Three great things about the Marriott: / amazing staff and attentiveness / great breakfast / reasonable parking price One thing I did not like is that they charge you extra for bottled water, which is unreasonable as first of all its a 5 star hotel and second we are in Mexico City and we cannot drink tap water. They should offer alternatives to reduce plastic like maybe thermos with filtered water or pitchers of drinking water.

Todo excelente, lugares muy bonitos por visitar, comer y disfrutar la comidad , creo que el estacionamiento debería ser gratis para los huéspedes pero los Marriot tienen ese único mal, en algunos lugares que he visitado. Pero aún así le doy un 10.

Lo que dice ofrecer en sus redes sociales y en e pifia no es lo que ofrecen realmente. El horario del gym y spa no es 24 hirs y los servicios de sauna tienen un costo adicional y no son parte de las amenidades. El personal de cocina y spa tenían pésima atención al cliente y la alberca jamás le daba el sol, al ser una alberca “techada” por lo menos el agua debería estar tibia o a temperatura sin embargo era helada.

Terrible rooms. I booked a KING room. Well Pleas everybody need to know the bed are NOT King Size all the beds in all of the category King room are QUEEN I even mesure them. The room is so small that is why they have a Queen bed and not KING, Pls do not book a KING room it is better to book 2 queen beds room, There is a Mirror next to the bed that reflects the TV when is on and that disturbs so much, There is no need to have a Bath Tub in the bathroom ! that makes the shower so small like a cruise ship cabin shower. It is a wasted space. The Westin next door (sister hotel) has no tub and the bathrooom is great the shower so spacious. The shower head at the JW is old and so bad condition they need new ones. Average terrible stay. So happy was only 1 night stay. People at the front desk are so nice. Sorry for my complaint but Defenitely stay at the WESTIN.

Three great things about the Marriott: / amazing staff and attentiveness / great breakfast / reasonable parking price One thing I did not like is that they charge you extra for bottled water, which is unreasonable as first of all its a 5 star hotel and second we are in Mexico City and we cannot drink tap water. They should offer alternatives to reduce plastic like maybe thermos with filtered water or pitchers of drinking water.

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia, el personal es muy amable y la atención fue rápida, incluso nos llamaron para saber si todo iba bien. El buffet estuvo delicioso y las instalaciones estuvieron excelentes. Definitivamente planeamos regresar.
