Hans was very accommodating to facilitate a late check in due to a train delay. Excellent Menu options and breakfast was of a high standard. Room fully equipped with everything I needed. Would recommend and would certainly stay again if back in Paignton. Railway station is less than 10 mins walk and the seafront less than 5 mins very central location

We had a lovely stay in this guest house. The host was friendly and very welcoming. The location is great, a short walk to either the seafront or town. Our ensuite was very small but functional, bed very comfortable, so slept well. We parked on the road outside but the owner did state if we struggled to find anywhere to park, to let him know and he would find us somewhere, even though it was August, we always found a space to park.

From arrival host was great and friendly. All weekend he went out of his way to help. Rooms nice and clean some smaller than others but still good for the price u pay. Good selection for freshly cooked breakfasts. Five min walk to beach area and free parking will be back when we come next year.

Excellent guest house, dog friendly, clean rooms and great facilities in the room including tea, coffee and bottled waters and Hans is a lovely host. The guest house is situated 2 min walk from beach, 5 min walk from steam railway and shopping centre. everything you need for a break away

From arrival to departure Hans was extremely welcoming and attentive. His hospitality was second to none. The facilities were very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Hans and this was a safe and comfortable place for my 6year old and I to stay. Bedding including mattress could do with replacing but everything else was perfect. Our room with shared bathroom actually had a sink in it and the shower room was a matter of steps away from our room and was not actually shared with anyone else. We hope to be back next year :) thank you!!!

Great breakfast. Good location, close to the seafront. Nothing was too much trouble. Whole property had a clean and fresh feel about it. Comfortable bed. Quiet at nights (even the very occasional trains were only just noticeable whilst awake in a quiet room with the windows on the latch, not heard at all when asleep)

No frills b&b with everything you need and nothing you don't. Great location for seafront and town. Great breakfast, very accommodating for food preferences. Hans and Janie were superb hosts Will definitely come back

Hans was very accommodating to facilitate a late check in due to a train delay. Excellent Menu options and breakfast was of a high standard. Room fully equipped with everything I needed. Would recommend and would certainly stay again if back in Paignton. Railway station is less than 10 mins walk and the seafront less than 5 mins very central location

We had a really good stay , place very clean, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast! Hans the owner was very welcoming. If we re going to Paignton again that will be our choice!

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and both of us were really impressed, we were welcomed immediately and was given some good locations to explore that I’d have never considered. Breakfasts were also very impressive and though small were just enough to start the day. We will definitely be returning to this guest house l, though I’m not a fan of Paignton

Great breakfast. Good location, close to the seafront. Nothing was too much trouble. Whole property had a clean and fresh feel about it. Comfortable bed. Quiet at nights (even the very occasional trains were only just noticeable whilst awake in a quiet room with the windows on the latch, not heard at all when asleep)

Excellent location, clean & comfortable, tea & coffee tray in room replenished daily, fantastic breakfast cooked by chef Hans who is a very friendly & helpful host, good value. A really enjoyable stay.

Hans is a great host, can't do enough for you during your stay. Breakfast is top notch and sets you up for the day. 5 mins maximum walk to the beach.

From arrival host was great and friendly. All weekend he went out of his way to help. Rooms nice and clean some smaller than others but still good for the price u pay. Good selection for freshly cooked breakfasts. Five min walk to beach area and free parking will be back when we come next year.

The room was clean and the dining room was very good. Fridge, tea and coffee facility in room. Breakfast on request. Host was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Close to beach, town centre and pier. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet place to stay
