I got a room with spa tub. There was hair hanging around the drain. I pulled it out. Ran the water. Once in started the jets black stuff came out of the jets!!!! Room smelled. There was space around the room door. Spiders were coming in. They chargeed me $15 for my 3lb dog. The websight said $10.

Room was clean and smelled ok, only 2 issues; comforter had burn holes on it and should had been replaced and the hot tub water pressure was terrible especially at 5am, it took over 25 mins to properly fill in order to turn the jets on.

The room was so dark, drab, & felt like a cold prison. No rugs, spigot on tub didnt work so good. Bed felt & sounded like it was gonna fall apart. Just uninviting. Tub took forever to fill.

Place smelled like cigarettes and body Oder. If I hadn’t been driving for 11-12 hours I would have left. Killed 3 roaches while I was there. Slept in my travel clothes and put my own blanket on top the bed. Went to tell them when I checked out but no one was there. Absolutely trash wouldn’t recommend it to a bum.

We went in thinking “you get what you pay for” however this was beyond that. The area itself, we learned after the fact, is very dangerous. The room was filthy, smelt terrible, cigarette holes in the blanket, pubic hairs in the bathtub and on the wall, other substances dripping down the bed frame, bathroom walls and bedroom walls… noise from people outside all night long… at 4:30am a prosititute banged on our door several times.. we grabbed our belongings and were out the door by 5am because it was by far the worst accommodations we have ever experienced..

There was only one problem but that problem really did make a difference. Everything was great for the price and I thought I got an amazing deal - until the cockroach infestation in the bathroom came out. Couldn’t sleep all night because every time I would look at the wall another cockroach would be there. I can tell it’s an infestation because I killed everything from baby cockroaches to full grown ones and they kept coming. At one point during the night I walked into the bathroom and counted about 6 of them out at once. Had to keep all the lights on all night so I could see any bugs coming my way and to also scare them from roaming around. Would have given 5 stars if I was able to actually sleep instead of being on cockroach watch.

Disgusting dump. There were roaches all over the room, rats ran in and out from under the doors. Mold everywhere and trash under furniture. Towels were stained and dirty, told the owner about the issues and she laughed at us. Absolutely disgusted.

You may think "Oh those people who have bad reviews just had bad luck." No. This is awful. Asked for non smoking but hit a wall of smoke the second we stepped in. 3 or 4 flies buzzing around. The TV does not work. It turns on not has no connection. There's no relief from the smoke as the windows do not open.. The door knob just came off the bathroom door.

The room wasn’t bad for a cheap motel, but was sparsely furnished, and there were no hangers on the clothes rod. The door is a bit drafty, which could be a problem in cold weather. I didn’t mind spending a night there, but can’t really recommend the place.

The rooms are extremely unhygienic! Cigarette smoke hits you in the face once you enter, the bed covers have holes in them from ciggarete burns among others. The noise is unbearable too. This place shouldn't advertise on your platform, its an insult to your good name and good service.

The first time we stayed everything was perfect, bed was comfortable and TV and refrigerator worked fine. The 2nd time we had to wait for maintenance to come fix the TV, the bed wasn't as comfortable and it made a lot of noise lol but overall our stay was good.

Clean room on entry with reasonably appointed furnishings. Reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed made an immense metal screeching sound every time I moved. Every step in the room above sounded like a boom, particularly at 1:30 and 6:00 am. Kids crying all night in rooms upstairs amd down the hall woke me 10 times. Memorable.

This is an hotel i first booked with my family and getting to the hotel we couldn’t sleep there and immediately my family requested for cancellation and refund. They paid my family back his money but I have not received my own refund. We had to look for another hotel that night b4 we got a better one called Hyatt hotel
