Beds were comfortable and the room had a microwave and refrigerator. We got in late and checked in at the night window. We couldn't unload our luggage at the front door. We had to use a side entrance. They only had one luggage cart, if that matters to you. We had two rooms. I booked both in Expedia and we were put on separate floors. The breakfast was edible but nothing special. The room was very affordable.

Appearance wise the hotel was fine. However, when we went into the room it smelled weird. Smell was very off-putting. Very chemically mixed with old food. Elevator also had an odd, weird smell to it. Breakfast was okay but mainly carb heavy. No proteins available.

This is a little efficiency hotel in the factory outlet area next to I5. It’s pretty well kept, very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking in the lot. Near shops and restaurants and gas stations. The room is basic, no mini fridge, coffee, etc. clean though. The bed and pillows are comfortable but limited. The only ding was no spare blanket and the curtain had some sun rot that left direct sunlight on the bed.

We have stayed here several times while traveling home from Southern California. On this stay, we arrived after the main desk had closed. There were 2 employees working the desk, the main door to the lobby was closed. They wouldn't buzz us into the main lobby. We were told we needed to walk outside and around to the side door, then come back through to the elevators. While I understand this is probably a safety feature, the walk down the hallway took us directly in front of both of the employees at the desk. It didn't make a whole lot of sense. Also, please invest in larger, rectangle bed pillows and do away with the small square ones. But overall, if we need to stay again, this will still be our choice, as it is a great value for what need, simply a place to sleep before continuing our journey home.

I would never return. Breakfast was fine. The night Staff was kind the morning staff was Not. hotel smelled clean but was FILTHY. Mold lined the bathroom dirt and grime ln the floors and hair in the bed. The beds were harder than stone. My 4 year old got out of bed and tried to sleep on the floor and my back has never hurt so bad. The worst was they have flood lights that illumate the exterior of the hotel all night they have them pointed directly at the windows. EVEN WITH BLACK OUT CURTAINS it was almost as bright as daylight in the room all night. At sunrise the light clicked off and it was instantly pitch black in the room we were all awake laying in bed and myself and my two daughters couldnt help but laugh because the situation was so absurd as we laughed in exhaustion my pregnant wife just cried. We didnt get 1 min of sleep. We told the front desk about our experince and were told "wow that sucks" and then they just went back to their chair in the back on their phone. Breakfast was included and decent.

Newer property. Whomever designed the rooms did a very poor job. NO counter space in the bathroom to place toiletries and VERY poor access to plug accessibility and electrical access for charging phones and or computors. This was no fault of local staff just VERY POOR design of rooms.

The room was clean but tiny (I guess "Micro"tel says it all). The A/C sounded like a diesel truck going uphill-- very loud and a "BRUM.. BRUM.. BRUM" sound, sometimes speeding up or slowing down. I found it impossible to sleep with it on. The WiFi on the first night was difficult to get onto and then was very slow. The next morning, we couldn\'t get onto the WiFi at all so some work I had planned didn\'t get done. The shower doesn\'t have a "spray" setting just a stream that can be varied in intensity. Sink drain was almost completely stopped up.

For the most part, my stay was pretty good. Staff at the front desk was friendly as could be, very nice facility and in a very convenient location. Room was small, but clean and nice. Lots of lighting, which was great. However, the room was lacking a couple of things: number one for me was no USB port in the room to charge my phone. I had to borrow a plug from the front desk. I would also have appreciated a microwave and a small refrigerator. Finally, breakfast was not as advertised. It was basically non-existent. Front desk told me all they really had was waffles. There was yogurt and bagels in plastic. No eggs, no sausage, no bacon. Tried the cranberry juice and it was not good. Ended up going to Black Bear Diner next door. For the price, was not worth it for me and will not be returning.

I checked in and was given the wrong room. They wouldn’t change it because I had entered the room and put my bag on the bed. They said it was hotels.com fault and they had sent the wrong reservation information. They also said they had no other 2 queen bed rooms and they couldn’t make the change even if I hadn’t dirtied it. I left the room to get some food and when I came back I couldn’t get in the room with the key card. I went to the front desk and they had given the room to someone else. Now they had to give me a new room. After many apologies they magically found me a 2 queen room. In the end they screwed up on the reservation because they didn’t check the reservation name. They also checked the other person into my room because we had the same first name. I was told I’d get a refund for my troubles but I’m not counting on it.

Unfortunately we can no loner recommend this property. We have stayed here many times as a convenient place to sleep on our way from SF to LA. During out last stay they were having issues with the fire alarm in the room next to ours starting just before 1 am which made it impossible to sleep. They insisted they could do nothing until they found the source of the problem and proceeded to go in and out of our room for almost 2 hours until giving us a room in a different part of the hotel. They did not have a manager on staff to make decisions quickly and felt that they resolved the issue even though we were kept awake for over 2 hours in the middle of the night. Their poor customer service and lack of support from Expedia will have us rethinking any future bookings. Its unfortunate to see the property and customer service go down so quickly. Hope this helps you make an informed decision if you choose to stay here and use a third party for reservations.

We arrived about 20 minutes before check in and were told there was a $10 early registration fee. Nowhere to sit in the lobby—all chairs were upside down. Also, a $100 fee for incidentals seemed high. Won’t reserve this chain again.

I booked and paid for a room with 2 beds, when I arrived at the property, they put us in a room with 1 bed, when I told them that I booked a 2 bed room, they charged me $20 for an upgrade! I showed them my receipt from hotels.com and they still insisted that I pay the $20. It was late and I paid it. I brought it up with the person on duty the next morning and they refused to refund me the $20, they said that I needed to get refunded from hotels.com. If this is how Wyndham properties operate, they should not be featured on hotels.com. I will never stay at another Wyndham property!

This is a great stop from No. Cal. Going into LA! Breaks up the drive and this hotel is tucked away from congestion. We will definitely stay here in the future. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and we loved the beds. Only issue (which is common for all other hotels) is the lack of power outlets. We have several devices we need plugged in wherever we go and have learned to bring extension cords, which we definitely needed at this hotel.

Our first time in this hotel. We loved it! I met the front desk person and he was very helpful. Nice guy. The room we got was clean, had a fridge, TV, towels, shampoo, hair blow dryer, etc. Loved it! To me, bed was comfortable and pillows perfect. They had a light breakfast in the morning. I saw coffee, decaf coffee, tea, hot water, cereal, oatmeal, waffle, bagels, yogurt, fruits, and I forgot what else. No eggs or bacon if you are looking for that. :) I will definitely stay here again!
