O hotel é bem localizado e tem um preço em conta. Tendo isso em mente, é minúsculo, não oferece nenhuma amenidade tais como pijama, pasta de dente, gilete, etc. É bem antigo todo o ambiente. O atendimento foi ótimo, receberam nossas bagagens antes do checkin sem problemas. Recomendo caso sua prioridade seja localização e economia, local apenas para dormir, sem muito conforto.

女子旅で4人部屋ファミリールームに泊まりました。普通の大きさのシングルベッドが4台並んでいて、ベッドの間隔はあいてませんが、他にスペースがあったので、キャリーケース持参者は広げることができました。部屋のユニットバスは、バスタブにお湯を張らないで下さいと、貼り紙がしてありましたので、近くの銭湯に行きました。 1階に給水器と電子レンジがありました。安く泊まりたい人には必要なものは揃っているので良いと思います。

まずロビーのタイルがバキバキに割れている。客室のトイレはトイレットペーパーを流すなと書いてある。浴槽にお湯が貯められない。貯めるなとも言われた。安かろう悪かろうですね。

新大久保駅に近いのはポイントです。施設内の清潔や設備が良くない❗️ バスタオルが臭い、布団に埃がいっぱい付いてます。沸かし器がない、部屋の防音無し❗️8500円でワン泊、これは他の施設よりかなり高いですが、あまり満足学校ないです。

Restroom had a stench and room/restroom were quite small and really cold but we just needed a room to sleep in anyway. Floors/walls were super thin tho. Could here next door neighbor’s fight one night. Really close to a train station/shops/restaurants tho. If you wanted you could ways walk to downtown Shinjuku. Took about 15 minutes. Otherwise, hotel itself was pretty drab. Suited just for sleeping and nothing else

This hotel is a bit disappointing. Sure, the room was affordable, but we still expected a bit more cleanliness and comfort. The location is conveniently close to 2 main subway lines, so we enjoyed that. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t such a big deal, but I would avoid this property in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights. We decided to book this hotel for closeness to the area. That's the only good thing I can say about this hotel. The AC didn't cool the room at all, eventhough it was running. The bathroom had seen better days. It seems a very old hotel that hasn't been keeping up with maintenance, but definetely if you are looking for being close to Shinjiku and to the train stations for mobility, this is your march.

I arrived soon and I was not sure it was the right hotel. The person at the front desk without checking if I was registered or not in the list of the arrivals told me it was another hotel far from there. But Google Maps indicated that place. After more than 30 minutes walking around I entered inside again and my name was i the list of the arrivals. Anyway people at the front desk seems to be annoyed. No welcome, no smiles, if they hear a sound they dob’t go out of their places continuing to sit there. Very unwelcome hotel.

チェックアウトした後も夜10時まで荷物預かってもらえて助かりました。施設は古いからいろんなところにガタがきてるけど、寝るだけなのでそこは範囲内かなと。綺麗さを求める方には向いてないかもですが、安いので私はまた利用させてもらいます。

スタッフ対応も丁寧で部屋はシンプルながら清潔です。大久保、新大久保2駅使えて少し歩けば新宿駅までも行けます。ホテル付近も飲食店が多く楽しい街です。次回東京滞在時もぜひ利用させて頂きます。

飯店基本整潔還是有的，我們住的是雙床房，28吋行李箱還是能攤開的，房間不算太小，重點是離新大久保站非常近，步行僅3-5分鐘距離，走路到JR新宿站也只要10-15分鐘，交通非常方便，而且附近生活機能也很優秀，半夜還能逛唐吉軻德、吃居酒屋，CP值高，下次還是會來。補個小缺點：房內插座太少，且床邊無插座比較不方便。
