Suites Jardin Imperial

My work is in Zone 15 so this location works for me very well. Also this area has supermarkets, restaurants, stores, etc.The property is well maintained, the suites are confortable, and quiet.

The property is very well kept, the hotel and the area were very quite, the location is very convenient with supermarket and restaurants very accessible. The staff was very efficient and kind.

The property is great. Beautiful garden. Watch out, not all units have a/c. The showers all have shower curtains. The staff is very distant in their treatment. Polite, but distant. And they treat you like you're a suspect about to commit a crime. Instead of feeling welcome, their treatment reminds you that this isn't your home. Very uncomfortable. I shared this with them, and they said guests have stolen from them, which isn't my fault or my case.

La habitación estaba bien muy limpio todo, mi mala experiencia fue que reservé una habitación y me dieron otra más pequeña, y me facturaron como una habitación grande

El hotel nos estafo, no pudo entregarnos la habitación reservada, y quería cobrarnos un extra, para publican lo que no pueden entregar. Y no quiso devolver el monto de la reserva si la culpa es de ellos que no pudieron entregar la habitación. UNA ESTAFA
