Waited for hotel shuttle that never arrived. Called the front desk was told the shuttle was down and we have to go to another location at the airport to catch the temporary suv shuttle. That never arrived called the hotel again now 60 minutes later and he said to take an uber couldn't get ahold of the driver . The front desk apologized on our arrival and gave us a complimentary breakfast. In the morning was told new management has curtailed the shuttle hours to 7am until 9pm. We came in at 930. Its an airport hotel. I booked for a quick overnight stay. Wont book there again.

To begin with, this hotel puts an additional $150 hold on your card in addition to room charge. Not a fan. In addition, there is a $14 a day parking charge. The parking situation is why we not be staying here in the future. The parking is cramped and extremely, extremely limited. We arrived after a late night around 11:00 PM and after driving around for 10 minutes, determined there were no parking spaces. After two attempts, I begged to park behind the airport shuttle for the night, right in front of the hotel. The desk clerk indicated that some guests were using parking spaces for long-term airport parking. In any event, for the cost we will just stay somewhere with ample free parking. Rooms were nothing particularly special, although the college park location is very close to airport. Staff was friendly but it will be our last stay.

the IHG are always the last customers to be picked up on the afternoon shift from the airport. I stay at Indigo when I frequent Atlanta. This time we waited almost and hour 55 minutes to be exact. Last time 45. Not cool.

I booked at Indigo because the listing said they offered extended parking at $10 per night. We had to be at ATL very early next morning, and they had an airport shuttle, so this would be ideal. When we checked in, however, extended parking is not available if it includes a weekend. So we had to get up earlier than desired to drive to an off-site parking facility. This major detail should be in the listing.

This is a disgusting hotel! The shower is absolutely gross and full of other people’s pubic hair. The condition was reported at check in but I was not offered another room. Then I asked for someone to clean it and was told housekeeping would be doing it first thing in the morning. It is almost 10:30am and no one has cleaned the shower. There are still other people’s pubic hair in the shower in a room for which I paid $150 for one night. So this morning I sat in Sweaty clothes after a morning workout for 30 minutes waiting for someone to clean the shower and remove other people’s pubic hair. When the housekeeper came she asked where was the hair, and I had to show her pictures of all the dirt and hair because apparently they don’t see dirt although they’re housekeeping. The shower was finally cleaned and I was able to bathe. Then as I was drying off someone knocked on the door saying it was time to check out. Not only did I have to wait for the shower to be cleaned then I was rushed to get out. The manager told me to call hotels.com to handle compensating me for paying $150 for a room with a disgusting shower. Of course you can’t call hotels.com and so I’m stuck paying for a nasty dirty room. The health department needs to shut this hotel down for unhealthy deplorable conditions at $150.

The hotel appearance was great! I did see one area for improvement. The shower needed a thorough cleaning as there were brown spots that were in several corners of the shower grout.

Obviously an older hotel that had been renovated and staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, mold around the base of the shower and long random pieces of black hair on the walls make the experience not as favorable as possible.

The property overall was nice. The lobby looks great! The only things I did not like about the room is the bathroom shower floor being pretty dirty and spaces/crack in the ceiling between the designs. But overall a decent and safe stay.

I absolutely would not recommend this property. Dirty. Our door wouldn't lock. The light shade was completely rusted thru. There were stains on the tile floor, so you could tell it was not mopped. The small table marble top was completely loose. The wall had holes behind the desk. There was mold in the shower. There were no bed bugs, we did check. Bed was ok. I knew it might be bad when I got in the elevator and the walls were dirty. We got in late, and just made do for one night to catch an early morning flight. We barricaded the door with a chair and a table because the lock did not work. The grounds outside also had trash here and there. Completely overwhelmed because this is a premium brand hotel, and it was filthy. I did go to the desk to talk with them because I did not want to be charged for the rusted lampshade that disintegrated in my hand. The exact quote from the front desk was, "Yes, this hotel is 15 years old and due for upgrade. You may find some other things too." I would recommend you NOT staying here.

My room has floors that were buckling due to moisture and it smelled like mold was in the air. In the morning, I couldn’t get the included breakfast because the girl that manages it called out sick and there was no one else to step in and do that job. And the shower water wasn’t hot.

The hotel room was pretty large, but my TV was not working, called front desk but too busy to answer, called house keeping, no one as well, it took me 1h to troubleshoot myself, the power cable was kinda damaged with bad connection, I guess no one cared to fix it. Shower was weirdly big, but shower was eco friendly weak. It was not fun to shower in that but at least i was somewhat clean, but then hair dryer was not working….. another troubleshooting…. Well, not fun

Ive been staying here for over a decade for an annual business conference. Its a quiet hotel just a short drive from the airport and conference center, making it ideal for me. However, this place is in need of an overhaul. My window sheers were shredded, the AC unit has leaked so much that the flooring around it is damaged, the shower is in need of a deep cleaning. Some fresh paint would be nice. But the staff is friendly!

Interesting visit Check in was 3pm, arrived just after 2pm, no early check in allowed – no problem. I was directed to a baggage drop if desired and told where food was 2 blocks up as the restaurant didn’t open until 5pm. Cool. Went to grab a bite, came back, checked in and all was well. Only noticeable issue was the floorboards warping as if they have been waterlogged in the room. Not a big deal, but noticeable. Pros (my two favorite things in a hotel room): -\tThe bed and pillows were super comfy -\tThe shower was large with killer water pressure and heat Cons: -\tThe air conditioner sounded like a B-52 and with no windows, you are either hot or awake…there is no middle ground -\tThey are a pet friendly hotel, which I find amazing…provided there isn’t a groomer’s convention the next day and everyone’s dogs want to chat at midnight -\tThe restaurant that opened at 5pm doesn’t have a cook - so while it is a restaurant, it does not serve food -\t3 separate times the maids knocked and said ‘housekeeping’ as they opened the door, starting at 9am, despite a noon check out. I just ignored them and let the latch catch and they carried on each time -\tOne towel, one washcloth, no hand towel -\tThin, thin walls – the alarm clock at 5am on one side was much quieter than what I could hear from the room on the other side of me at 10pm…I think they liked the bed too -\tLamps are so old that they had the old modem plug ins for them making it feel like furnished via estate sale

Check in was 30 minutes late. Hotel staff never told me it's additional to park on their lot - after giving me a pass that I never requested. Rooms need to be upgraded. No usb outlets at the desks; shower floors were rusted. Proxy keys would randomly stop working; refrigerator was old and screw holes Visible at the top. Bed was comfortable though.

I booked through Travelocity after missing my flight connection due to flight diversion. When I arrived at the hotel, it seemed Travelocity and hotel systems weren’t synced, and the hotel was fully booked. Simone at the desk didn’t miss a beat though, was kind, called some sister properties on my behalf, and persisted in finding me a room to rest for a bit after a harrying travel day. A happy ending, and a great example of committed customer service!

This experience was a hot mess. We were in Atlanta for my granddaughters sport event. We checked in and the front desk said the rooms were not ready despite a check in time of 3pm and it was already 4pm. The hotel claimed we did not have a reservation. We called Hotels,com and they had to contact the hotel to rectify the situation. Meantime we had to wait over an hour to get our room. We were told we could not sit at the lobby and we had to sit in an area dark and no lights with about another 15 people were upset they did not their room ready.

I did my due diligence and called after midnight when my plane arrived to request a shuttle. I was told one comes every 30 minutes, but had to call back again 45 min later after waiting outside in the 39° weather and nobody showing up. When I spoke to the same person at the front desk, he only said he didn't realize what time it was when I called and that he'd send the driver (10 more minutes of waiting), so I didn't get in until 1 a.m. When I arrived, the "snack bar" was practically empty with no reasonable healthy options, so I went without. A regular bottle of water cost me $5. When I got to the room, it was very cold and the thermostat said, "low battery." It took almost 2 hours to get to a reasonable temperature where I could actually fall asleep, but never actually reached what I had set it to. My stay was miserable, and I was very disappointed having chosen Indigo because of the positive experiences I'd had staying at their location in Midtown Atlanta.

Staff was amazing. So helpful during our flight cancellation. Carlos, our van driver, went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Brad at the front desk was one of the best ever and helped us to find a great place to eat locally (Tom, Dick and Mikes—great Barbeque!). Didn’t catch the bartender’s name but she was also super personable. Highly recommend this property!

Airport transfers are very well organised, but one of the guys at the front desk needs to be taught how to talk to the customers, i wasnt happy to be told that i will not be allowed at the premises in a very rude 'tone' because i was at the hotel a bit earlier for checking in, it could be the hotel policy, but the 'tone' wasnt good at ALL.

Had to overnight in Atlanta and the hotel showed as being less than a mile from the airport. We learned that the distances shown for all hotels are as the crow flies, so a much longer road trip. The taxi fare was $35 to the hotel and uber fare back to the airport was $47. High maybe because Thanksgiving weekend! Hotel was great! Clean, comfortable bed, not too much noise considering it was so near to the airport! Recommended!

Walked around 2 miles to a local Ethiopian restaurant that was excellent. College Park is beautiful. The community was warm and inviting. Keep your barrings cause it is the city, but overall the area is lovely.

2nd time I stayed here and again the restaurant and bar were closed for a renovation. The reason people pick certain places is because they want no hassle food and beverage by not going out. Again this place offered nothing! I feel it’s your responsibility to update any property. It’s very misleading and the price should reflect when amenities are missing!
