This was such a great stay for me and my friend. The staff was always so helpful and easy to get in contact with. The rooms were so very nice and clean. I’m sure there were people staying in the rooms next to us, but we certainly didn’t hear them. They have a 24 hour fitness room that is adequately supplied. The outside pool was just ok, but we didn’t have time to take a dip. The free breakfast is always welcome. Though lacking a waffle station it was still a lovely perk. We had business at the greater Philadelphia convention center, which was only a 8min drive away from the hotel. Also it’s very close to many restaraunts and a high end mall. We had such a great comfortable stay. Well worth the price!!

There was not any maid service the entire 6 nights we were there even though we asked for it. We had to go to the front desk for towels and had a huge bag of trash left in the room due to no cleaning. The ceiling in the bathroom had water damage and the pool was only open select times. The overnight staff gentleman was snoring in a chair at the front desk during breakfast so we all had to sit quietly. Then the final two days the fire alarm kept going off and the morning we left it went off around 6 am twice. The elevator was scary and shook when getting off and the hallways were unbearably hot. We definitely won’t be staying again.

Hotel was nice. Elevator went out and issue was fixed promptly. There was some kind of kids sports team staying so the noise level was higher than usual. Next time I will request a room far away from the kids as I was there for rest and leisure. The room was nice and clean. My only issue was the bed. Too soft and Too soggy for my taste.

This is a great property. Large room with beds and a couch and all the shampoo and soap dispensers. Fabulous bed linens and thick plush towels. Outdoor fire pit area and a bar in the evenings near the breakfast area is so nice to have. Clean laundry room I enjoyed the treadmill in the gym area. Lots of places in the bathroom to hang toiletries. Can’t say enough about this place! Nice breakfast and coffee and tea 24/7 in the breakfast area. Great size closet too.

I like the hotel is secluded and not on the main road so it was very quiet. It’s also a quick drive to the King of Prussia mall and other shopping/dining. I didn’t like I found bugs in my room on my bed and maids never came during a weeks stay to remove trash, supply towels or toilet paper. They did say you had to request a maid if you wanted service BUT trash and restocking necessities should be a given. I hope I can attach a photo of the bug I found. Thought the couch was also pretty dirty looking from stains etc.

The breakfast was great. Entering my room there was a poorly covered hole in the wall. The trundle sofa bed was convenient and comfortable for my son. The king sized bed had a severely worn mattress that aggravated my arthritis in all my joints if I slept on one side. The other side I was in less pain but it was still worn out. The room was clean everywhere except the plate for the hand soap at the sink had a beard hair or some type of hair. The breakfast and the friendliness of MOST of the staff was great.

We were traveling to the area with our 3 kids and had a great stay. I sincerely appreciate the cleanliness, the courteous staff, the location of the hotel- all of it. I am a germaphobe and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms matter a lot to me. Everything was very clean, I was so happy to feel comfortable away from home. The staff was so kind to us, check in and out was super quick, and the facility had ample parking as well. We will be back!

I really enjoyed the stay and would come back again here. It was very quiet. I would have given 5 stars except for in the morning I did find a roly poly bug in my bed. I was in a first floor room , and I assume maybe it was due to that. Honestly, other than that the room was very clean . The lobby was also clean and area was safe.

The first impression was great, but then our toilet clogged the first night and we were told to use the public bathroom as there was no one on site to fix it till morning. The toilet never got fixed and even the public toilets were clogged. The shower pressure was minimal, and the water temperature was lukewarm at best. We did not stay the second night as we had planned.

We were going to stay 3 nights, but stayed for only 1. The "Sofa Bed" turned out to be an uncomfortable Trundle Bed. In addition the room had just 1 drawer, which was there as sort of an after thought.

The room was great. Perfect size with 2 beds and a couch. TV is a little small for the room but ok overall. Some minor issues with our room, bathroom sink was leaky, no a huge deal but be aware. Part of the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. Looked like it had a patch repair done but never fully fixed. Great experience overall. Loved how the hotel was tucked away a little from the main road. Upon arrival there were three deer outside to greet us. Definitely will stay again next time I'm in PA.

Myself and my wife checked in on October 17th and left on October 19th. The first night 🌙 there we had no heat and no hot water. In room 307 . I called downstairs, they said they will send someone up . Nobody came upstairs. On October 18 th we went downstairs to have Breakfast. We told the front no one came to our room. They told us they would take of it. Came back to hotel at 6:00 pm. Geuss what no hot water or heat. We told them we wanted to leave. They told us we will not get a refund for the room. Take another room or leave. Then they put us in room 207, and Geuss what the shower was not working and the tub would not fill with water. I have all video evidence of this . I would have posted it on this site. You only allow photos no videos. I want my money back . Not a happy camper.

After arriving at the hotel very late at night because our car broke down we we’re desperate for a hot shower. Our room had no hot water. I tried calling the front desk but the phone didn’t work so I went downstairs to request a different room with hot water. I was told this was not possible and that maintenance would be called in the morning. I asked why it was not possible and she then told me that if our room had no hot water then the the entire hotel probably had no hot water. This was absolutely not the case as I found out in the morning when I was given another room to shower in. Whoever the overnight person is needs to learn a little more about how to solve guest’s issues. I don’t feel like it was asking too much to have a hot shower in my hotel room regardless of what time of day or night it was. The daytime staff was lovely and very helpful. This will be our last stay at this hotel however. No hot water and rude and unhelpful staff is a dealbreaker for me.

Clean, fast efficient check in. Although it seemed only one person at check in and there was a line, staff person graciously got us an extra blanket when requested. Room is clean, had broken shower handle but still worked. We did call after we had checked out to ask about an item we may have left behind and our concern was addressed courteously, our room had not been cleaned yet. We called a day later to follow up on the lost item and got a snarky comment from the person answering that she had over 100 check ins that day and was working by herself so no, she couldn't check. hotel is most likely understaffed but otherwise an adequate stay.

What I liked and disliked are closely related. On arrival the room next to mine was occupied by a number of loud and raucous young people. I requested a room change, but none was available. The manager, Patti, said she would take care of the issue. She did. The bottom line result was a quiet and relaxing stay

Excellent staff and wonderful rooms.The single king-bed rooms have a full living area with a couch and a good 4K TV with cable and streaming capabilities. I also want to specifically mention how wonderful Iisha is. She works at the front desk and is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Thank you Iisha and staff!

The housekeeping employees are thieves, don’t leave anything in your room besides toiletries…. Front desk was the opposite of helpful, it was hard for them to decipher what planet they are on much less attend to any customer service questions. Theft reported to management group, corporate, and local police.

Great place for quiet night of sleep. It's very close to valley forge and KOP Mall (5 min by car) but tucked away from all the noise. Staff is very friendly

Grounds and building are in good condition and sheltered somewhat from the surrounding built up areas. The lack of sidewalks in the surrounding area made walking out a bit tricky and the drive could also be difficult to identify and navigate (my GPS handled it very well), this also made it a relatively quiet location.

Great location. Hotel is only a few minutes from Valley Forge park and King of Prussia Mall. Excellent restaurants were close, too. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was filling. Coffee is free. Room was quiet and clean.

The bartenders was the best even though they didnt have much liquor to serve he made do with what he had. He paid close attention to the guest needs and made everyone feel welcome.

Staff were helpful. Nice room . Would be nice to see EV chargers. Breakfast was the issue was the same everyday Eggs and Sausages. Room was clean just a little mould that could be cleaned up. However still a good hotel for a few days.

Had a wonderful time here for a week. Bed was super comfy, loved the pillows. AC worked perfectly through all the terrible muggy heat waves going on. Breakfast before the weekend hit was.. okay. Sausage links were super dry and eggs extra runny. Toasters warmed up bread/bagels but didn't even leave any toasty marks. During the weekend however it improved with sausage patties that were super fresh tasting and no dryness, plus a lot more options to choose from like waffles and so on. AC seemed to be broken down in the lobby though, so I felt bad for the staff. Speaking of which, shout out to the helpful staff who were super great and professional! They had a busy week happening, so more power to them. Oh sorry also more details about the room, it was perfect. I mentioned the bedding, but the walk in shower was excellent, TV is perfect for bringing a video game system with as they encourage you on the main menu to hook up whatever you like in the HDMI ports and go crazy! Walmart, food places, and of course the King of Prussia mall are all in the area so there's tons to do in that regard. Definitely will be staying here in the future when we come back.

Very clean, comfortable room. convenient location to Philly and where my friend lives. coffee/hot water 24 hours, nice breakfast in the am, I’m vegan so only had fruit since no alt milk was offered. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They weren't firm, which my husband and I like. The breakfast buffet was adequate with eggs, turkey sausage, bagels, yogurt and more. There's also free hot coffee and tea available all day. The only real negative thing for me was that the bathroom is too dark. I wished they had different lighting. The people at the front desk were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

It took 40 mins to check in because we used a third party site and apparently that causes issues with their new system. Mind you, there was no one in line in front of us. I even did a pre-checkin on the Bonvoy app. Also, the other woman at the front desk basically refused to help. Was pretty disappointed.
