My room and bathroom were very clean and so were the bedding and towels. For a hotel, this is all I care about. In case anyone thinks they can walk to to this hotel, YOU CAN'T!! On Google Maps, it seems close enough but it really isn't. It is a 41-minute walk and my Bolt driver said it is illegal to walk in the Heathrow area anyway. There is a Costa Coffee in the hotel and an in-house restaurant; the food I ordered that night (Indian) was only OK. The staff was friendly enough but not super helpful in providing transportation details which is fine because we can always find that information online.

Good hot breakfast buffet. Big bar and restaurant area. Very convenient to Heathrow T5 using London transport bus. Comfortable rooms.

Surprisingly quiet despite the fact that the jets are ascending just beside. Great bed but cushions a bit too high for my neck. Carpet in the room and corridors which ofcourse is difficult to keep spotlessly clean. Bathroom quite ok. Friendly staff. Breakfast adequate, loved the berry compote. Easy to reach with local traffic. Industrial area but felt safe even at night. McD close by, did not test the restaurant.

Easy access. Just 5 minutes by public bus from LHR T5. But the hotel name might be misleading. It is not directly connected to the terminal building.
