Location was great for visiting Richmond and Ted Lasso sights. A good 20 min walk into the town but easy walk. Love premier inn for their consistency. You know what you are getting. Room was reasonable size and well equipped. It had good working area in the room and great mirror with plug socket right by it and plenty of coathangers. Downside was check in. Check in is now a machine which I dislike. We could not get our booking code to be accepted and had to call a human to assist. Took a while for someone to appear but when they did they were very pleasant.

The only negative I can say about this hotel is that the free WiFi is horrible and basically not usable. They have a pay to use WiFi which works very well though, so there is a solution even though it’s costing you a few pounds. Other than that we had a lovely stay for five nights. The bed is comfy, the staff is lovely and polite and everything is very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was great at the Premier Inn. Room is a good size and beds are very comfortable. The staff are very nice helpful. Breakfast has lots of options and is well managed.
