Es un hotel bonito, tradicional, piscina pequeña con agua muy fría, quizas climatizarla mas confort y darle mantenimiento a las marquitas que quedan con el agua en las orillas para que se vea mas bonita. La atención fue muy buena, estuvimos cómodos. Las exposiciones de los domingos en la plazita que está a unos pasos, es genial. Sin duda, volveremos.

Todo bien con el lugar, lo esperado de un 3 estrellas, estuve en un cuarto sencillo y era eso, sencillo sin más pero limpio. El único problema constante es que el elevador se descompuso 3 veces durante los pocos días, incluso un fue duro con gente dentro más de una hora, deberían buscar una solución definitiva para eso.

Realmente recomiendo este hotel, la limpieza es impecable, mis felicitaciones para las camaristas, la cama es muy comoda y no se diga de las almohada son muy comodas, la atencion de recepcion fue buena y rapida, solo demoraron en llevar un par de aguas que solicite, de hay en fuera todo perfecto, no conoci la alberca sin embarho espero pronto hospedarme nuevamente.

The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous! The room was beautiful and in great conditions but the A/C was not working. The room was hot like a sauna, causing bad sleeping time. They provided a fan for the second night and that helped a little but it was still uncomfortable to be sweating while sleeping. The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance from the main touristic attractions (if you like to walk).

Me parece que son un poco engañosas las fotos que tienen publicadas, a pesar de no ser malo el hotel, si está viejo y las instalaciones no son tan buenas como lo muestran en sus fotos. El servicio es muy bueno y el personal muy amable. Buena ubicación, cerca de todo y la zona es muy caminable. El wifi es malo, no tienen buena conexión a internet desde las habitaciones y tampoco en la recepción o restaurante. La piscina estaba fría y no pudimos entrar ningún día. La comida es buena y los precios bastante accesibles. Muy buen desayuno buffet a buen precio con el descuento por ser huésped. Sí recomiendo ir a este hotel pero las expectativas no tienen que ser muy altas.

El hotel es bastante cómodo y me parece que esta en una zona tranquila, la habitación es cómoda solo que si se nota mucho el paso se los años, y las fotos que están en la plataforma hacen verlo como más nuevo. Un área a mejorar sería la alberca qué en realidad no es muy onda pero sería bueno que estuviera climatizada. El personal es muy amable.

Arrived at property but the room was not available— has to wait one hour, even though I had booked the night before. I did message them to confirm it was a late arrival but they didn’t claim to use the Expedia messaging. The room was okay, but not private at all — the windows were joined and so you could hear everything between rooms.

Comfortable and clean. 10-15 minute walk to nearest Metro line. Only issue was shower wasnt powerful and hot water was temperamental. Staff were polite. Sunday market was a bonus, literally outside the hotel. Local convenience shops closeby

Fue una excelente opción, volvería a hospedarme de nuevo ahí. Hotel limpio, personal amable y excelente servicio. Llegué poco antes del checkin y me dieron la habitación inmediatamente de que llegué porque ya estaba lista. Además de su buena ubicación. Lo que no me gustó es que se llega a escuchar cuando alguien está hablando en los pasillos y uno está dentro de su habitación.

Nos negaron el prestarnos mas de 2 toallas ya que solo es una por persona y como en mi caso tengo mucho cabello y muy largo necesitava 2 toallas para mi y otra para mi marido, un dia dejaron sin limpieza, en otra acasion solicitamos una planacha la cual jamas llego y la cual nos vinos en la necesidad de pedir nuevamente despues de mas de 8 hrs y al ir a desayunar a su restaurante el dia de nuestras salida pesimo sevicio nos entregaban todo a medias ya que pedimos nuestras ordenes y tubimos que pedir en 3 ocasiones que nos llevaron jugo y fruta que solicitamos y al llevar la comida no nos dieron cubiertos hasta que le llamos al mesero y los pedimos y asi mas detalles cabe mencionar que solo estaba ocupada otra mesa y la nuestra, no regresaria jamas fueron detalles todos los dias desde nuestra llegada y cada empleado daba respuestas diferentes a solicitudes

Hotel was centrally located in CDMX. Within walking distance of restaurants and paseo de la reforma.Good water pressure and hot water. Across the street from a nice local family and dog friendly park.Nicely cleaned daily and attentive service.We originally scheduled 3nights just in case but decided to stay our entire 7 days there due to the quietness of the hotel at night despite its location. Will stay there again!!

Terrible a nuestra llegada la persona de recepción no fue amable, en la habitación las camas son una piedra y lo peor están haciendo arreglos y los martillazos se escuchan en todo el hotel desde temprano, no pudimos descansar. I stayed at the Hotel Stella Maris over the 2023 Thanksgiving weekend and was extremely pleased with the hotel's staff, public areas, location on a delightful urban park, and its close proximity to all of the Reforma tourist sites. Its San Rafael neighborhood was particularly delightful. I was given a bedroom on the 8th floor overlooking the park and the city, and the room was super-clean and updated to a very modern look, with good linens and mattresses, plus a splendid marble bathroom. I will stay there again when I am next visiting Mexico City. It is very convenient to shopping, theaters, and good restaurants, and one can walk freely in the neighborhood without any concern for safety. My only suggestion for improvement would be to its internal restaurant - - which I understand is run by a third-party operator. It had no standard breakfast buffet, and few patrons were in evidence using the restaurant - - apparently most eating at the various mix of other restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel which seemed always to have ample clientele and more professional wait-staff.
