The hotel was great and clean overall and the staff were welcoming. Unfortunately the lifts were a nightmare to operate. Unlike other places I’ve stayed where you simply tap your key card to call the lift, you have to hold your card against a pad in the lift then once the light goes green quickly press the floor you want. This caused constant confusion and queuing just to use a lift. Fortunately we were able to take the stairs, but there will be many who don’t have that option.

Amazing hotel with brilliant facilities, gym and spa is very nice. Perfect location with Wembley in sight, around a 1 minute walk to the stadium. Parking at the hotel for £15 a day, which is a good price.

Great hotel in a great location a few yards from wembley stadium, wembley arena & wembley designer outlet. Hotel very modern on the outside (steel & glass, & very traditional on the inside. Room large & well equipped, as was the impressive bathroom. Large comfy bed & a lot of lighting options. Nice leisure complex with gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. Smart dining room with great buffet breakfast. 4 lifts.

The room was substandard- no second curtain behind the night curtain and this, combined with a lack of a main light meant getting dressed in the dark, lack of plugs, damaged bathroom top. No gowns or sleepers to visit the spa, where the pool was freezing, steam room and sauna was tiny and had to wait for showers… the ‘spa’ is built for 3 people. Also, no menus in the room and when attempting to order a bottle of wine, was told 45mins!!! I could have walked to Sainsbury’s and returned quicker. Only reasons I didn’t give a lower score was location is amazing, sky bar is brilliant and bed was comfy.

The hotel is in a wicked location and is easy to find from the Wembley Park tube station. There are loads of restaurants and shops around, catering for every need. Plus the Sky Bar has incredible views, especially at sunset. We had one minor issue with the toilet continually filling is it water but then upgraded us to another room as a solution. Very friendly staff too and the parking is subsidised to £15 a day too in the super close Gold carpark.

Enjoyed my stay - the room was clean and rooftop bar was fantastic. However, I used the gym/pool in the evening and it needed a good overhaul. There were towels all over the floor in the mens changing rooms and it felt unclean. Apart from that, the rest of the hotel was great.

Room was tatty, bathroom smelt off cigarettes, no shampoo in the bottles provided or conditioner. Mini bar was empty, and no water provided. Quite disappointing for a deluxe suite, it wasnt any better than a standard room.

The room was really tired. Stains on the floor, chipped furniture, no USB pointe, Luke warm shower with a shower curtain into a bath. Bathroom fan didn't work and water drained slowly. Not what I've ever experienced in a Hilton. Mentioned this on check out but poor response from the receptionist. Breakfast was excellent though. To top it off the swimming pool was closed. My son had completed a treasure hunt and having been promised a prize was then told no prize available. Very disappointing for a Hilton.

We had a few niggles with our stay that made it impossible to give a 5 star rating. The room itself was spacious, clean and had good amenities. The shower pressure was a bit weak for my liking, and the shower curtains were an odd choice given that any tall person may be visible in the shower when others were in the bathroom.

Very large, comfortable room with everything needed including a well stocked, albeit expensive minibar. It’s just a pity that Wembley Park Station is effectively at the End Of The World if the tube trains aren’t running. No black cabs around and no Uber drivers working locally on a Sunday morning so be prepared for a long walk through dismal surroundings to get to Wembley Central station.

Great location and wonderful rooms. Wish the tv was a smart tv so I could use Netflix/hulu on it. One thing missing was a refrigerator. There was one but it was filled with stuff you had to buy and you couldn’t put your own stuff in. It forced us to use the ice bucket, which is only on floors 5,7, & 8. The bed was a little harder than we are used to. But I think that’s a European thing so no biggie. The elevators were nice and fast. Didn’t have to wait forever to get one. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were very spacious. There was a mini refrigerator but you couldn’t use it as it was only to store mini alcohol beverages. The parking is a little hike from the hotel. Front desk staff very helpful.

The Hilton has changed over the past few years, during Wembley events they used to have a fairly relaxed attitude on game day, now its a draconian wristband approach, of course people would like to invite guests to the bar... that's one of the reasons for paying through the nose.

I’ve checked Hilton’s website and Expedia beforehand and it doesn’t have any information regarding the swimming pool being closed. We have been given a complimentary drinks voucher to be use at the Executive Lounge instead (I don’t drink alcohol). As we checked in, the receptionist clearly told us that our breakfasts are included with the Executive 1 bedroom suite (Reservation: breakfast included). On the 1st morning, we went to the 3rd floor. But lo and behold, in the middle of our meal, the Supervisor informed us that our breakfasts are not included and I should speak to the Manager at the Reception Area anytime after our meal (staffs and other guests are around). Honestly speaking, we couldn’t finish our meal as we are all annoyed and embarrassed. I showed our Reservation details to the Supervisor but he still insisted for me to speak to the Manager. I went to the reception and was told by Duty Manager the same thing, and even the lady at the restaurant’s entrance didn’t say anything after we gave her our room number. The manager just didn’t let us pay for the breakfast as a way to say sorry. This has nothing to do with money anymore, it’s the humiliation and unprofessionalism that prevails. For whatever miscommunication you have with Expedia or other travel platforms, this is totally unacceptable and a dismay to the name of Hilton Hotel. Fairly, we never experienced this kind of treatment with other major hotel brands before. Sadly, yes, it happened.

Mixed review overall as the room itself was wonderful. The amenities were great however the hotel staff needed calling multiple times to get different pillows and mixed information regarding robes for the swimming pool use which was frustrating. The venue also is not disability friendly as there is no where to park a vehicle temporarily to allow unloading of luggage etc. The area usually used was cordoned off sadly and there was no room for movement on this. Aside from these issues we enjoyed our stay

We stay at this hotel for NFL games and have always had a good experience. This time was for a concert. The staff gave us a hard time a check in and then forgot our breakfast order and we had to leave for the airport. Too expensive for average (at best) service. Disappointed this trip

Booked this hotel for one night and paid a ridiculous amount of money (£475 to be exact.) Arrived to check in and it was very busy so had a bit of a wait. Got to the desk and the lady checking us in couldn’t find our booking. She was a little rude and not communicating with us. She said the room was already checked in, but I explained we had only just arrived. Instead of reassuring us, she didn’t say a word and kept walking away, leaving us for ten minutes just waiting. The front of house manager then came and explained someone else with the same surname as me had been checked in our booking. He sorted it and tried to say we had an upgraded room. The room was basic. Very clean but there was marks/stains on the bath and vanity area of the bathroom. (There was a sign up saying the marks on the vanity were blemishes in the stone but they looked unsightly). Then there was just a king bed and a desk. For £475 for one night, it was disappointing and I’ve stayed in similar rooms in a Premier Inn. The location is great if you’re going to Wembley Stadium, as we were, but the prices they charge for the quality of the room was poor.

If you’re going to Wembley Stadium then this is the perfect hotel. It’s minutes away from the stadium. The roof bar is an excellent venue for afterward your event. There’s also plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to eat in the hotel

I only stay at this hotel when I am in London. It is next to the iconic Wembley Stadium and close to multiple train stations. Great shopping is literally next to the hotel. The hotel itself is super modern and clean and fun to stay at. Cannot say enough good things about this Hotel and oh yes there is an amazing rooftop bar and executive lounge as well.

Lovely stay in a standard king room that is better than some deluxe rooms in other hotels. Booked with breakfast included, but this wasn’t showing in my booking. However as it was my birthday, they added the breakfast free of charge and decorated my room. 5-10 min walk from Wembley Park station, 2 minutes from the London Fashion Outlet, 2 minutes from Wembley stadium entrance and 4 minutes to the box park. Very well located to all amenities.

It was a good clean room, with spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities. It is worth noting that you won’t be able to use the fridge as it is a minibar and has sensors and there are no shoe horn. Breakfast is good, but there is no coffee machine, so you might consider using a coffee shop if you enjoy a good cup of coffee in the mornings. Overall was good for one night and it was super convenient to get to the concert venue, so a rather positive experience.

Booked this hotel for one night while watching the football at Wembley. First of all great location for transport links. Is close to the stadium and also shopping and food outlets. The staff were always courteous and polite. All greeted you with a smile. They were very helpful when needed. the breakfast was lovely with plenty to offer on both the buffet & Continental options. No faults with my stay would use again.

Overall this was a great hotel. Breakfast had a fanatic selection for vegans - including yogurt, oat, soya, almond & coconut milks, sausages, cereals, fruit, breads and croissants. Also a great range of gluten free options if you need it. The staff were really friendly. Room was huge, bed was huge and comfortable (it was very firm but I didn’t mind) air conditioning so perfect in the heatwave. Carpet and bathroom counter has some stains but the room was clean. The shower wasn’t very powerful, and was also annoying to be a shower over a bath rather than a walk in shower. The hairdryer should be replaced as it hardly worked. Otherwise was a fantastic stay.
