There is a pool shown in the pics on the website. But there a no pool! So glad I didn’t have my kids with me. They would have been so disappointed. Otherwise, condo is nice and clean.

Amenities list a hottub. It is under construction and not available. Also the number listed for contact is no longer available as of this posting. I did look up an alternate number for them and they advised me they moved offices and the new number wasnt updated yet. The king bed was comfortable, but the twin beds are VERY firm. Fantastic oceanfront view.

Our condo was very large and open. It was clean and right on the ocean. The hot tub was not working but this was not a big deal. It would have been nice to know ahead of time though. Overall the property was nice and well taken care of.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved the ocean front view from the bedroom and balcony. Thermostat was set to 70 but they came and fixed it so we could set on 68 at night which helped us to sleep more comfortably. Elevator never worked the 4 nights we stayed which made checkin and checkout more difficult with all our things. Starter supplies were helpful. We would stay here again but definitely recommend elevator be fixed, thankful we were not on top 3rd floor. Overall nice place to stay and we enjoyed our time in Surfside Beach.

Overall it was a great place to stay and it had a nice ocean view within walking distance to the beach. It would've been nice if the hot tub worked and also a pool for families would also be a plus. Our experience with the property was still very good and would still recommend.

Customer Service is very responsive and the property was nice, right off the beach. The pool was being renovated and the tv’s were problematic but we were really there for the beach. We would stay again.

We stayed at this property for a weekend in March. While the overall unit was clean, there were several issues that had me downgrading the score. First, the unit is advertised as having a hot tub and pool - it had neither; there is no pool and the hot tub was completely closed with a huge dirt pile around it, renovation (?) not sure. Also, none of the outlets in either bathroom worked and none of the bedroom TVs worked either! I can't believe these items are not QC'd by housekeeping/staff prior to the next arrival(!) When I brought up these major maintenance issues to the Sandpebble, they essentially said "too bad," and take it up with the 3rd party contractor (!). Which I eventually did. Until these items get fixed, along with very misleading advertising, I would not stay here again. They don't stand by their product and definitely don't seem to care about their customers.

The room was like a condo. 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, living room , full kitchen and deck. You are right on the beach! We woke up in the morning to have coffee and watch the sun rise. The beaches are beautiful. The first day we walked 14 miles ( we are crazy athletes ). There is no management on site so you have to call if you need something. One time I had to call 5 times before someone came to fix a problem. Hot tub was broken but we didn't want to use a hot tub when it is 90 degrees. Plenty of parking for our rental car close to the building. I liked the electronic door locks. They email or text you the door code at about 2 pm the day you arrive. I made several phone calls to find this out before I arrived. For the price this was a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay, we had 2 rooms booked. Our family Thanksgiving was very special to us, we chose to enjoy a beach trip versus traditional holiday celebration. The rooms were clean, stocked and sizeable for our family. We will definitely stay again.

The space is large for 2 and offers amazing views from the master bedroom and living room area. The kitchen is stocked with the basic pots/pans/dishes/utensils, I always take a good knife with me. The space isn’t the most modern or up to date, however it was open, clean and comfortable . There is a sign on the outside of the building with an arrow pointing to check in which was confusing to a couple of guest, I was able to advise them to check their text messages for self check in instructions. Self check in was easy and expectations on how to maintain the condo was clear. We absolutely enjoyed staying here!

Just what I was looking for-- a nice, clean, affordable beachfront rental. I wasn't interested in a pool or hot tub or free breakfast-just a nice place on the beach and it was beyond what I expected. I will return!

Loved being able to walk on the beach and see it from our balcony. The beds were clean and the kitchen nice. The floor on one spot was sticky though and the toilet paper was terrible. The pool was out of order and there was no physical front desk to check in. Other than those inconveniences it was a nice stay.

It was clean, quiet, spacious, well laid out, had an elevator, oceanfront, we’ll-decorated, and we just plain loved it. I would imagine when every unit is filled up, it may not be as enjoyable due to noise and crowds. It was perfect while my sister & I were there. Thank you.

The easy access to the beach was great. I also liked how close it was to different restaurants. We were within walking distance. However, there were things that need to be fixed. There was condensation that dripped from the vents in the living room. I didn’t like that the elevator did not work and there were no lights in the hallway. I don’t like walking in the dark to get to my room.

The beach access was very good, the beach view and the sound of the ocean were terrific. The only negative was the remotes for the TVs were very challenging without instructions. We enjoyed our off-season stay! I would highly recommend to friends and family!

This was our first time at this property. Even though it could use a little maintenance in some areas it was still a very nice condo. I loved that we had a full kitchen and plenty of room even in a one bedroom. We really enjoyed being oceanfront and the fact that the beach access was super close so you didnt feel like you were walking miles to and from the beach. The management staff were super friendly too even sending a text to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be booking this property again for future vacations.

Loved the condo. Great location. The bed in the master bedroom was soooo comfortable! There wasn't any instructions on how to check in or out, and i had to call for the wifi password, but everyone was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

We didn’t know about the construction at the property until 3 days before our arrival. We weren’t told about not being able to use the hot tub till we were already there. The construction crew shared the limited parking spots with the guests. The location of the property was awesome.

First, the unit is advertised as having a hot tub and pool - it had neither; there is no pool and the hot tub was completely closed with a huge dirt pile around it, renovation (?) not sure. Also, none of the outlets in either bathroom worked and none of the bedroom TVs worked either! I can't believe these items are not QC'd by housekeeping/staff prior to the next arrival(!) When I brought up these major maintenance issues to the Sandpebble, they essentially said "too bad," and take it up with the 3rd party contractor (!). Which I eventually did. Until these items get fixed, along with very misleading advertising, I would not stay here again. They don't stand by their product and definitely don't seem to care about their customers.

The room was like a condo. 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, living room , full kitchen and deck. You are right on the beach! We woke up in the morning to have coffee and watch the sun rise. The beaches are beautiful. The first day we walked 14 miles ( we are crazy athletes ). There is no management on site so you have to call if you need something. One time I had to call 5 times before someone came to fix a problem. Hot tub was broken but we didn't want to use a hot tub when it is 90 degrees. Plenty of parking for our rental car close to the building. I liked the electronic door locks. They email or text you the door code at about 2 pm the day you arrive. I made several phone calls to find this out before I arrived. For the price this was a great place to stay.

The easy access to the beach was great. I also liked how close it was to different restaurants. We were within walking distance. However, there were things that need to be fixed. There was condensation that dripped from the vents in the living room. I didn’t like that the elevator did not work and there were no lights in the hallway. I don’t like walking in the dark to get to my room.

This was our first time at this property. Even though it could use a little maintenance in some areas it was still a very nice condo. I loved that we had a full kitchen and plenty of room even in a one bedroom. We really enjoyed being oceanfront and the fact that the beach access was super close so you didnt feel like you were walking miles to and from the beach. The management staff were super friendly too even sending a text to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be booking this property again for future vacations.

This place was amazing and way more beautiful than we expected! It had a perfect view of the beach, easy access as well, and in a great location that wasn’t super congested. We will definitely be back and Stay for our next trip.

Customer Service is very responsive and the property was nice, right off the beach. The pool was being renovated and the tv’s were problematic but we were really there for the beach. We would stay again.

The beach access was very good, the beach view and the sound of the ocean were terrific. The only negative was the remotes for the TVs were very challenging without instructions. We enjoyed our off-season stay! I would highly recommend to friends and family!
