On my way home on business. Booked the hotel about 1 hour out. When I arrived, the lobby was locked, had to ring the bell a few time's and waitted in the cold for over 15 minutes for someone to come and check me in. This was at 7pm. The lobby was again not open at 7:20 am to check out and get a cup of coffee.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, dirty restroom, smoke smell, dead cockroaches on the wall... I can keep going Lights did not work properly No paper in the toilet
