convenient to many things but used to be well maintained and now in past year building, rooms, and facilities are shabby and even the pool is cracked/falling apart all over. not up to the decent standards in past years. why is a mystery. rates ok but its starting to look like a run down and unsafe motel 6 with dubious clientelle. Fix it up fast.

For the price, this place is perfect. Convenient to Dollyland and many restaurants nearby. Dish TV provided almost too many viewing options, and the fridge, TV and microwave gave us options for meals. Swimming pool is small, but refreshing on a very hot day.

Very clean, very quiet other than travelers coming in at night which is a given no matter where you stay. Rooms had been refurbished and the beds were very comfy. It wasn't an issue for US but the pool is in a bad spot as it is in many of these older/original places. Can't beat the value so I'll definitely stay again.

We have stayed here dozens and dozens of times for many years, several times a year.ALWAYS friendly, clean and handy. Enjoy the good size pool. LOVE the outside room door and close parking which is a must for us. FREE WIFI, GREAT CHANNEL SELECTION .

Only issue we had was pool was non functioning due to pump issues so kiddos were upset they couldnt swim. Other than that stay was awesome.

We stayed in gatlinburg for a week but just wasn’t ready to go home yet so extended our stay for one night at this hotel and we have zero complaints! Staff was wonderful at check in, beds were comfy, the room was much bigger than I expected. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked very clean from what we could see. We would definitely recommend this place!

The room was nice and clean. Front desk person was friendly and welcoming to the area. The room was quiet, but too much fragrance guessing from the carpet. Bed was comfortable, and the temperature of the room was great. The pool did not look like the picture. Would stay again.

You got what you paid for. The room wasn't clean. I picked up at least 4 pieces of small trash and found a soda bottle between the bed and the wall by the bathroom. Stains on the chair and bedspread. A small hole in the desk chair back. There were rips/lifting/separating of the carpet, such as it was, around the edges and doorways. The last night we had ants covering the cabinet under the TV, that came from behind the cabinet. The parking was good. They accommodated us having a ground floor room and there were lots of dining options.

Bed was hard, but clean-ish. I say it like that because we went layer by layer through the bed to check for bed bugs (our room did not have them). The blankets and sheets were mostly clean, although stained, and when we got to the pad under the fitted sheet, there were some type of chip or cracker food crumbs (far too many to miss if bedding is changed regularly). We also found a dead cockroach in the bathroom next to the tub. Definitely a very noisy location.

Guy checking us in was friendly and the room was clean. Our heater unfortunately was very loud and wouldn’t shut off and the tub did not drain properly. Overall a good stay, place was quiet and it was a convenient location.

Check in was fast and easy. The rooms were very clean but a bit small. The air conditioner needs the filter changed as the room had a musty smell to it. Overall though it was a good stay for the price. Will stay here again.

The room was very worn. The carpet was frayed in several spots, the wall paper was peeling and there was a hole around the water faucet in the shower and it almost pulled out of the wall.

The property was clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The young man who checked us in was very helpful. We were originally given a 2nd floor room. He noticed that my wife (who has bad knees) was having trouble getting around. He came out and asked us if he could switch us to a ground floor room. That made the trip so much easier for us. Thanks!

It was in walking distant of a lot of things we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. The room was cool and clean. Flat screen TV with lots of cable channels. Parking lot was well lit.

Perfect for just one night. No frills but you’re not paying a rate for that. The room was spacious enough and clean, just dated. Only stayed one night so it was perfect for that. Easy check in and out and no issues with parking. Staff was also nice. Convenient to lots of things in Pigeon Forge. We were able to walk to Dolly’s Stampede.

Visit was very good. Older structure but clean and has recent upgrades. No walk in showers. Staff was always prompt with requests. Did not use maid service but always had plenty of towels. Staff is very friendly. This was our third visit. Convenient to Waffle House next door and Cracker Barrel across the street and close to Dolly show.

Overall the property was great for the price. It’s a budget motel and it exceeded expectations for the typical budget motel. The room was clean, the bed was cozy, room was serviced daily and it was in a great location. The Waffle House next door is a plus as there is no breakfast. Downside is the bathtub filled up with water while showering, which is kinda gross to be standing in the water as your showering. (Minor problem) I didn’t even notify the front desk as this wasn’t the end of the world and it didn’t impact my trip.

This is an older property, but offered an affordable rate. The bed was comfortable and had protective coverings on the mattresses. The room seemed clean. They do not offer a breakfast, but Waffle House shares the Peking lot with them. Overall, it was worth the money for the one night we stayed

The motel was nice for the price we paid. The gentleman was very nice at check in and check out. The bed was very comfortable and bedding was clean. The carpet was worn but that is ok. The bathroom was clean. The shower was nice and hot. All in all it was a nice choice. The orange juice and coffee were a surprise but very good to start a morning. We were refreshed and ready to travel today.

Pros... Great location to attractions, safe area, plenty of parking, mostly quiet at night after traffic dies down. Cons... No breakfast as listed on some travel websites, couldn't see out window because it was so dirty, one thin blanket on bed so we had to turn heat way up at night.
