Wij hebben hier 1 nacht geslapen. Prima lokatie om de stad te bezoeken, alles op loopafstand. Mooi groot appartement voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Wel moet je een parkeerplaats bij het hotel reserveren, anders moet je in een zeer smalle parkeergarage verderop.

Front desk staff were great and very helpful. We had a two bed, two bath apartment which had pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment too! Great location in the middle of Wellington if you are on foot. Arriving by car is intense, nowhere to pull up and drop off or unload apart from stopping on a sharp incline in the middle of the street. Even if you are planning to park onsite, I imagine it would be a little chaotic, coming to a stop randomly on the street and then running in to get your parking card. I’m also a little confused by some of the web pages that refer to it as a 5-star hotel. It was a good and comfortable stay but light years away from a 5-star hotel stay.

It was very clean. The kitchenette had all things needed. Clothes washing liquid was supplied, as were dishwashing tablets and liquid. The bed was very comfortable, with a choice of pillows if required, and the shower had good pressure. Near many cafes and restaurants or a short walk to a supermarket.

I like that you can park up and walk to wherever you want to go in the CBD. The suites are spacious and well set up. Staff are professional and courteous, both reception and housekeeping. I thought with the expedia deal I had free parking (on my screen it said free parking at this place), which they said I didn't, which was annoying and an extra cost. Unfortunately the room we had, under the sink was damp, smelly and potentially mouldy. The smell pervaded the whole suite once you opened the cupboard door. This is a health issue. Some of us are very sensitive to mold. There were a couple of other minor issues which I have raised with Boulcott also and I would hope they are being sorted out. They are meant to be sorting out a partial refund but as of yet I have not seen it in my account.

A great location and great size room-we got the two bedroom-but more run down than expected. I think they are going to renovate both sides but have only done one tower? Good size kitchen and living space lots of windows and nice views from balcony. Weird drain middle of the kitchen floor and smell in the washer just overall in need of a bit of an update.

Not a great experience. The pros: The room had everything required and a decent layout. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is esy walking distance to the cablecar and shops. The cons: When we arrived we were advised that we needed to park in one building and then walk out through the hotel and round the corner to a second building which was a pain with all our luggage especially as the steep slope on the road made wheeling cases difficult. The rooms air-conditioning was so loud it couldn't be used at night. It sounded like someone emptying a bathtub of water from the cealing above the bed down pipes in the walls every 7 mins aaaaarg!!!! You also couldn't sleep with the windows open because of the noise outside, traffic, building, nightlife. We ended up getting little to no sleep, thank goodness it was only one night.

Nice big apartment and clean. Staff were lovely. Probably my only disappointment was the view. It was a view of the back of the backpackers concrete wall and looked straight into the backpackers rooms. It would have been nice to know this when we booked. Over all a nice experience.

It is a nice clean apartment, quiet. We stay here often when in Wellington. The mattress was very lumpy but apart from that ok. Handy to everything Some challenges around other people being given our room but management sorted and let us know and gave us a free breakfast which was nice. The original arrival was a bit of a letdown around expectations and loyalty additions. we have stayed here a number of times but told we were not VIPs this time and not entitled to the bonuses. Not the usual reception in the room either. Management did respond after the fact which was appreciated. Still, a great place to stay and highly recommend Neo for breakfast

We were supposed to receive an email with instructions how to do a late check in. We never received one. When we arrived we called the number on the wall but it went straight to music with no message asking us to hold. It took 5 minutes to get someone on the phone. She told us there would be an envelope in a lock box. there wasn’t. Then she called security to let us in and he found an envelopes at the reception desk.the guard had such poor enunciation he was impossible to understand. We had to figure out everything on our own. Check in took 45 minutes

Stayed in a one-bedroom apartment in the North Tower. Room was large, well equipped and clean. Had to do self check-in as arrived very late, which also worked well. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful, especially when assisting me with tracking down delayed luggage from my flight. Excellent location, all the main points in Wellington are in walking distance, or there are bus stops very nearby.

Our room was in the next building where the elevator is. It is connected by a door which is accessed by key card after hours. On our last night, we told frint desk we need to leave at 3am to get to airport. They said no problem, they can always to contacted since front desk is nit attended after hours. Well, at 3am, we tried to get into tge other building to access the elevator to get to the lobby but both our key cards didn't work. We called customer service and took awhile to get someobe to answer. They said they will call security. Security told them no key needed. We had to explain again how a key card is needed. After convincing them, the security guy came and looked pissed off that we made him come to let us in the building to get out. He didn't even apologize for the keys not working. Also every time we can zero for frint desk, nobody ever answer. We had to make the lobg walk to reception to ask them anythjng.

Have stayed at this property for work so knew it was a good place to stay. Great location and very close to shopping, good supermarket and places to eat out. Only little annoyance was arriving at hotel about 3.15pm after travelling and room was still not available immediately. But staff were very apologetic and helpful.

Good location hotel, unless you have a pram as it is located on a steep street. There are two buildings for the same hotel, one lot older than the other one. If you stay in the old one, just check you have enough heaters as it can get quite cold.

Very comfortable. No USB ports but I planned for that. No food service at the hotel but plenty within walking distance. The room was quite small, if you can afford a suite do that, they looked very nice. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.
