Three requests were made to fix the cloths dryer - it never happened & had to use a laundromat costing us MORE MONEY & valuable vacation time. Someone did finally come and fix the clogged sink in the bathroom 2 days after notification. We never got a hot shower Luke warm to cold fluctuation at best. The hair dryer is so outdated & small it’s wouldn’t dry a bald man’s head - so bring your own. Cooking pots & pans were from the 70’s - an over-easy egg was impossible - microwave, stove/oven worked well & the glass bakeware was nice. We were charged a huge ‘RESORT FEE’ at check in despite having paid in full with Hotels.com AND never got to use anything it offered because it rained every day. Most of the TV channels do not come in either. The room is large with plenty of closet space and storage. The resort is well maintained and clean. We chose this resort so we could cook a few meals & do laundry on-site to save time & money. We do NOT feel we got our money’s worth - nor do we feel we should have been charged a ‘resort fee’ after paying up front the agreed amount advertised by Hotels.com - this is bait & switch!! I suggest looking elsewhere for accommodations that provide what they advertise.
