The location is very convenient which close to Meguro Station, there’s convenient stores and grocery stores nearby, hotel itself provides extra amenities to pick up at the reception area. Staff are friendly.

Although kind of a hidden entrance (3rd floor of the building it is located at) Staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms well maintained and amenities working as they should. At least for me is a big plus that coffee is 24/7 totally complimentary plus they offer breakfast I think for an extra charge. Really close to Meguro JR Station.

Close to the station, staff was super attentive and was helpful speaking English. The room was very very dirty and old. It did the job but I would say at the price range there are many many other business hotel. The breakfast was not your standard Japanese breakfast but a STEAK and curry. Chair in the room had a cigarette burn hole. Found a cigarette butt by the desk.
