosas aun después de nuestra salida sin ningún costo ni inconveniente. El restaurant con precios super adecuados y un sabor bastante rico. La ventaja de la cercanía al zócalo y al metro facilita la conexión a cualquier parte, no necesitamos estacionamiento, pero definitivamente serán el hospedaje para nuestra siguiente visita a la CDMX

Sometimes they didn't give us hand towels. Or the floor towels that we need after shower. The breakfast is limited, only you pick, a light coffee, juice or fruit, chilaquiles or two eggs . Or omelet, but only only 3 items. . You have to get your tv control, from the reception. Don't expect a big bathroom. They are good stuff. They put us in different room because the first night I couldn't sleep because it was too noisy. Very central hotel.
