The staff at the hotel were amazing! Our cheer team had a great time! The pool was small and a little disappointing but overall the stay was great! We will definitely be back next year for cheer!

My stay was really very good. There were a few glitches, the hot pool was out of order the entire 10 days I stayed. I put in for a wake-up call the night b4 I was checking out but it did not happen. But overall my room was fine, the staff was wonderful, breakfasts were good…

Front desk girl was awesome! Very efficient, informative, friendly and genuine. Enjoyed use of pool and hot tub at 3am as there is no curfew for adults using it. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good although eating area was rather small.

Between the hotel and the Dennys next door there were many homeless people asking for our food. Room needed a few repairs. Mostly touch up paint and bad water damage around the bathtub. All of the doors slam loud. Only noise we could hear. Room was clean and odor free. No bed bugs! Pool, hot tub and work out room were clean and open to adults all night. I did not bring my dogs but I love that this hotel is dog friendly. Great location and easy to navigate area if from out of town. I chose this hotel specifically because reviews told that they had great breakfast. I was not disappointed! I ate right before breakfast was ending. Hot fresh eggs and sausage, make your own waffles with all the toppings, english muffins, bagels, toast w jelly or cream cheese, cereal, yogurt and fruits. Coffee tasted fresh and good choice of juices. Will stay here again!

Pool is very small and shallow. It is stated that maximum capacity is 10 people. Yes it really is that small and although it says maximum depth is 3 1/2 feet. It was more like 3 feet with lower water levels. It is NOT a swim pool but more like a kiddy pool. The noise from the freeway and train tracks that run adjacent makes for very difficult sleeping. Impossible if you want fresh air in the room at night. Definitely bring ear plugs. There are a lot of little touches that could clean up the looks of this place like removing the moldy trim off floor next to tub or touch up paint. Or replace the picture that is missing from wall. Or use the right color of touch up paint. Or paint the closet because it has odors of a 30 year hotel in it. The good: sheets were clean and it’s a good location for freeway access

I don't really expect alot in a hotel room, but this one checked all the boxes. Lots of towels, spa, gym, a fantastic breakfast, and a very convenient location. I couldn't ask for more. I hope to stay again in october.my only complaint is the parking is very tight if you have a truck.

We checked into room 310 on Sunday, September 17, 2023. At approximately 12:00 AM we discovered bedbugs in the bed (on the pillow, under the sheet and on the headboard). We took a live bug to the front desk who offered us another room. Of course we vacated the premises as soon as we could. It was an awful experience and ended up having to bag all our stuff to be examined and cleaned to ensure we didn't bring any bugs into our home. We also had to discard our luggage out of fear of having bedbugs in the lining or elsewhere. A refund has been processed but wanted to give a heads up to other families to avoid this type of traumatic experience. I also requested to speak to the General Manager and called each day since returning home but have not received a callback. I ended up reaching out to Expedia as I booked this hotel through them. They will be contacting the hotel for follow up.

Stay was good. The toilet wasn't working, but I was able to open the top and pull the chain myself. The AC was also not working, luckily it wasn't too hot. I did tell the front desk upon check-out and she seemed eager to have it fixed.

This is an economical choice, conveniently located near the highway. while that makes it easy to get to anywhere in the area you might want to go, it also means traffic noise 24/7 if you're on the highway side of the hotel. The pool and hottub were clean and warm. The free breakfast had lots off protein options that were great. Water pressure in the shower was good. The mattresses were not super comfortable, the desk chair was broken and there were several signs of wear and tear including a missing handle on the dresser and a broken frame on the door leading to the mini fridge. Also, no safe in the room. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

This was an awesome room! It was huge. Staff was great, the breakfast was Adequate. I forgot an item in the room and they were very helpful in getting it back. The only negative was a very noisy street.

Starting off with the bad: The AC in my room was intermittent, I wanted more for noise since the place isn't sound dampened enough, but I just loaded up a noise generator on my phone. I had already unpacked and was getting into bed or I would have tried to change rooms. The spa/Jacuzzi needs filtering, the water is really dirty. The good: The place is clean inside and out. Jessica met me promptly at the desk and was awesome. She tried her best to make me comfortable and happy, even checking if a special suite would be available, but it wasn't. She answered a couple more questions and was prompt.in answering the door when I needed in later. I misplaced my key and she had me another in 45 seconds. Great service! My room was a basic room with everything I needed for a one night stay, and almost everything (except AC) worked fine for what little I used. The bed was comfortable enough, even for a heavy guy. Overall I would say it's a good place to stay when in town on business and I will be back if I return to the area.

Everything was great about the hotel except for the beds. They were very, very soft which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. It hurt my husband's back because it was so soft and he had to sit up in the chair to sleep. We had stayed at a La Quinta in Oregon and it had must better beds. They were firmer but had a nice pillow top.

Nice hotel but be sure to request an even number room as the odd numbers are on the freeway side. Freeway noise is muted by AC but still there. Also try to request a room not near the elevator as that noise is noticeable too. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Originally booked a room with two queen beds. Upon checking was told they over booked those rooms and would put me in a room with a king and a hid-abed. We discovered our room did not have a hid-abed when we entered room. We went back down to lobby and were given a different room that did have a king and hid-abed. At midnight we received a call from the lobby saying they wanted us to move into a different room as a double queen room had opened up. I told the staff member my two sons were sleeping and we would not be changing rooms at midnight. He again suggested I should change rooms now and questioned what time I would come to lobby in the morning if I wouldn’t move now. After hanging up I received an additional call from the lobby at 12:05 am but declined to answer. In the morning we were asked to pack our things and change rooms. What a mess.

We stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. Check-in was underwhelming, the front desk staff didn’t greet us with a smile or any warmth, which set a disappointing tone from the start. We paid extra to upgrade our room, but unfortunately ended up in a pet-friendly room that smelled strongly of dog odors, even though we didn’t have a pet with us. Parking was another challenge. The designated spots were extremely tight so much so that opening the car door without hitting the neighboring vehicle was nearly impossible. We had to park behind the hotel, but there was no entryway from the back, which made getting inside inconvenient. Also there was no ice on our floor, so we had to go up a floor to get some. The lobby coffee was awful. Overall, the stay was okay, but these issues definitely took away from the experience.

We walked in and there was hot coffee ready, check in took maybe 5 mins in total. He mad us laugh and told us he was happy we were safe and warm now. Great experience! Definitely will be back!

Staff went above and beyond. I usually dont leave a review but i had to leave a review for this property. Staff was great. Had some trouble using the laundry room but the staff quickly came to my rescue. I dont know any names but please give them acknowledgement because i was very surprise with the great service. I travel for work a bit so ive stayed at lots of hotels. Thank you 100 times.

Great location. Close to good and activities. Easy freeway access. Shower handle did not work. Maintenance said they would come up and he did not. Informed front desk of the issue and he did not seem too concerned about the problem. We checked out early for this reason.

We've booked rooms at this particular LaQuinta several times over the years. The property and room furnishings are showing some wear, but the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient to our son's boarding academy. The room rate was a good value overall.

As a single woman travelling, the inside of the property was nice enough and I felt safe inside. I just didn't like the location of the hotel (very noisy from the highway) and the general feel outside of it, general lack of security. The property is not defined with fencing, so vehicles can drive through the back of the hotel from Denny's on one side to the gas station on the other side. There was no nice, well kept grass for the dogs. The so called dog run was under lock and key. When I asked the front desk person agent if it was safe to use it at night, she told me not to. The agent advised she was locking the front doors at 6.00pm because she was by herself. To me that speaks volumes about the hotel location. I would not stay her again, nor would I recommend it.

In town for a concert and this was a convenient location. The room was nice and clean and staff was friendly. It was within walking distance of the downtown area, although we did drive. There were cute shops and a few restaurants to choose from. It’s right next to a gas station/convenience store, which was nice. We’d stay here again.

It was a bit noisy however we expected that by the freeway, I thought the pillows were a little like small rocks :). It was only for one night and it was just fine. Staff was great...breakfast could be hotter but overall for one night stay it was great!

No parking available, veterans parking was occupied by Canadian young people. Eggs were ice cold, sausage's some were burnt and also cold. Nobody refilled the eggs or sausages during the over half hour we were in the dining room. We had to ask for regular coffee to be refilled. We have stayed at La Quinta before in Burlington and there was no comparison. Burlington Wa. was excellent.

When we arrived, we were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies and they were delicious. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful in giving us directions to the Muckleshoot Casino, which was about 3 miles away. Our room was large with a king size bed. It was a bit on the soft side but we slept great. The breakfast, which was served in a room that adjoins the lobby. It was very good…waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. They also offered yogurt, cereals, toast, and a few different bread choices along with assorted juices, coffee and tea. Next time we are needing to stay in Auburn we’ll be back.

Bed and bathroom were clean, walls had snot or something smeared on them in several areas and the AC unit smelt very moldy/musty. Room smelt a little like urine. Staff were great and checking in and out was a breeze. Overall it did the trick but not amazed.
