Beautifully decorated hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Located near restaurants and sights. Good breakfast. Underground secured parking attached to hotel. Room had robes, large Nespresso machine , safe and plenty of closet space. Bottled water replenished every day. We received a room upgrade, bottle of wine and chocolate. The A/C worked well and was very quiet. Staff very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend!

It was a super unique hotel that didn't feel like any other Marriott or Hyatt. Not that there is anything wrong with them, but I travel so much I like super clean, comfortable, hotels that are in great locations that feel like being somewhere unique and different. Prestige fit the bill. I also like hotels that have a sauna and Prestige had a very nice, modern sauna. The location in the heart of the city near many dining and shopping options and close to the famed Chain Bridge, it was perfect. Would stay there again.

Amazing hotel, and we had a beautiful room. Concierge desk was very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to tourist spots, plus is an easy walk to the bus and tram stop which will take you further. We also made use of the spa facilities, and the hot tub is a nice touch. We also used the hotel transport option to take us back to the airport in the morning, which was very efficient and spacious. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to travel to Budapest.

I'm going to give my honest opinion. I'm not sure why this is rated a 4-star hotel. Yes, it looks pretty, but it's kind of like a mask. I don't understand how a Michelin star restaurant could have such a small bland spread for breakfast. Everyday the exact same things to ate, no variety. I actually ate breakfast at other restaurants for a few of the days cause I just couldn't eat there anymore. The jacuzzi was broken the whole time we were there. When I went down directly from the jacuzzi in the robe the hotel provided to tell them that the jacuzzi wasn't working and was met with a snarky attitude, and they even laughed as we were going up to the room. I wasn't going to go back up to change then back down just to tell them something in their hotel was broken. I informed them right away. I just beat cancer, I should be able to feel relaxed in my environment without being snickered at. Almost everything in the hotel doesn't work but I'm the joke? The internet and TVs...wow... been a while since I've been to a place that had such bad wifi/TVs. I had to buy a cable to attach my phone to the TV, download something first onto my phone in order to watch anything without the TV freezing. The TV is so old it didn't even have the ability to screenshare or use bluetooth. On the plus side we have nothing bad to say about most of the customer service. Everyone (except for those who were at the desk when the jacuzzi broke) were very kind and attentive.

Overall I liked the property, but have to say that the bathroom design was terrible. There was a huge tub and a tiny shower with a terrible configuration of a shower head which forced you to stand in the corner of the tiny shower. Also there was nowhere to place my toiletries in the bath as the vanity space was taken up by the two vessel sinks. Obviously the hotel owners gave the architect a lot of discretion in designing the rooms. For that reason I would not stay at the hotel again.

I was upgraded to a suite, which was a stunning room, with large windows overlooking the street and high ceilings. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had excellent water pressure. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary small bottles of water, chocolates at night and the next day's weather written out on a card.

Prestige Hotel Budapest I stayed in this hotel from June 25th to 28th. 2025. I wanted to book a tour of Parliament. My Travel guidebook says that the tour is so popular so booking on the internet is a must. So I asked a female staff member at the reception, but she replied she could not book at night. Don't you think it is ridiculous she could not book because it was night？ I told her yes we coud book at night because it was on the internet. She insisted she could not because it was night and told me to come the next morning. Later I asked a male staff member next to her. Of course he could make a reservation for me at the night, though it took him more than ten minutes. Thanks to him, I enjoyed the tour of the Parliament. Her attitude damaged the reputation of your hotel. Hope your all staff are the people who have a mind to help your guest Masaaki

The staff went above and beyond for me. The was a head of state staying at a nearby hotel and my taxi could not come to the hotel.The driver texted his location but I was unfamiliar with the location. I showed the text to the staff and one of them( sorry that I do not have his name) walked me to meet my taxi. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Budapest.

Beautiful hotel close to the Danube on a quiet street. The furnishings and amenities are excellent and the staff is professional, helpful and responsive. There is an excellent morning breakfast buffet. The rooms are quiet, with beautiful furnishings including a very comfortable bed and a nice choice of pillows. Amenities included comfy bathrobes toiletries, workout bag and more than adequate storage. The hotel also holds a Michelin starred restaurant with superb food and service as well an excellent wine selection.

The staff was amazing. The room was one of the best I've ever stayed in. I would recommend this place highly. The breakfast was perfect. This is a top notch place very close to anything you want to see. If you're travelling with Viking cruises, you are literally steps from the docks. This is a beautiful hotel that is a delight to discover after a long journey. The staff are friendly and helpful and err on the side of doing more for guests. The location is ideal— a short walk from the Danube and the riverfront entertainment options, as well as a short walk from the cathedral and surrounding restaurants. Wir waren 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel und fanden die Lage sehr praktisch um die Stadt zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer war schön und bot alles was wir brauchten. Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich und der Platz ist eher eng, wenn man zu Rush hour (um 9.00) frühstücken möchte. Würden wir hier übernachten aber ohne Frühstück.
