Hotel 4 stelle nella media, pulito e comodo al centro città. Grossa pecca la mancanza della macchinetta del caffè. Presente il frigobar ma vuoto e spento.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Tout près d'un très grand centre commercial avec stationnement pas trop cher si on doit laisser la voiture quelques jours. À pied de tout les quartiers d'intérêt.

The tiny street in front gives a wrong impression. The hotel is furnished with old and antique objects and the bedding was perfect. And the central garden is a quiet little paradise. Only negative aspect: car parking is at EURO 30 per night.. a real rip-off!!

The only thing actually working in this hotel is the elevator!!! 1. The hotel doesn’t have AC, for a hot summer it’s terrible to survive with a fan that they provide. Totally not recommend it. We thought AC is by default in 4 stars hotels, but not in Baltics. 2. They need to hire more people. You can’t have same person running the reception and the bar! Each time when we tried to enjoy our 2 complimentary drinks as part of VIP access, they were not there or not available. 3. The room was ok, bed comfortable. TV old and not smart and in our case, cable didn’t work for 2 days. Of course we reported, but reception people said “they tried it themselves to repair and they couldn’t”. So again, 1 man show. 4. Cleaning was super delayed every day, we had to personally ask them to clean our room by 5 pm when we were returning from the city and room was in same state. Bed sheets were not changed not even once during 3 nights stay. Understaffed here too, as cleaning lady said “her colleague is not here and she cannot do alone” 5. Hotel Opera & Spa, but no spa? Very confusion, guys. There is nothing spa related, don’t get fooled. Maybe spaM. 6. Good position and walking distance from old town.

Check-in took more than 1 hour because of a very unfrendly incapable desk officer, also for the family before us. Rest of desk personnel very frendly and efficient. For 3 thé rooms are quite small. It should be clearer that the spa is closed. TV not well programmed, no personnel to want to put it right

Difficulty getting access after midnight. Not continuous 24 hr reception as advertised. Also no VIP sevice provided as per my booking.

Generally good. There was a water pullution issue after some maintenance on our 2nd day. Customers were not informed promptly and we ended up using the pulluted water for making tea. Hotel mgt must be more proactive when customers' health is at risk. Otherwise a good stay.

Nagyon kedves személyzet. Felújított szálloda, sajnos az ismertetőkben benne maradt a közben megszüntetett spa. Kiváló reggeli, központi elhelyezkedés. Ajánlom!

2 de 3 noches el agua para ducharse o lavarse los dientes era color café como óxido. La recepcion y la sra. de la limpieza dijeron tener problemas y tenian una nota advirtiendo no tomarla.Me dieron 2 botellitas de agua para compensar 😞

Fantastic experience I had an excellent stay at Opera Hotel. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were welcoming and professional, always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent, with super fresh and tasty food, and the restaurant staff were amazing friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The location is perfect and everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately there was a huge layer of dust under our bed

Ideal location to walk in to the Old town, rooms very clean and staff very accommodating

Lovely circler room, staff very friendly and helpful and recommended a local restaurant. Room was clean and well appointed.

I had an enjoyable stay at Opera hotel, my flight got me into Riga to early to check in however I was able to leave my bag at the hotel until check in time. The room was clean spacious and has one of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The female member of staff on the front desk (I can’t remember your name, sorry) that I spoke to was brilliant, she managed to teach me a small bit of Latvian, Paldies!

Room was clean. Comfy bed. Small room but has everything you need. Front desk staff efficient and courteous. Great location, I walked everywhere.

Hotel needs updating. Suit is not a suit, it is a room in the attic without windows at chance to look outside. Room was extremely hot, air-conditioning did not work. Staff gave me a old dirty fan to fix the problem. Staff came in the room without knocking the door. I was there from Fri-sun, no housekeeping, no cleaning during that time, no one brought more water. Suit has also a dusty smell.

Television was too small.

The room was lovely, well turned out and clean. Amazing location, was visiting with older relatives and everything was still in walking distance. The bed was super comfy too. Didnt have breakfast because we thought it was expensive considering how many cafes at half the price were nearby. Only downside was the lack of air con in the room. It was very warm! All the staff at reception were excellent.

It was a comfortable hotel within walking distance of old town. Unfortunately there’s no AC so that’s a factor if you are visiting in the summer and are expecting it. Nice classical feel to the place

Internet signals really awful, no cooler

No AC! If you’re visiting Riga during hot weather, make sure to choose a hotel with air conditioning. Our room was extremely warm. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but the lack of AC is a major downside.

The location of this hotel is perfect as it is extremely close to both train and bus stations in addition to being 2min away from the Town center. The price/service level is ok but we did have various minor issues, going from no air ventilation in the room for all the 3 nights to the room being extremely noisy as we had to sleep with windows open and they face on a big main street junction. WIth windows closed no issues. Our magnetic key also just never worked but again, minor detail. Unless asked room service, even just trash bin changed is not foreseen on a daily basis, this was not clear. Overall i'd suggest it for its location. Staff was professional and friendly. If you have paid for breakfast but need to leave before opening times ask for take way bag. Room was spacious and bed comfortable..

Erg vriendelijk! Goed ontbijt, vriendleijk personeel. Klein minpuntje. Onze suite had erg weinig licht ondat er bijna geen ramen waren!

Ett bra och mycket centralt hotell. I sommarhettan var det ett stort minus att rummen inte hade AC. Personalen mycket trevlig och professionell. Efter önskemål fick vi en golvfläkt till rummet.

I enjoyed my stay no windows at all iny room but not really a problem. I tried to get a late checkout but was immediately told it was not possible. Wifi was extremely slow on the 5th Floor so I did not use it.

My stay at the Opera Hotel was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent — safe, central, and with very easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. I especially want to mention Oskars at the reception — he was very helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Riga!

We stayed five nights here. The hotel is nicely decorated and in a convenient location. The fifth-floor room had exposed beams and a skylight and was very charming. The staff was very nice and friendly. However, there seem to be some problems in the management of this hotel. First, we were given keycards to a room that was already occupied — luckily, the person wasn't there when we opened the door. Then we were given keycards to another room which didn't work. And throughout our stay we kept having to go to the front desk to get our keycards fixed. (Yes, we made sure to keep them away from magnets, power banks and other things that could de-magnetize them.) The housekeeping was also somewhat unpredictable. We try to be eco-conscious and we try to leave out a "do not disturb" sign every second day to prevent unnecessary use of cleaning products, and we followed the directive on the sign in the bathroom to hang up towels we would keep and leave ones we wanted changed on the floor, but they came in and changed our towels every day and even took away our "do not disturb" sign. That is, until the last full day of our stay when we were resigned to them cleaning daily and they didn't come at all — not even to replace the towels on the floor. In all, these were very minor problems for us, but it would be a good idea for management to pay a bit more attention.

Central location. Tea and coffee in the room. Didn’t like the receptionist’s attitude towards the female couple checking-in before me where he questioned their choice of a double bed. He made the situation uncomfortable which was unnecessary.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and breakfast room. The superior double room had a very comfortable bed and excellent-quality linen.impeccable WiFi in the room made our stay really comfortable there. It is a real value for money especially if considered the property is very centrally located. In a short stroll you will find the old town, shopping areas and both the railway and coach stations.

One of the people in reseption was rude. Our toilet was not working well. No Person to deal with that on weekend. Not 4 stars

They do honor late checkout for an additional fee and breakfast offered a variety of food, coffees, and juice. I would definitely recommend this stay as it’s a close walk to both the bus station, the 22 bus that takes you to the airport, and approx a 10ish min walk to the center

Great location, room was super cute and clean, the hotel common areas were well maintained; did I mention best location ever. Walking distance to the central market and old town. Finally Cynthia was AMAZING; what a gem. She was so helpful, accommodating, professional and an all round nice lady.

center of the city, fastest way to get to the bus or train

The Opera Hotel in Riga is located within minutes of Old Town and a few blocks from Freedom Monument. Across the busy intersection is a shopping center (with several dining options and a pharmacy) and Riga's Central Station. Opera Hotel's front desk had some of the friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered. The hotel even offered up umbrellas to its guests as I was there during a rainy weekend.

Excellent location, big rooms and great amenities, delicious breakfast, great service and very kind staff, within walking distance to everything in Riga, train station, bus station, old town, a mall across the street. Wonderful

Sehr guter Aufenthalt, Lage sehr zentral, gleich neben dem Bahnhof, Universität und Altstadt gleich um die Ecke. Zummer sauber und freundlich

Opera Hotel ligger meget godt plassert i byen. Rett over gata fra jernbanestasjonen, og 5 minutter fra gamlebyen. Lite støy på rommet. Godt nett. Enkelt og trivelig. Bra plass på rommet. Ble rennovert for ca 1 år siden, og er meget velholdt. Prisen jeg fikk var god, og det betyr også litt.

The shower does not have a cover so all the water spills all over the floor in the bathroom, not ideal. Breakfast was liimited.

I missed the air conditioner from the room. The breakfast was not too varied.

Ingången till hotellet var skräpigt. Personalen var underbemanade. Både i receptionen och i matsalen. Dessutom med tanke på att hotellet skulle vara 4 stjärnigt var frukosten torftig. Rummet helt ok med sköna sängar. I min värld var hotellet 2+ . Tar ett annat hotell nästa gång.
