Absolutely love how clean and well kept the property is. Convenient to choices of things to do like sunset cruises and dolphin watching. Absolutely love the private beach to watch the boats go by. The property is so beautiful. Glad to have access to the very clean pool, laundry room , game room , bikes and spa. I will be booking again real soon.

I knew they were having some construction done- but the entire property was tarped off or unavailable. Construction workers speaking very loudly were everywhere and construction noise and drilling/hammering was just a really lovely add on to the crap stay. The first room they put us in had water pouring on top of the microwave area!!!!! We could’ve been seriously injured, So then they move us to a room where 1 foot outside the tiny floor-level balcony there was a huge machine and construction workers making tons of noise and yelling over the machinery noise. So then they moved us again the next morning. Yes they upgraded us but they had no choice because there were no other regular rooms available and we didn’t even enjoy it because we only spent the night there 1 night. The only pool available was far away in a parking lot, One restaurant was open and it was the equivalent of a TGI Fridays and cost is 130$. The staff was rude and took everything personally or didn’t believe me until they saw it for themselves. All I asked for was a late checkout bc we were exhausted from all the moving around and packing and unpacking out things every day for 3 days. They gave me an 1130 checkout and we were kicked out at 10 with banging on the door. If you are in THAT MUCH CONSTRUCTION then CLOSE UNTIL YOUR GUESTS CAN ACTUALLY ENJOY THE PROPERTY. By far the worst trip of my life. I’m not relaxed, we’re sore from moving around every day and we only saw the water from a far distance. AWFUL!

Originally when I checked in I was put in a building where the elevator was out of service, so we had to carry everything up the stairs to our room. When we got to our room it was not clean, no hot water, construction going on in the building and outside the building, the phone didn’t work to call front desk. I called from my cell and was told they couldn’t do anything. I called the main office and the next morning the moved my family to a different room. It was clean, elevator worked, hot water, etc. The pools were unable to be used still however. We won’t be staying here again, I appreciate that they moved us but it still should not have took the 5 phone calls to get it done, they should ensure elevators are working and rooms are cleaned prior to guest check in. After we were moved the experience was better but still not what we were expecting.

Quiet resort away from the busyness of PC. Restaurant on property was really good. Multiple pools and hot tubs were nice and never crowded.

The pools were great. The room had only one usb port, not cleaning the room or even the garage, there were problems with the elevators - extremely slow working. NO ATM machines at all- guests do need this even at a cashless property for other things. The concierge was unfamiliar with the area. Sent us to somewhere that was not what we asked for. Only the one restaurant. Definitely won't recommend.

The pool area was really nice, some of the halls and parts of the rooms not so much. Our couch was stained up and the grounds around the resort had trash that was never picked up our entire stay. Its quite spread out so bring a beach wagon to carry things. I like that they provide shampoo/conditioner/and body wash in dispensers in the shower, one less thing to have to pack. They also provide towels for the pool/beach. There are loaner bikes you can sign out and putt putt golf to keep you entertained along with water activities you can book if you want to dolphin watch or snorkel(not included).

Falsely advertised! All outdoor attractions were under construction (pool, hot tub, outdoor bars, kayak rental…) onsite bar closed at seven pm. Our room over looking the bay was just overlooking construction of the private beach we did not have access to. Staff was very rude and unwilling to fulfill the few accommodations they did still offer, they did not clean our room once during stay, bathroom fan and toilet were broken. There was nothing within walking distance. So disappointed with our stay. We were advised by hotel management to take up reimbursement with Expedia.

The property is beautiful, easy location. Everything is a good walk to get too too but otherwise the room and property itself was fantastic! My only concern is EVERYTHING closes at 8pm.. pools, restaurants, private beach, etc. I would understand 9-10 but 8pm is entirely too early.

Not as advertised. Construction was going and amenities advertised were not available or open. Restaurant shown on the water was torn down and being rebuilt. Both pools attached to the building under construction. Only restaurant there closed before posted times.

The carpet in my room was filthy, the blind was not closing all the way, leaving bright light in the morning, causing me to wake up super early. I mentioned both to the concierge, nobody did nothing even though they said they would take care of it.

The pools were very dirty. The pictures are very misleading when it comes to the “beach”. We had to ask several times for towels. The facility was understaffed. Check in took 45 minutes however the staff was apologetic and nice.

This was our first stay. I realize they are just getting started with chages by Bluegreen. However basic cleanliness can should be paramount. The swimming pools were filthy. The rest of the property appeared clean and well kept.

The room we had was dirty and obvious not cleaned well, we found old cracker and Oreo cookies by the sliding door. Under the church was gross! Their cleaning teams really need to do a better job! Prices were quite higher for the quality of food served and there conditions of the pool, the pools always seemed to have a. Lot of junk in them. The “private” beach was unkept and quite pathetic. The have a coffee shop the boasts serving Starbucks drink, however all week did not have Starbucks Refreshers, quite disappointing considering that was one of the reason I chose this particular resort. One of the managers at one point t told my husband to stay st the bar she would be back she was going to give him some vouchers but never returned. We waited two hours. That is not okay. The great things about the property is it was beautiful, and the grounds were well kept. The front desk staff were fabulous as were the most of the bar staff at FlipFlops ! All in all it was just an okay week. Not someplace I say oh I am going to return to, it had too many negatives .

This resort in not a very clean one. Bathrooms tub was gross, we never had hot water, just warm at best. Dishes that were put away in cabinets were dirty. stains on carpet. we had to go out and buy our own toilet paper. The pools were not clean or even clear, they had cloudy water, and the pool deck had trash.

The private beach was disappointing. The t.v was not working, there wasn’t a shower curtain. I had to move rooms. Carpet was very dirty. Bathroom was extremely small. I will not stay again

Customers service’s at front desk horrible horrible. Cleanliness is pretty bad they room has a bad smell not much light at night if you want to walk.

Absolutely terrible, i hve never checked out the hotel early but i had to this time, check in was ok, room was outdated and extremely dirty, had hair all over sink and bath tub, the floors were even worse. Balcony had concrete wall, no view at all. Mattress messed up my back after one night. Pools were dirty, jacuzzi had stuff floating in it, asked the staff to upgrade the room due to conditions, they said they stay booked all the time and cant help me, didnt even try to clean it. Elevators are scary. Building far away from main building and pools. Beach is very small and good 30 min walk. We barely managed to stay for teo days and found another hotel. My son didnt even get in the pool because it was so dirty. Game room had flies and minimal games. Overall probably one of the worst i have ever stayed at. Still waiting for my refund too.

Found a cockroach in the fridge in our room

I reserved top floor water view private balcony. They gave us a room with shared balcony space on the first floor next too pool area with loud music playing all night

The beds were comfortable, and the room was roomy. We were surprised that nothing was really up and running for our spring break. Overall, it was a pretty good place to stay. Though our mirror in our bathroom had no light that worked...so our bathroom was really dark.

Everything was old

This is a great property, needs updating for sure though. When I arrived to check in at 5:30 I was told that they were not sure if my room was ready. It ended up just not showing clean in the system. Once I arrived to my room I discovered the fridge was not working. They replaced it soon after I called. Walls are thin and you can hear when everyone closes their door.

We requested a king size balcony water view, but half the view was blocked by a wall next to us. That was disappointing and no bedside table next to me. Throw pillows and a stool would have been nice for the sofa. Our coffee maker was broken (they replaced it) and we had to get water glasses. None in our room. Comfortable bed !!!

Didn't like the A/C noise in the room. Other than that it was a nice stay.

When we showed up at 5:45 our room still wasn’t ready said it had to be cleaned the property was in poor condition golf course was in terrible condition dead trees everywhere our room was small not as it was depicted in the pictures much smaller than expected they stuck us in the very back building 7 where our tv kept cutting out the ac went off like a tornado and you freeze till it shuts off and the doors were not sealed. You could see light through both and had to listen to our loud neighbors and people in the hallway definitely not what is depicted guess I didn’t get a deal I got a cheap motel

The area and the view were very pleasant. It took us only 10minutes to get to the strip. It's a love island! The food was great, staff was very polite, but the space in the room and the bathroom was very small. The air conditioner was loud and annoying, but other than that it was okay.

Construction going on. Advertised 3 pools only 1 open for a large complex of hotel and time share guests. Paid for ocean view and could only see the water when standing in front of the slider and looking right, also door opens to a balcony that’s standing only. The room that’s advertised for ocean view with balcony wasn’t even at this hotel as far as we could see. Hallways, elevators dirty and dated. Rooms are dated as well.

The new renovations look nice but still need some updates. Our room had a crack in the ceiling, peeling wallpaper throughout the hallways in building 2. Tv guide did not work, room door has to be slammed to close and you could hear the next room clearly while in the bathroom. Private beach needs an update also.

From the time you walk into the door until the time you leave staff was amazing place was clean.Food was great.

Short weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday and it was fabulous. The pool are was perfect, every place that we love to eat was literally a five minute drive. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere and staff was super friendly. We plan on a trip with the kids nest time

Access to cruise was nice. Staffing was unprofessional at check in. Television didn’t work after every rain shower. Sliding door leaked into room. Bathroom door was too close to shower and toilet. Elevator sometimes worked correctly. Room key was given but they tried to sell you a time share. The restaurant was very limited and closed very early leaving driving ten minutes to any restaurant. Restaurants in area closed early. Restaurant hours of operations not posted on door or website correctly and staffing was aware but not concerned about issue. Staffing at checkout was not concerned about our stay. Highly don’t recommend.

The overall facility was clean and nice however the lady at front desk gave us the wrong set of cards for the door to our room on two occasions having us wait a few extra hours before we could get into the room. For the 6 night stay that we were there we had no cable/internet service for the TV. They were finally able to get someone out on night 4. The housekeepers never entered our room the entire stay and I constantly had to go to front desk to get coffee for the room. This is a service I guess you have to request at the front desk daily. Two of the three restaurants were closed the entire trip. Lastly at the end of our stay, we were charged an extra $244. We booked via Hotels.com and was never informed by them or the resort that there would be extra expenses especially when you didn’t use their services such as the restaurant. - hidden expenses by the resort. All expenses are charged to the room, however we didn’t use any. So for anyone trying to book just know that the price is not the price- the resort will charge you an extra fee of $34 daily to stay there at the end.

Check in process was not the best, I arrived at 4pm and once I check in they said the room was not ready, to enjoy the amenities and they would call me. Time went by 2 hours and no call, I went to the front desks and the room was ready, but no one had called me. Bad customer service from that Caucasian lady. Other than that the kids enjoyed being in the pool which was heated. And the views around the hotel are very pleasing. Don’t recommend the McDonalds near the hotel horrible staff and service.

I came to checkin at 10 pm and my room is still not ready. Some people have been waiting for more than 3 hours and still have not got their rooms. The manager did not even dare to come out to manage the situation.

Unable both nights of reservations to get into our rooms at 4 pm Bc they were not done yet. Told many times we would be called and at 730 pm first night after going back again to see they had a room which they didn’t call us and tonight was 8pm!! No apology or compensation! Expected still to be out by 11am…unacceptable and do not recommend!

There was a saw in our room. When we told the front desk. They said they would send someone up but they never did, then the charged us over 400 for possible room service fees, eventually they refunded it 5 business days later. Then when we did call for toothbrush, room service never showed up, we got our own extra towels, rhe air conditoner was so loud it sounded like someone was shaking the doors . We stayed here in 2017 and the service was completely different.

Pricing for memorial Day Weekend was much less than the local hotels/resorts. There were tourist things to do right from the property. Very conveniently located.

Nice place, they forgot to call us when room was ready, there was construction work, but it did not impact the stay. Odd they don't take cash at the bar, You need a car to get to restaurants and shops, as there is nothing you can walk too. You also need to pay extra to have your room cleaned.

The private beach was peaceful they have a golf cart take and bring you up the dock which had a spot to have drinks and some boats to take you on some adventures

Quiet and off the strip but not too far

The property was on the bayside and quiet. The boardwalk was a lovely quiet stroll. The area had many amenities and unfortunately we didn’t get to use them all but it is so worth it if you want a nice relaxing vacation away from the craziness of pcb. It is just a short drive from the beach and pier park. Our room was so nice and comfortable. Staff were so friendly, respectful and accommodating of everyone. Pools were smaller than we thought but it was okay.

Nice resort, very cool. Friendly and obliging staff. The private beach is beautiful, the view is wonderful. Well located too. We loved our stay there. Highly recommended.

The resort itself was mediocre. The pool wasn’t heated even though the temperature outside was still below 80 the whole time. The private beach was very cool but it’s on the bay so there are no real waves and the water doesn’t get very deep. The bar access was nice having 3 different options, however, the prices feel pretty inflated. There is no complimentary food and their breakfast cafe was way over priced. The secluded feel was why we chose to stay here but it ended up making it hard for us to go anywhere if we didn’t want to eat on site. Our weather was not the greatest, so bike transportation was not an option although I do love that it’s offered. The time there was overall fine, but I would not book it again.

Quiet and out of the way place to stay that is close to all of the PCB attractions. It has convenient parking and staff is very helpful and friendly. It will be better after all construction is finished and all of the facilities are open.

The hotel is close to the water and there is a lovely pier attached to the property. Parking is very convenient and there is easy access to tours like boat rides right from the property. Golf and tennis are available close by. These are all the positives. The downside is the property is undergoing major renovations. That might be nice when it is all done, but not if you are trying to enjoy your stay. They did not clean the room or make the bed. When we checked in, none of the lights besides the bathroom lights worked. Maintenance came out and was able to fix most of them. The WiFi and cable didn’t work for over 48 hours of our stay. There was no running water for an entire day at least 8 am - 5 pm. If we had known there wouldn’t be running water, we would have all taken showers ahead of time but there was no advanced notice. When the front desk said they had water available, I thought they might hand each guest a gallon of water to brush teeth, wash your face and hands, maybe even add water to flush a toilet. Imagine my surprise when the front desk handed me one small water bottle per person. The lady told me the water was out for the entire County - which was a lie. The water was out in a small geographic area because of planned work. This could have been communicated to the guests in advance. There is so much construction going on, it made it difficult to walk between construction projects and cement being poured. Work went late into the evening.

The only dining on the property was a pool bar (Flip Flops). The service was none existent. Even when we ordered from the bar, we never got served.

Everything was very nice. The only complaint is that there was not much available for breakfast service. The small cafe does not really offer much of a complete breakfast. I do believe a lot of people require more for breakfast.

Amazing property on the bay! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, nice pools, good food and beautiful setting!

Zero service at pool bar. Went to inside bar & excellent service. By the way pool bar had 3 bartenders & maybe 20 guests.

I took my family to celebrate my sons birthday we had an amazing time. From some of the reviews I was kinda nervous, but found a hidden gem. The staff was amazing even though it seems like they made need more staff. The food at flip flop was great. The food at tidy was amazing. The beach was perfect for the little ones. The boat ride was amazing an over 10/10

very misleading about the property, one restaurant claimed a full menu but didn’t even have a kitchen. pool closes at 7:30 pm, lady that took out the trash by the pool was rude. the floor in my room was so dirty it turned the bottom of everyone’s feet black. balcony was flooded with 2inches of water. one restaurant served me a buffalo chicken wrap with a hair on it, never discounted anything off the bill. definitely will be choosing another place for the next trip.
