Hotel Espresso

SAFE OPENED DURING STAY BY HOUSEKEEPING!!!!!!! Staff rating is solely on this. I stayed three days and on day two I arrived back to hotel to get something out of my safe. The safe pass numbers did not work. I went downstairs to tell them I must’ve put in the wrong code and they informed me that during the cleaning the person actually opened the safe thinking that things were left in there from the last guest. This absolutely does not make sense as my room was clean the day before and obviously I didn’t check out for another night. There’s no reason in the world that anyone should invade your privacy and open your safe thank goodness I did not have any valuables in there and nothing was missing, but something tells me they realized it thus did not steal anything. I lived in the Netherlands for four years and upon return, I would’ve never ever expected anything like this to happen. I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you were going to carry every item with you or have nothing of any value in your possession. Very sad as that hotel was nice and tidy. I asked the staff at the desk how this happened and he said “ I’m only telling you what I was told” I hope everyone reads this before booking the hotel and who’s the situation

Air didn’t work. No amenities. But good location for our travel Clean room No water to drink in room Had to buy from vending machine
