Check in was efficient and friendly. Service in the breakfast was excellent. The evening happy hour was excellent and the bar staff were very polite and kind and caring with us and other customers. The lobby staff was helpful with bags. The duvet and bed were heavenly!

Il nous a même été dit qu'il n'y avait pas de bruit la nuit !! (On est presque passer pour des menteurs) Le lendemain, il y avait une autre personne à l'accueil et nous avons pu changer de chambre. Il nous a même été expliqué que la municipalité de la ville était informée du bruit, terrible fait par cette boîte de nuit qui fait salon de massage. !!! Je pense que le monsieur d'origine égyptienne, qui nous a traité ainsi se reconnaîtra. Les matelas sont d'une dureté extrême, les oreillers, d'un autre âge. C'est très dommage, parce que le personnel est très gentil à part le Monsieur de la réception qui a été odieux !!! Le petit déjeuner, et très incomplet, je dirais presque qu'il est juste à peine suffisant. La piscine est exceptionnelle, les abords sont très propres, l'eau est d'une pureté cristalline, je suis spécialiste en traitement de l'eau, donc je sais de quoi je parle. Pool area lovely, back way river walk to Manar Mall and even closer Al Naeem Mall, (late just move past gates) access at a small cost to the beach at the Hilton resort, Jebel Jais zipline is amazing, effort free and very safe, special thanks to Naeem for passionate customer service, the discount for extended stay and all staff that made it very enjoyable, coming back for sure.

We came from a swim and only 2 people could shower, with the very little shampoo and shower gel we could pump out. We asked for that and bedroom slippers at least 6 times before only partial toiletteries were sent to us. We had to call several times to ask them to come vacuum the room. The breakfast spread is decent. But dinner spread was minimal. If you can dine only on salads and appetisers, you'll be good. There were no main course options. We were celebrating a birthday and were very disappointed with our 2 night stay.

The room is clean and the facility is good for sleeping. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Staff is helpful and very friendly. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the sound from other rooms (slightly). Also room doors shutting was somewhat annoying. In total it was a pleasant stay if you want to go around RAK and want a good sleep.

We checked in me and my daughters around midnight after a family evening party. The reason for our stay is to get somewhere close to the party hall we checked in with Mahmoud who was so welcoming very accommodating and nice. He accommodates us with a smile and the check in was quick for our rooms. Unfortunately, room service was very limited and not available after mid night we checked into the room which was spacious but hygiene and cleaning in the hotel need to be reconsidered since it was really poor. Most of the room area was dusty, linen was not cleaned due to many spots same with the furniture. Toilet has limited amenities and need better cleaning check out was simple and quick

Very good stay. Room: 9/10. The bed was comfortable and chairs made the stay better. Bathroom on the smaller side but no universal plug next to the bed which causes issues with charging overnight. Good WIFI. Resort: 10/10 Beautiful and well maintained, large pool and comfortable seatings around the pool. Nice gym available. Restaurant on site but only ordered once so can not comment on it. Service: 9/10

Great staff. Beautiful pool. Good bar/hangout area. Good breakfast. Room was very comfortable. My ONLY complaint was the carpet in my room was very dirty (and even sticky). Otherwise this place is fantastic.

Lovely place, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room! Only stayed one night but would definitely spend more time here if we had the chance.

Rien à redire. Séjour fantastique : superbe rapport qualité / prix. Personnel très sympathique, souriant et aux petits soins. Chambre spacieuse. Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel. Grande liberté d’aller et venir ici et là ; et le gros plus : pouvoir utiliser la très grande plage privée de l’autre hôtel Hilton à 5km de là !
