It's a well and truly luxury hotel at a great location, I mean you can't get closer to a main transport hub than this. NEX from Narita took apex 50 mins and we are at our hotel, no need to lug our bags navigating different stations is such selling point. We stayed a week as a family of four, laundry can get quite expensive as there's no coin laundry, the only option is hotel same day laundry service (collected by 10am and ready by 6pm same day). So be prepared. My husband and I also loved the A Spa down at the basement level. It's not part of the hotel but guests can spend 2000 yen per visit to use the sauna and hot spring pools. We went every single night, well worth the money! If we ever travel back to Tokyo this is the only hotel I'll stay in.

Outstanding hotel with exemplary service. Two wonderful bars. Super quiet, luxurious room. Walkable to imperial palace. Hop on hop off bus few mins walk. Many restaurants nearby on street level or in basements of nearby buildings.

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable with a spotless well-designed bathroom. The location was perfect: next to the train station and subway (and you couldn't hear anything inside your room). We chose not to do the breakfast plan but had breakfast in the hotel twice-which I highly recommend. It was expansive and delicious. Best of all are the concierges who had great recommendations, got us reservations at at wonderful restaurants and helped us plan oour routes.

This was our second time to stay at this hotel. Last time we stayed at sound wing, and very quiet. I booked pretty early like few months ago this time. They assigned me to the far end side (North), it will take almost 10 minutes to go to the lobby and the north end side is annoying by train rumbling sound . I told the receptionist I am a light sleeper and see if I can change the room, but they just said I am sorry, nothing they can do. The price vs service is so bad. Not recommended those who want to stay at Tokyo .

This is a great hotel. I have stayed here a few times and each time it gets better. The rooms facing the square are excellent and if you like people watching, you can sit by the window all days. Rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is excellent.

Very central location in Ginza area. Easily connected to the airport via the train. It is built on the historical landmark. Since it is not a high building, expect that your room might be a long walk from the elevator. The room is comfortable and cozy but seem ‘out-of-date’. Lots of food and shopping options around.

This my 2nd stay at the property and once again, the staff has exceeded my expectation in service. Both Marie Antoinette Mori san and Namiko Hisakura san have been assisting me in restaurant bookings and my Saphir Odoriko train ticket bookings before I left Singapore and everything was in place by the time I arrived in Tokyo. It made my vacation a hassle-free experience and I am truly grateful for their assistance. Congratulations to the hotel for having such efficient and thoughtful staff - truly service excellence!

Typically I love this place. The rooms the food and proximity to things. But our last day, I was met with a lot of rudeness. Certain staff members concierge were quite rude toward me. I understand o don’t fit the ideal “look” for what they might want to stay with them, being from LA we have very relaxed style. But that is not a reason to look down on your customers.

The Tokyo Station Hotel is simply stunning and elegant. The staff greeted us from the shinkansen platform and they helped us navigate from the busy platform to the quiet hotel lobby. Tokyo train station is one of the busiest places and this 'meet and greet' service helped so much and was very much appreciated. The spacious room we had was gorgeous, and the third bed so comfortable. It was super quiet and we found it hard to believe the Tokyo train station was underneath. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, beautiful building, very nice and helpful concierge. The lady at the concierge went above and beyond to help us to locate the baseball tickets for Tokyo Dome and we got to enjoy the game; When we left the hotel, they sent someone to help us with our luggage all the way through the train station to the platform of the train to the airport. You can’t expect better service! We are very grateful!

Hotel quality and location are outstanding. Rooms are spacious and the hotel staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Tokyo Station can be confusing for first time visitors. Understanding this the hotel staff accompanied us to our train platform. This was beyond our expectations for service.

A true 5 star hotel with a 7 star staff. Talk about accommodating. They walked us through the rubic cube they call the Tokyo Train Station to buy tickets and deliver us to the proper platform. Who does this?

For ease of access in Tokyo, no place could be easier - literally part of the massive Tokyo station, getting to anywhere (including the Narita Airport Express) is a breeze. With its wide-open spaces and proximity to the grounds of the Imperial Palace, the location is superb. Of course the staff is impeccable, the rooms lovely (although having a room that looks outside rather than on an inner atrium is much more pleasant) and the breakfast not to be missed. The hushed interiors and gracious atmosphere makes it a truly special haven in the midst of many cookie-cutter hotels.

Breakfast offers so many kaiseki style dishes in a buffet style. I enjoyed more than 15 small plates. Quality and tastes are more than superb. You will understand that they Are trying to be the best thing in each You have Japanese corner and western style corner. If you want to stick to ordinary Western style hotel breakfast, you can do so at the highest level also. Waiters are so polite and friendly. You feel as if you wrre a king.

Loved our stay at The Tokyo Station Hotel. The location obviously can't be beat and the hotel feels like a really nice escape from the craziness of Tokyo. The staff was excellent. almost too attentive at times but you can tell they genuinely want you to have a great stay. The breakfast was incredible. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had, with a huge selection of both Japanese and Western options. All done really well. Definitely not an average Japan hotel experience. If you're looking to splurge a little, it's absolutely worth it.
