Large room not far from port, city center and train station. Shopping and food within a few blocks. Shower os small (20" × 30"). Parking is 1 block away but expensive (25 euro per 14 hours). Area can be a little noisy at night with windows open. Overall a good stay.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of space. The hotel parking is just a bit down the street from the hotel, but there is also a parking garage just around the corner. Note that you must go up some stairs in order to access the hotel elevator—not convenient is you are traveling with a lot of luggage. Overall a good hotel.

The hotel was clean and had a comfortable bed. I would say the and hotel were a little dated. The Expedia ad says laundry facilities, please note this is not within the hotel and is a separate building so I do think these needs to be amended to say ‘laundry facilities close to the hotel’. No tea/coffee facilities within the room but can be bought in the bar area.

hôtel très central (entre via Grande et le port près du marché aussi) Equipe sympathique et professionnelle. L'option parking permet de sécuriser le véhicule et son tarif est compétitif si on se base sur les pkg en ville. La literie est confortable. Le seul petit bémol est le non accès à la clim ( pour des soit disants raisons municipales) ce qui peut passer en Avril en ouvrant les fenêtres mais qu'en est il en été quand il fait 35°c dehors !!! L'hôtel est un bon compromis quand on veut prendre son ferry tôt le matin car à 5 min de l'embarquement !

Small but very clean and comfortable room. Close to the great restaurants and bars of the little Venice area. The night manager in particular needs to be called out for his helpfulness. When no taxi was available for an early morning trip to the train station, he called a friend who got us to our train on time. That is how you get repeat customers. Thanks!

Hôtel bien tenu avec un parking privé payant et à deux pas de la petite Venise, endroit sympathique pour dîner le soir. Mais hôtel très bruyant malheureusement : rue très passante une bonne partie de la nuit et isolation phonique entre chambres à revoir. Dommage.

Værelset var 35 grader varmt og luften stod helt stille. Vi bad om at få startet aircondition men den var gammel og slidt og måtte ikke sættes på for lav temperatur. Den kunne slet ikke køle rummet. Vi sov ikke og klagede men de var helt ligeglade. Vi ankom 23:00 og kørte 06:00 og vil gerne have pengene retur!! Værelset var valgt pga. aircondition.

We checked in for 1 night after 2 flights and Micheal Forti and staff were both friendly helpful and even aiding us to acquire a taxi which was very challenging due to limited number. Thank you for helping us and providing our start to our vacation. Well done! Bravo! High recommended.

Das Hotel legt mitten in der Stadt und der Lautstärkepegel ist nachts sehr hoch. Trotzdem jederzeit wieder.

Wir hatten das Hotel als Zwischenübernachtung gebucht, da wir am nächsten Tag mit der Fähre weitergefahren sind. It came as a surprise to me to find out that breakfast hadn’t been included with our booking. I must have missed something in the booking process. We couldn’t pay extra and have breakfast that morning as it hadn’t been organised. Suggest people double check when they book or check in as it hadn’t happened to us before.

I don't rate it less just because the room was clean but with poor maintenance and the personal ( one single person) was trying to be helpful despite all limitations. When I say limitations, I refer that there is no one on the premises to deal with maintenance issues when they appear. That was reflected in the condition of the room assigned to us. We had issues with the AC Unit and we had to suffer the heat and experience a bad night sleep.... Terrible!!!... I needed to be able to rest comfortably, and at least for me, that's what really matters and I couldn't.

Clean room and sufficient elevator - important since I was on 4th floor. Nice reception area and good location near via Grande, the main shopping area and place to catch buses to and from the Livorno central train station. Only drawback was no comfortable chair to sit in - only a desk type chair that was uncomfortable.
