The resort is not bad but it is in a need of an update. The public areas were reasonably well maintained but the resort does not reach a 4-stal level these days. Here’s why: - There was no wifi in the rooms and it was available only on some of the public areas. In addition, the quality of the wifi was at the level of a 2-star hotel. - Food variety was pretty good but quality left quite a lot to wish for. Beverages were simply of poor quality. - Good service was delivered by some of the staff members but mainly it was 2-star quality. - The music played in the main pool area was way too loud and the water in the pools was pretty cold. - Entertainment and activities were 3-star quality. - The gym was pathetic. - The room was about 3-star level, the bed was okay.

Nous sommes partis pour les fêtes de fin d'année entre amis avec des enfants. L'hôtel est parfaitement sécurisé avec un personnel excellent. La qualité des buffets est très bien et change tous les jours. Le squash, tennis et salle de sport ont été très apprécié par petits et grands. Vous souhaitez séjourner dans cet établissement, allez y c'est génial.

Essen & Getränke: Das Essen war durchschnittlich und wiederholte sich oft. Die à la carte Restaurants waren enttäuschend: unaufmerksames Personal und schneller Service ohne Ambiente. Die Getränkeauswahl könnte verbessert werden, besonders Cocktails. Animation & Rezeption: Das Animations-Team war international, aber nur wenige kümmerten sich um alle Gäste. Alt er bra med dette hotellet bortsett fra ikke optimal renhold i rommene. Fant støv og hår ved innkomst i hjørnene. Ved daglig renhold, vasket de ikke hele gulvet, bare ved inngangen. Det er også wi-fi mangel på rommene. Man må ha sin egen.

Un hôtel proposant énormément de services: taxi, boutiques (souvenirs, papyrus...), pharmacie, plusieurs restaurants (1 oriental, 1 italien, ainsi que le buffet volonté compris dans la formule), massage, chevaux, activités nautiques... Vous pouvez également acheter une carte SIM sur place. Cet hôtel possède 3 grandes piscines et situé en front mer. Les transats sont gratuits et mis à disposition (le premier arrivé, le premier servi). Les chambres sont assez spacieuses avec un balcon et une salle d'eau ainsi qu'un mini frigo. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, on nous ramène également des bouteilles d'eau chaque jour. Les personnes à l'accueil sont très agréables et au service si nécessaire. Concernant la nourriture au buffet, nous n'avons pas très apprécié mais il y'a de tout et ça reste correct. Pour résumé: séjour très agréable, un hôtel immense avec jardin et une vue magnifique.

initial thoughts when we arrived were the good. And greeted pleasantly. But it’s not a 4 star it’s more a 3 star hotel. Tired rooms in desperate need of refurbishment. inclusive option is not great either food is edible but that’s about it. We did eat outside the hotel the time we were there. We felt we had to leave the room by 12 Noon as the bell boy insisted he take our luggage and after 12 noon we would be charged for overstaying our welcome. won’t be going back unfortunately.

All in all very good and recommended. Nice rooms. Direct access to the sea (no coral reef so u step directly into the water) well maintained outdoor space and restaurants. Good value for money and the actual experience is better than most of Egyptian 5* resorts. 469 rooms in total spead through little building blocks. Negatives: food is better than what s on offer in other resorts but it can be improved. Rooms need to be cleaned thourougher (they change towels and sheets every day and that s pretty it) and offer wifi in the rooms. Staff is extremely polite. A la carte restaurants: skip the Italian (it s so so) but try the Arabic one which is great. Located not so far from centre of hurghada (Sheraton road etc) . If beach is your priority it's one of the best. All in all totally recommended and good value for money in comparison with other resorts

This was my second visit. Its a beautiful property and it would be 5 stars in my book if it had smart tvs and wifi in the rooms. Really annoyed about the wifi...and the wifi in the reception wasnt all that great either. The in room phones are also a bit ancient. View cant be beat though

Schönes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Essen ist nicht wirklich abwechslungsreich. Internet gibt es nur an der Rezeption und in der Lobby, nicht im Zimmer oder im Restaurant. Es werden für jegliche Extras zusätzliche Gebühren berechnet.(Billard, Popcorn, Eis) All inclusive Getränke sind nur bis 24 Uhr kostenlos. Danach muss man bezahlen.

initial thoughts when we arrived were the good. And greeted pleasantly. But it’s not a 4 star it’s more a 3 star hotel. Tired rooms in desperate need of refurbishment. inclusive option is not great either food is edible but that’s about it. We did eat outside the hotel the time we were there. We felt we had to leave the room by 12 Noon as the bell boy insisted he take our luggage and after 12 noon we would be charged for overstaying our welcome. won’t be going back unfortunately.

C'est un belle hôtel propre avec piscine chauffée et une belle plage. Les repas sont bon et le personnel et équipe d'animation au top. L'isolation phonique des chambres est pas terribles. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir se baigner si il n'y a pas de maître nageur est contraignant.

Excellent service 20/10- Sara on reception was the most attentive worker we have ever come across always making sure she/ the hotel was meeting our needs. We watched their exemplary care for a lady in a wheel chair and gave praise via feedback to reception about a brilliant bar man Moustafa on the pool bar who came to thank us for our kind words.

A equipe da recepção são confusos e sem educação, o Hoteis.com cobra um valor chega lá eles não fazem check in pedem valor maior no meu caso 60$. Me senti roubada. O tudo incluso é uma mentira só tem algumas coisas em alguns horários e os coquetéis são péssimos. O que salva e a vista lindo os quartos aconchegantes.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Leider sind die Verkäufer in den Shops unangenehm sobald man nicht ihren Preis bezahlen möchte und an der Rezeption hat man leider auch ein unangenehmes Gefühl sobald man Fragen hat. Das Hotel ist super und die meisten Mitarbeiter klasse, aber sobald man eine Beanstandung hat oder Ähnliches fühlt man sich nicht ganz so willkommen.

This was my second visit. Its a beautiful property and it would be 5 stars in my book if it had smart tvs and wifi in the rooms. Really annoyed about the wifi...and the wifi in the reception wasnt all that great either. The in room phones are also a bit ancient. View cant be beat though

This resort was beautiful and right on the Red Sea! The food options were great, and the chefs were always willing to take special requests for food. Pools were nice, rooms were very clean, and staff was incredibly helpful. Drinks were also very well made. One thing to note is wifi is only available in the main lobby area.

English: the hotel is in general very good, good room keeping and nice pools. The food is mediocre in the buffet and in both payed restorants. The water sport center at the beach is a rip off. Don't go there. There 100 centers in the city with better prices and superb service. Other thing is the transport from the airport with supposed to be included is not. Ihad to pay 22 euros from airport to the hotel. They said if I called earlier they would have sent a car but for 15$. By the way both numbers in the hotels website and thier website didn't work. I've send an email also but no answer. Normally you can't ask for Taxi from the outside to come pick you up. On the way back to the Airport I payed a local taxi about 8€. All the staff are very nice. Especially thr receptionist Fatimah. She really payed good attention to every detail. All in all it's a nice hotel. Clean. And the service is very nice.

hotel joli avec petit batiments peu élevés. tres belle chambreavec tres grande douche.plage agreable sauf pas assez de possibilité de baignade vers les coraux.trois piscine dont une pour faire des longueurs beau jardin. bon petit-déjeuner avec des viennoiseries tres correctes.point negatif les buffets de midi et soir peu variés et peu gouteux.on peut faire bcp mieux avec les mêmes produits. vin au verre chaud et pas bons.au bar cocktail quelconque. heureusement on ne vient pas en egypte pour la nourriture.mais sur notre croisière sur un dahabye le chef cuisinait beaucoup mieux.c'est aussi une question de volonté. et la accor pour un groupe français est mauvais

Nice hotel but should of done my due dillegence ,nothing outside the hotel in the form of restaurants/ bars ,started out on bed & breakfast and then went to half board due to the above .The beaches either side of the hotel were like building sites and tried walking as far as we could go but were limited due to other hotels and security . Its been many years since i visited Egypt and i forgot that it can feel very isolating stuck in just the hotel grounds, the Mariner in Hurghuda broke one of the days up and is worth a visit 15 min taxi ride . Was mainly Russian German and french with a few brits.

All in all very good and recommended. Nice rooms. Direct access to the sea (no coral reef so u step directly into the water) well maintained outdoor space and restaurants. Good value for money and the actual experience is better than most of Egyptian 5* resorts. 469 rooms in total spead through little building blocks. Negatives: food is better than what s on offer in other resorts but it can be improved. Rooms need to be cleaned thourougher (they change towels and sheets every day and that s pretty it) and offer wifi in the rooms. Staff is extremely polite. A la carte restaurants: skip the Italian (it s so so) but try the Arabic one which is great. Located not so far from centre of hurghada (Sheraton road etc) . If beach is your priority it's one of the best. All in all totally recommended and good value for money in comparison with other resorts

We were unhappy with Reef, but all other options were very satisfying. If you are a big fan of snorkeling - I suggest searching for another hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in the pool or on a calm beach - this is for you.

The resort is not bad but it is in a need of an update. The public areas were reasonably well maintained but the resort does not reach a 4-stal level these days. Here’s why: - There was no wifi in the rooms and it was available only on some of the public areas. In addition, the quality of the wifi was at the level of a 2-star hotel. - Food variety was pretty good but quality left quite a lot to wish for. Beverages were simply of poor quality. - Good service was delivered by some of the staff members but mainly it was 2-star quality. - The music played in the main pool area was way too loud and the water in the pools was pretty cold. - Entertainment and activities were 3-star quality. - The gym was pathetic. - The room was about 3-star level, the bed was okay.

Nous sommes partis pour les fêtes de fin d'année entre amis avec des enfants. L'hôtel est parfaitement sécurisé avec un personnel excellent. La qualité des buffets est très bien et change tous les jours. Le squash, tennis et salle de sport ont été très apprécié par petits et grands. Vous souhaitez séjourner dans cet établissement, allez y c'est génial.
Nous sommes partis pour les fêtes de fin d'année entre amis avec des enfants. L'hôtel est parfaitement sécurisé avec un personnel excellent. La qualité des buffets est très bien et change tous les jours. Le squash, tennis et salle de sport ont été très apprécié par petits et grands. Good value for money and the actual experience is better than most of Egyptian 5* resorts. 469 rooms in total spead through little building blocks. Negatives: food is better than what s on offer in other resorts but it can be improved. Rooms need to be cleaned thourougher (they change towels and sheets every day and that s pretty it) and offer wifi in the rooms. Staff is extremely polite. A la carte restaurants: skip the Italian (it s so so) but try the Arabic one which is great. Located not so far from centre of hurghada (Sheraton road etc) . If beach is your priority it's one of the best. All in all totally recommended and good value for money in comparison with other resorts

Everyone was wonderful and kind. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional and friendly. The reception staff, restaurant staff, snack hut attendants, pool supervisors, and housekeeping team were all very kind and worked diligently, always making sure everything was exactly as we wanted. The hotel taxi service was also great. All the services and staff at the hotel were respectful, friendly, and carried out their work with great professionalism. The rooms were clean, and the food was varied and good. It was a wonderful week for me and my family.
