The hotel's location is fantastic—safe, walkable, and close to a Metro station with several dining options nearby. However, the building itself had numerous issues. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the elevator was broken for most of my stay, and the room had only one very worn-out towel. There was no room service during my 3-night stay, the kitchenette lacked utensils, and the in-room safe was locked. While the area is great, the hotel itself needs significant improvements.

Me gusta mucho el lugar y la zona, así como el desayuno y los servicios dentro de cada habitación. Solo falta una pequeña rampa para accesar con maletas de rueditas pesadas y para personas de sillas de ruedas. Les falta cumplir con algunos temas de mantenimiento pero en general es un muy buen hospedaje.

Me gusta mucho el lugar y la zona, así como el desayuno y los servicios dentro de cada habitación. Las únicas dos cosas buenas de ese lugar, es la ubicación y la presión del agua calientita. Las camas incómodas, el lugar está descuidado y la limpieza le falta mucho. El elevador se descompone todo el tiempo y rechina todo, se oye todo de las habitaciones de a lado o arriba. Si lo que quieres es estar ubicado y no te importa la comodidad entonces es el lugar.

Este hotel es una auténtica porquería. Desde el primer momento, te engañan descaradamente con fotos y direcciones falsas, y al llegar descubres que has sido víctima de un engaño barato. Te obligan a conectarte a un Internet lamentable antes de permitirte siquiera hacer el check-in, y la habitación... es el colmo de la basura. Las sábanas están rotas, las toallas son tan finas que parecen trapos viejos, y la persiana apenas sirve para bloquear la luz, dejándote expuesto a un ambiente insoportable. No hay agua caliente, el baño gotea sin cesar y, para rematar, el retrete está hecho un desastre, lleno de excrementos. Me cambiaron de cuarto tres veces, y en cada uno encontré la misma miseria. En resumen, este lugar es una estafa monumental. Venden un sueño falso con fotos y descripciones que ni remotamente se parecen a la realidad. Si quieres evitar una experiencia de pesadilla, aléjate de este hotel a toda costa.

It so disgusting to find hair in your pillows and sheets. We had to sleep on top of everything to avoid risks. It's incredible how you can get this type of surprises in Polanco. Anyway. Ask for cleaning before getting here.

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada con muchos sitios cerca que puedes ir caminando, con un desayuno muy rico atendido por la Sra Alma súper amable. Es una lástima que no presten atención a la limpieza fatal, toallas viejas duras y sábanas percudidas.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious; the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was cooked and served immediately, which I enjoyed very much. However, some maintenance is needed; for example, the sink leaked, and the paint was chipping off the walls. The noise isolation wasn't very good; I could hear doors slamming quite often. Es un lugar aceptable, lo reserve por la ubicacion, perp si requiere remodelacion, el piso sonava mucho, todo el ruido del exterior se escuchaba en la habitacion, la cama no era la mas comoda, no denaron jabon ni en el lavamanos ni en la ducha, el inico plus el desayuno de cortesia

Llegamos y no tenían la reservación cuando se había pagado con anticipación. Primer día y nos mandan a desayunar a otra dirección porque no había ahí. Llego en la noche y no habían hecho la habitación. Me quejo y dicen que no pueden hacer nada.

When we arrived we were informed that our room was not available so we were sent to another property they have. There was nobody working the desk only the security guard at both properties. Same thing when we arrived at the second property. We had to pay an UBER to get there. I stayed at the second property several years ago and was surprised at how sad it had become. The towels were old, stained and with holes. The chefs however for the breakfast were really good. Five stars for both of them. The location is great. But I will not be staying at these properties again. Seriously the towels looked like the one I use to dry off the dog. If you stay here bring your own towels.

Clean rooms, East check-in. The only downside is that it's right next to a major highway so it's a little loud. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you. But otherwise it's a really excellent stay! I will likely book again if I need a hotel in cdmx

Habitaciones con un aspecto realmente deplorable, los pisos rotos, con hoyos literalmente, paredes con manchas de otros colores de pintura, humedad y olor a moho por toda la habitación. Regadera con fuga de agua. Sillones sucios, muebles golpeados y despintados. Cortinas que no funcionan bien, manchadas y viejas. Todo en un estado de completo olvido. No dan mantenimiento, no lo cuidan y dejan que se venga abajo tanto las habitaciones como el hotel en general. No pudimos quedarnos, nos fuimos a otro. Que sepan que las fotos que ponen son de hace años atrás y no coinciden con el estado en el que está el hotel hoy. La zona es lo único rescatable porque esta en una calle tranquila de Polanco.

Regadera con fuga de agua. Sillones sucios, muebles golpeados y despintados. Cortinas que no funcionan bien, manchadas y viejas. Todo en un estado de completo olvido. No dan mantenimiento, no lo cuidan y dejan que se venga abajo tanto las habitaciones como el hotel en general. No pudimos quedarnos, nos fuimos a otro. Que sepan que las fotos que ponen son de hace años atrás y no coinciden con el estado en el que está el hotel hoy. La zona es lo único rescatable porque esta en una calle tranquila de Polanco.

En la recepción comentaron que incluye el desayuno, cuando fuimos la cocinera nos dijo que solo había huevo, que no nos podían dar otra cosa, lo cual fue muy molesto ya que en recepción nunca mencionaron

El lugar es sencillo pero muy práctico y conveniente. Es muy cómodo, habitaciones, salita, cocina, baño y cochera techada y segura. Nos resolvió de maravilla. Podría mejorar la limpieza de blancos y el desayuno es muy bueno en una terraza muy linda pero… a veces subes y no hay desayuno!

Our stay here for a week was amazing! The location is perfect for walking and very safe. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious and made to order - and also added great value for money. The rooms were clean and tidy, water was provided, as well as dishes, cups, and even a flower vase when requested. The only downsides were some peeling paint on some of the walls, the shower dripped, and one of the bedroom door latches were damaged. None of these things negatively impacted our stay.

Breakfast, was ok Bed was very Hard , it looks like it was clean properly . Furniture was very old , paint in the bathroom was chipping , tv was very hard to operate , refrigerator was very load , sofas were very dirty , the area which the hotel is located very nice tea closet to pretty much everything very safe . But I wouldn’t recommend this property .
