In Very good condition comfortable, quiet and the owner was very very friendly. I recommend this to everyone better than most places here, you have your little front yards, backyard ,Parking area with security. The property inside it’s amazing having your own kitchen you fridge, laundry washing machine the two bedrooms plus lounge room.

Only issue was an unclean oven which may of been overlooked from previous let otherwise the apartment was well presented & welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality

Pros- amenities, rooms, size of the apartment, paintings on the wall and calm surroundings. Cons - the couch has seen better days so it's best to upgrade soon, having an additional mirror outside of the bathroom would've been hugely beneficial. Overall I'd give it 4.5 stars and would personally stay there again in the future.

Very good quality and value. All the equipment bedding etc of very decent quality. The only issue was a strange odour of urine over by the couch which made it unpleasant to be over there. Maybe someone had an accident on the rug??? Anyway we just sat elsewhere!

Big apartment with all facilities. Spotless and very comfortable in a quiet area. Owner contact was easy and access to accommodation was simple. Short walk to train. Short walk to lots of pubs, hotels, restaurants, cafes and shops. Near the beach.

Nice property and everything was in good condition but I wouldn’t stay there again as there were a few disappointing things. * it was advertised as weekly cleaning but I only had it bi-weekly. * for a four person apartment, to only have 3 chairs, 3 forks etc is unfair. I had to buy some additional kitchen utensils. * aircon only in the lounge so bedrooms got very hot at night (summer). * a

Nice clean room with modern decor. Very well connected to the airport and just across from a wonderful and fre aircraft exhibit. Amazingly the bed was a little too soft. The shower cubicle was open and the shower head pointed at the opening and could not be moved making it hard not to get a lot of water around the bathroom

Property had the basic needs for our short stay. A smart tv would have been great to be able to hook up a netflix account. Beds were extremely uncomfortable.

The washing machine was not working properly and was leaking. Host did send his brother over to help. Appreciated that. However, he also mentioned washer not usable. I then asked host for any other way for us to wash the clothes but not get reply afterwards.

We were 1 minute from the train station which took us into the city with a 25 minute commute. The power was cut off, due to the power grid, and we could not open the gate for our car. We contacted the owner, a lovely man, and he was so helpful with transportation to the tours we had booked, made me feel like i had made the right choice with accommodation

The location was great everything was close, train station right behind the units, great eateries close by West lakes shopping centre 8 minute drive Port Adelaide shopping centre 5 minute drive just a great place to stay as it’s our 5/6 time staying there

The property is in good condition. Good facilities with nice kitchen, bathroom, smart TV, washing machines, etc. It is only 1-2min walk to Ethelton railway station. However, there are no shops, restaurants or supermarkets nearby. You need to drive or get on the train to Port Adelaide for more shops, otherwise, you may walk there in 25 - 30mins.

For those who are willing to travel a little, this group of apartments is excellent. It’s quite far from then city, but if you’re in Adelaide for a few days and have your own transport this is a great choice. Having said that, there is a train station immediately across the street. Will stay again
