Hotel.com advertised this hotel as a 3 star, but in my opinion barely passes as a 2 star. The hotel is very poorly maintained and in desperate need of renovating. The 2 person lift is a very tight squeeze with luggage and the spiral staircase is even harder to access with luggage. Our bedroom was small with a window that opened onto extration and ventilation units, which hummed all night. The air conditioning didn't work and a grubby fan and electric heat stored in the wardrobe was a poor substitute. The back of the wardrobe was coming apart and the furniture and bed were very tired and worn. The matress was very uncomfortable, and sagged in the middle, and the bathroom was the size if a cupboard, with a tiny wash basin, with a broken plug, so my husband could not shave and a ducktaped hair dryer unit, which I would used due to safety issues. The was not tea / coffee facilities and breakfast was unavailble when we booked. We also had to collect towels and toilet paper from reception, more than once as these were missing from our room. When arriving both my husband and I were extremely disappointed, and tried to book a different hotel straight away, but had to settle with our accommodation as everywhere in the vacinity was fully booked. As a result of being tied to this extremely poor hotel, we spent all day and night walking around Paris, returning late, to avoid spending time at the hotel. To sum up, this hotel is over priced, misleading and avoid it like the plague. 👎

Not the cleanest hotel but it did have an elevator, private bathroom, and AC. Located in a great part of Paris. Staff was friendly. No complaints. Good value for a solo traveler.

The fact that there is air condition is the best you can say about the room

This hotel was nothing like was pictured on Expedia. The floor was peeling away in my room, the bathroom shower was full of mildew, the staff was not helpful, the elevator couldn't hold a person plus luggage, the stairs were dangerous.
