The front desk were never available. The rooms were never cleaned nor restocked even after asking multiple times although we stayed for more than a week.

Rooms are dated and dirty. In 4 days not once was beds made, room cleaned or even clean towels. Rubbish not taken from room. How this is 4 star is beyond me. Mold on walls and everything felt damp and a very strange smell. The pool area is completely in the shade, full of bird feathers and poo. Complete health hazard. Staff was friendly and valet parking man was very good at taking bags etc into hotel. I won’t be staying again. The only positive was it was quiet area
