First time I have ever stayed in a hotel where you are not provided with a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee! No lounge area!! When you want to sit for a bit, maybe read and not have to sit in a bedroom on an uncomfortable chair. There are a few chairs at reception but not a relaxing area where you and your family could sit together, maybe have a drink but there is no bar either. Bed and bathroom comfortable and good location but the things I have mentioned need addressing

Wir konnten leider nicht etwas früher einchecken (1 Std!) , obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war. Wir mussten bis 14 Uhr warten, weil angeblich das Zimmer nicht fertig war. Es wurde uns auch nicht angeboten in der Lobby zu warten, wir haben das Hotel dann so lange verlassen. Parken ging in der Tiefgarage, dass das allerdings 25 Euro kostet für noch nicht mal 24 Std wurde uns nicht gesagt. Generell bekommt man bei Eintreffen und Verlassen des Hotels weder ein guten Tag noch sonst irgendwas von den Mitarbeitern oder Rezeptionisten gesagt. Beim Frühstück wurden wir von den Damen permanent gemustert, weil sie anscheinend nicht wussten, dass wir Hotelgäste waren. Habe dann demonstrativ meine Zimmerkarte auf den Tisch gelegt, dann war Ruhe. Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Das Rührei war matschig und ohne Geschmack. Die Auswahl generell gering. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Es wurden vor dem Hotel sämtliche Gehwege aufgerissen, der entsprechende Lärm war unerträglich. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, weil wir weitergereist sind.

Loved the variety of options at breakfast, which changed daily. I also enjoyed being close to two subway lines and walkable to so many things, including the Central Market Hall and Gellert thermal baths. Appreciated the daily refresh of 1.5L of water.

Personale dell’hotel molto gentile, disponibile ed efficiente. L’hotel è centrale, ma in una via pedonale, quindi silenzioso, ma anche comodo per visitare la città, fare acquisti, rifocillarsi. Per essere però un hotel 4 stelle mi aspettavo una cuffia per la doccia, le pantofole, un bollitore con kit thé e caffè e il servizio mini bar, che un hotel così stellato dovrebbe garantire. La colazione offre lo stretto indispensabile per chi non ha troppe esigenze, il buffet è davvero mini… inoltre il servizio ristorante è pessimo:siamo andati via perché non avevano la carne di manzo quel giorno. Beh, intanto si dice al cliente quando gli si consegna il menù, poi non rispondi con un “non può mangiare altro?” Ristorante bocciato! In più che il menù è scarso, non avere un minimo di assortimento è imbarazzante.

We stayed here for 2 nights in September 2024. The location was a 2 minute walk to the metro and trolley station. Lots of restaurants around, and a quick walk to the river. Staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was excellent. The add states they had laundry but only offered a service on certain days. There was a laundry facility a few blocks away that we had to use instead. This hotel is excellent for the price

Great location, close to public transportation and nice walk to piers and locations. They did not honor my Expedia silver welcome gift (I was advised to mention this upon arrival, by Expedia, not a huge deal). Breakfast was terrific and well-made. Staff was wonderful. They have kettles upon request.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with all required amenities. No coffee/tea facilities in room but bottled water provided and coffee machine available in lobby so all good. Only reason for marking down on comfort was the warmth of rooms, very hot. Our friends in next room said same. Although we altered heating control it didn't seem to make difference. Ended up opening window, maybe we should have enquired. However on reflection, most places we went to in Hungary indoors seemed extremely warm so perhaps that is the norm? Lovely hotel though, warmth a slight issue nothing more. Breakfast was included in our rate so an excellent start to the day. Storage available for baggage as we had a late flight after checkout, very convenient.

The staff were lovely, and the rooms “looked” nice, but we couldn’t shower with the shower head hooked on the wall, as it blasted water EVERYWHERE. Our toilet also randomly would not flush. Beds were comfortable, but we found a few live bugs in our room.

Location is excellent! Walking distance for main attractions, great restaurants right on the street, but not noisy. Great breakfast, little bit overcrowded. Rooms are very, very small, need at least one shelf in the bathroom. Not at least one channel for English speaking tourists.

Ideal location but not a very nice experience overall. The jet of the shower is either too tickly strong or weak. The rooms are much older than it looks on the website. There were stains on towles and walls. been woken up a few occations by noise on the street during sleeping. an another untelated note is that. we have booked the Hotel as non refundable quite a while ago. There has been a change of flight and therefore we eneded up having to leave a day early. Given a week notice and the peak season, unfortunately the hotel is not happy to assist in any way to sort out the situation which is quite fair actually. But just not very flexible by their complete lack of trying to help or explanation on why they couldnt help. 100 gbp down the drain

Veldig sentralt hotell, i starten av selve gågaten. Nært metro, trikk, buss. Frihetsbroen og Central marked hall bare minutters gangavstand. Ok frokost med nye ting hver dag, utmerket å sitte ute og spise. Veldig god komfort på senger/puter (er kresen!) og nesten lydtette rom, så ble ikke vekket av støy. Aircon funket veldig bra. Stort rom selv standard dobbeltrom, med stort klesskap, kjøleskap og safe som er enkel i bruk. Bonus med ny flaske vann daglig.

We had a great stay in Budapest at the Estilo fashion Hotel! It’s located on a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walking to many sights. They give a fantastic breakfast! Free coffee in lobby and room too. The room was a bit warm but we opened the window and it was fine. I recommend!
