Pros: This hotel is conveniently located near the metro. There are also several dining options within walking distance. Hotel breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. The staff is courteous and attentive to guests’ needs. Cons: There is limited access to water. Upon check-in, the front desk promised us that we would have water bottles placed in our room’s fridge each day our room was made up. That did not happen. Secondly, there was a lack of communication regarding the taxi service to CDG. No information was given regarding whom or how we were to pay for the taxi until the driver demanded cash at the airport terminal. Luckily, we negotiated with the driver using US dollars since we had virtually no euros left. Overall, what started as a good experience ended with much stress. I would not recommend this property if hydration is a high priority. Furthermore, I would not recommend the taxi service to the airport. I would recommend this property if the length of stay is only one night.

When we read the reviews about the metro noise, we thought it was an underground station. However, to be completely transparent for future guests, thet metro is nearby and it is NOT underground. Therefore, when the train comes, it is pretty loud and it does shake the room a bit. During our stay, we went to sleep late every night because we were exploring the city, and it honestly did not bother us enough to complain. The breakfast area and the food is really good. The ladies at the breakfast area are also very nice and professional. There is a Nespresso machine and ice making machine. The croissants are delicious. The room and restroom are also very comfortable in size and in great condition.

Excellent little hotel close to lots of attractions and restaurants. Very nice room and very helpful staff. Only negative it’s near a metro which is noisey and the lift broke on one of the days we were there which as a disabled guest meant I couldn’t use my room for a few hours.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff were friendly on arrival and greeted us, even helping us to find parking. If I had to complain about anything it would be that we booked this based on it having parking which wasn't available. Thankfully we managed to find parking outside the restaurant next door, although our car got targeted by a lot of birds and needed to be cleaned the next day! But otherwise, I would recommend the hotel to others for sure.

Overall a great stay. Husband and I complained over 24 times about our room being extremely hot. Every time they said that they reset the air conditioner in our room. After 4 days and 3 nights of our room being so hot that we all were sweating, husband went down at 9:45pm and complained again. The night person checked our room air conditioner and she said that it was set to 78.6. Husband told her how many times we complained. After that the room was get to 68 which was perfect for our last 2 nights.

We had the suite on the first floor (technically 2nd level) with a corner view of a restaurant. Queen size and sofa bed with 2 twin beds, TV, large table, 3 chairs, nice size closet, and in-room thermostat. Bathroom nice size equipped with toilet seat warmer, bidet, large tub, and towel rack warmer. Room was serviced daily. Room had a safe, coffee machine, mini fridge that’s restocked daily with free water bottles, blow dryer, toiletries, and slippers. Also 2 large wall outlets over night tables and several outlets around the room. They have a $15 per person per day breakfast charge. The breakfast room has a machine that makes coffee/expressos, hot chocolate and hot water for tea all available for free. A small bar that offers some alcoholic beverages, sodas, juices for a fee. Free croissants in the lobby every night as well. And if you’re not satisfied with that Starbucks and Bakery Merci Jerome are right next door(both open till 8pm). Many restaurants surrounding hotel to choose from (highly recommend Le Pierrot across the street). We got around in Metro (Line 8 Motte Piquette-Grenelle) which is right in front.

Very pleasant experience of 2 nights and 3 days. We came in very early in the morning. The room was only due in the afternoon but they greeted and did the checkin formalities, stored our bags that gave us the freedom to start our sight seeing. Each day they provided great service and hospitality with a smile. On our checkout day again they stored our bags for us till evening. Thanking all members of the staff

A beautiful, clean hotel with polite, helpful staff who were always happy to help. Let us store our luggage before and after checkout and even managed to get into our room a little before check in time. Plenty of nearby cafes and a 5minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! Taxi rank & Metro directly outside hotel so easy to get about. Would stay here again.

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to the Eiffel Tower (10 min walk), close to several good restaurants, close to public transit. Everything met expectations - breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable, staff was pleasant. The only area for improvement was the bathroom smelled of mold with some black mold visible in the cracks of the shower. Additionally, housekeeping was inconsistent with water replacement and refilling toilet paper. Overall, would recommend for location, not there might be other options in the area to consider as well.

The rooms are newly renovated and it’s so clean. Cleanliness is excellent. There’s still some construction going on next to our room but we are just happy that they let us checked in early from our 10 hours long flight. The breakfast so delicious. Love ofcourse the croissants. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I would like to thanked especially the front desk staff today for getting us a taxi to the train station. Thank you! I like the location because of the cafes and bake shops around.

Nice warming reception, the guy who checked us in was very kind. As for room, bedding was good, great toiletries. However, cleaning was ok ok, sink was clogged, floor for bathroom and floor was not clean, bathroom was moldy, and carpet was not clean as well

We had a junior suite but it was smaller than expected. It had an adjacent room but it was so small and barely bigger than the bed in it. We didn't need a second bed the room was not usable for us and that made our room smaller than we expected. It's a good room for families with small children.

The hotel is right next to a train line. It’s very loud. But the area is busy and convenient. Very close and walkable to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel building is very old. It’s clean but definitely old. It can be a little noisy because it’s in a busy area and because of the train. You definitely hear it and feel it every time the train goes by.

The Superior rooms are wonderful! However, the other rooms lack USB ports and do not have enough plugs. The decor is beautiful, beds are comfortable, nice little touches like free slippers. Common areas are welcoming to hang out in. Noise from metro is negligible. Staff are really helpful! Highly recommend!

metro bare ett minutt unna – noe som var utrolig praktisk. Det finnes også mange dagligvarebutikker og kafeer rett i nærheten, så beliggenheten var virkelig et stort pluss. Dessverre var opplevelsen ellers ganske skuffende. Rommet var veldig trangt, og lydisolasjonen var nesten ikke-eksisterende. Man hører absolutt alt – folk som går i gangen, dører som smeller, samtaler fra naborommene. I tillegg ristet rommet hver gang metroen kjørte forbi, noe som gjorde det vanskelig å slappe av. Personalet virket lite imøtekommende, smilte ikke og ga inntrykk av å være ganske stive og uinteresserte i gjestene. Alt i alt ville jeg ikke valgt dette hotellet igjen, selv om beliggenheten i seg selv var god.

We had a great stay on this hotel. Its location is very convenient to almost everything, transportation, shops and dinings especially. There were lots of restaurants to choose from. The only issue that I had was before our stay, I sent multiple messages/inquiries and I did not received a prompt response, maybe one. Since we were coming from another country, I was anticipating the things that we need to do ahead of time. Overall it was a great stay. but they need to communicate well with their clients.

I inadvertently left a bag at the reception desk when I checked in and no one on the hotel staff thought to reach out and let me know. I discovered it myself when I went down to check on it in a panic. Also, it’s a little thing but the hair dryer is worse than useless. It only works when you squeeze the handle tightly and easily overheats.

Recently went for anniversary celebration and booked this hotel last minute. Great choice. Room was clean staff was friendly and it is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Several restaurants options close by, market across the street, and all forms of transportation are right there. They loaned us umbrellas one evening. I would definitely stay there again.

Good staff, great location, surrounded by many cafes/restaurants. I forgot a tennis shoes in the room when checked out, the staff kindly keep it and scheduled a next day for pick up at reception. Very clean too.

We stayed in Hotel Tourisme Avenue for just a week, and it was such a great experience! Staff is very welcoming, room was pretty clean, breakfast inclusion was a plus and everything is just so close from the hotel. Whether you want to walk to the Eiffel Tower or hop in the metro to get to your next destination, emplacement is very convenient. RER C was close as well and made our journey to Versailles even less complicated. Overall, would stay there again!

Had an amazing 4 day stay at hotel tourisme , the Buffett breakfast was absolutely amazing, the staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked for directions, it’s a great hotel to stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family who are travelling to Paris. It’s also a very short walk to the Eiffel Tower

Not sure why it’s “4-star hotel”. Hotel is nice and centrally located but train nearby makes a lot of noise and shakes the rooms; overall nice stay. The breakfast was okay, but not worth the price, and most of he items were empty or not available when we went to breakfast at 9 AM. It’s better to go to the restaurant next door which has great prices and better menu. I will look for another hotel next time we come to Paris.

We had a pleasant stay! The hotel is well maintained and cute, not a 5 star but cannot complain about anything, but not somewhere I would stay again for the price. Room cleaners were fantastic! There is a metro stop right out front which was very convenient. Breakfast was a bit lacking, not a lot of options. We only did one day as it didn’t seem worth it. We thought the hotel was closer to the Eiffle tower, it’s actually about 10-15 min walk and you cannot see it from the hotel.
