Staff very cheerful and helpful. Good location for Kew Gardens and Richmond Park. Nice breakfast.

It was really convenient to have breakfast here and it was good. We were able to walk to Kew Gardens from our lodging and made for a nice stay.

Welcomed warmly by Sneddon, who was working the desk when I arrived! The room and bathroom were sparkling clean (and both spacious!), the bed was cozy, the hotel felt safe and well cared for. It was a very nice overnight stay!

Staff were so lovely and incredibly helpful and accomodating. Room was spacious, large and clean. Good location to Richmond shops and park, and not too far from Heathrow.
