Stayed 2 nights

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. They showed me a stunt room that was clean and ok, we checked in and paid and then they put some of my guys in the "back building". The rooms there were atrocious, dirty, and things did not work. Also, the back building was filled with subsidized long term renters and we saw (and smelled) drugs! There was a large group of children and teens in the parking lot running around/between the cars screaming and making a lot of noise after 9 at night. When confronted with these issues, the staff lied to me twice before refunding my money. As a longstanding Platinum member, I can tell you that this is not good for your business. Please review the hotels periodically that you offer and DELETE hotels such as the Travel Inn from your lists.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Hotels.com-you need to remove this from your list. As a longstanding Platinum member, I can tell you that this is not good for your business. They showed me a stunt room that was clean and ok, we checked in and paid and then the owner put some of my guys in the "back building". The rooms were atrocious, dirty, things did not work and the back building was filled with section8/govt. subsidized long term renters and the drug dealers were out on the balcony! There was at least 20 or so children in the parking lot running around/between the cars. It looked like a housing project in the worst part of town. Then the clueless owner lied to me twice before refunding my money. Some people who run hotels should NEVER be in the business. They were clueless and dishonest and they are running that property into the ground. Please review the hotels that you offer and DELETE hotels such as the Travel Inn from your lists.

The staff seemed friendly, and the prices were fair. A $10 extra charge per night for a pet is reasonable. It seems like they're remodeling rooms. The first impression of the room wasn't bad; I honestly expected worse. During our two-night stay, on the first night/day, we noticed a lot of the outlets were extremely loose and needed replacing altogether. We also noticed our bare feet were very dirty. The floor "seemed" clean, but one of the attached pictures will show it wasn't clean at all. I used half a canister of Lysol wipes to physically get on my hands and knees and clean the entire floor, including the bathroom and all touchable surfaces in the room. Room 109 probably has the cleanest floors in the whole hotel. Also, larger adult sizes towels; It could barely fit over an adult male, let alone an adult woman (pick which is going to be covered, top or bottom), no joke at all. Attached pictures will show the condition of the room and a picture of a towel dirty from wiping up the floor. Let's not forget a so-called clean (folded) towel from housekeeping put on the shower shelf of towels (not acceptable at all). Improve your standards and cleaning practices. Nothing impressive about the free "breakfast." Improvements can be made in this area of the hotel.

Water and dirt stains on curtains. Arms of couch and chair had layers of dirty hand prints. The toilet seat was yellowed from stains.
