This resort is phenomenal. Security is on top of everything and all of the staff are tremendous. Even the lady, Lucia, that cleans the rooms is amazing. This place is so nice, I am looking into buying one of the rooms. I can only give 5 stars, but it deserves more. Walking distance to The Office, Edith’s, and the mall. If you want something farther away, security will get a taxi. Loved it so much I extended my stay 3 more days.

We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return.
