Basically just used the room, but no issues and a great location

Room was spotless , nice comfy bed , and a modern bathroom would go back again .

Charming guesthouse facing the esplanade. Convenient to all amenities within a short walk. Communal kitchen was awesome. Fully stocked. Rooms were a good size. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Parking next to the building was £9 for the day or £1 per hour.

Great location, great price. No lift, so be prepared for lugging luggage up stairs. The bar downstairs is rowdy and the bass from the music bleeds up into the floors even a couple flights up. Bring ear plugs to try to still get sleep. I think it only lasted until 2ish in the morning. Otherwise great accommodation. It was helpful to have a common area kitchen available for use. Comfortable beds. Enough outlets. Clean bathroom. Ability to turn off the heating (October visit) as it was initially warm in the room. No washcloths but large towels, bath mat, and hand towel was provided. Easy pay and display parking right next door.

Room was clean, large with beeautiful water view. Bar/restaurant was great with live accordion music.Staff were very helpful.
