I absolutely loved my stay. From the friendly welcome and great staff, who really look after you, to the spotlessly clean room and super-comfy bed. I slept so well. The hotel decor is lovely. The breakfast was outstanding, again with the loveliest staff managing breakfast. I would heartily recommend this lovely hotel - I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool now but here.

The staff and the food make this place amazing. The room, emerald, was comfortable and the bed comfortable. Good storage options and everything was restocked on say two. Breakfast was excellent and the fact that non-guests come to eat shows how tasty evening food is. Handy location not far from the tower.
