Budget hostel in the center of the city. Clean room and nice view of the cathedral from the window. Walking distance from the waterfront. Allowed with late check-in.

I had sent an email prior to arrival about parking and bedding and nobody responded when we arrived all the parking was taken and it cost an extra $30 for parking down the street. It didnt feel overly clean and the shower was cold water in the morning.
