The number pro of this property is the close distance to the beach. Literally steps away and also very surprisingly feels quiet here than expected coz we are the boardwalk. There’s a fee for parking and the way to main office is lil confusing. The ladies upfront were tense but I get it customers can be hard sometimes. The man on mornings tho is very chill and hospitable. You pay for parking. Breakfast is continental and lil chaotic but it’s not that bad. The room is alright. The toilet looks like it got stains lol but it’s just from scratches still looks not good on the eyes lol overall it’s cheap and close to the beach!!

Property was only a few steps from the ocean and directly on the Broadwalk. Multiple pools for guests. Bed was very comfortable. Due to the hotels age, the room and some other areas were a bit dated. Planning on returning soon!

This hotel could not possibly have a better location in Hollywood Beach. Other highlights…the refrigerator/freezer was big, shower was warm at times and the bed was comfortable. The tv worked also. The place is not fancy and outside a closet with a few hangers and a small cupboard about the hot plate, there is no storage for your belongings. Breakfast consisted of some bananas, breads, and processed bakery items. There is an additional charge for parking but that cost does not go to have non-permit holder towed from the spaces. They do seem to employ spotters to guide you to empty spaces among the multiple properties. Check in was a nightmare. Small office with not enough staff. Took me over an hour wait to check in. Knowing all this, the location is perfect and price is much less than surrounding places so I might consider it again. Oh, the pools were uninhabitable.

Very nice and clean great location but $20 parking a night on property and wasn't till I got there to find out

The parking is so tight. Designed for sports cars and sedans. Party scene, individuals music boom boxes outside our windows. Both nights

Not worth the money or head ache close to beach Yes that’s the only plus. No dishes in room called said had to request so I did they said they were bringing them they never did therefore paying for kitchen was useless. Make sure you bring $ on a card for dep ( I can not put any specific pricing on here)and be prepared to pay parking and a service fee. If you decide to extend your stay you will repay service fee if you book online. It is nice to know this before booking for budgeting and That is why I’m writing this for others to know. They do not care in the least about service but $ is their focus. Also you will check in at a different building something to note fortunately our taxi driver was patient. Then you will go a few blocks to your room the pool is in a different building which with all the hassle we simply didn’t use. The breakfast is fruit cereal toast juice nothing worth rushing to get there between 8-9 which is also another building. If you have mobility issues the stairs are very inclined. If the beach being close is your only concern definitely book. If you want what you pay for do yourself a favor and save yourself the head ache.

Got a nice room right on the boardwalk....very Clean and cool...no safe...long walk for Places to eat...clean pools...checkin was a little Slow due to computer issues... overall a good stay...would stay there again...weather was great...quiet...stayed May 6 - 9 2025...

Paid for parking, came in late and parking was full. Told to park at my own risk… FALSE ADVERTISING, NO POOL ON PREMISES.

They overcharge you once you get there there was no pool as they advertise. Parking is extra is not free parking. It’s just for one hour clean disgusting safety. I fell hurt myself for a step that they don’t even have a sign is the worst hotel ever.

There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Only two towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. The two bar stools was so wobbly we couldn't sit on them. Being oceanfront was the only pro to this place.

Property is very outdated and not very clean. There’s old appliances and the walls are falling apart. Only good thing about the property is being steps away from being on the beach itself.

The room, basically a small efficiency unit without a stove, was clean but the entire property was a bit dated and needed sprucing up. Window AC unit but it was newer and worked fine. My room wasn't ready by 4pm check-in, so the manager was kind enough to offer a property parking pass at no charge. I had an oceanfront unit with a small patio/seating area facing the beach that I enjoyed each evening. All said, if you're expectations on the room itself aren't high, for the price it's a steal! Directly on the boardwalk with plenty of foot traffic and a selection of restaurants, shops etc.

It was filthy dirty and dangerous! The door to our room was off a narrow allie way. In case of fire there was no way out. Impossible to find the lobby to check in. The door to the room showed signs of having been forced open with a crow bar! Terrible experience. There was black mold on the bathroom baseboards that was simply painted over.

Ocean view room really had no view through a stained sliver of a window above air conditioner. Room was clean but much smaller than the size listed for Deluxe. Get what you pay for since the price was less than other properties along the beach.

It was dirty. There were bugs. There is three palmetto bugs, and a lizard inside of the room. There was dirt all over the bed. There was dirt all over the bathroom. The toilet wasn’t flushed. The bedding was all piled up in the top of the bed and the replacement room Was just as dirty. I saw staff member yelling at another guest at the hotel because they asked for coffee five minutes after she locked the gate even though she still had coffee out there I was very concerned that the argument could explode and all of the guest in the patio area, which was Two or three people at every single table were staring. Over very dirty I told the management he offered my kids lollipop. very unhappy.

The bathroom ceiling leaked for 2 days. There was something dripping from the top deck in the entrance door. It dripped on my head every time I walked in or out of my room. There was black mold on the wall around the window air conditioner. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year. A cockroach the size of a half dollar ran across my floor. The woman who checked me in gave me a hard time.

A little confusing to find the office since the location on here is for the room not the office building but just look for signs that says where the office is located and it’s pretty easy. We were able to check our bags until we could check in. The room was clean and comfortable literally walked out the door and you were on the beach! Within walking distance of food and overall good experience

Great room right next to the beach. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room is very clean! Outside of buildings look run down but inside the room was really nice, renovated and well maintained. No Kleenex, cups or hand towels in the bathroom. And no paper towels. Having these things in the bathroom and kitchenette would be nice. Overall our stay was good. Being right on the beach within walking distance of several dining options is great!

Office directions are just a bunch of signs telling you to go right. No real direction. Room pictures are for each lot, not the actual room....so I received a room that was not what I was intending to book, very misleading and irritating. The beds are not very comfortable and the pillows were tough and lumpy, we had a king bed and had small pillows. The kitchenette had a busted up sink, the bathroom shower faucet was falling off, and the doors all had loose kick plates , so they were very tough to open. The overall vibe was bad from the start and I was mad I didn't get what I paid for.

View was amazing, walk downstairs and the beach was there, you just go enjoy it for a bit and go back to the balcony and enjoy everything, 100/100. The bed was super uncomfortable and the air conditioning was not cooling enough but I enjoyed every moment there. I will be chasing that room for next time. Room 911

Was not directly on the beach but around the corner. Room was pretty small but for the price it will do. I will definitely recommend.

Great location! However, the room it self was very small with no central A/C only a wall unit in a window. The bathoom very small with a tiny shower dirty and rusty. The shower knobs rusty. The shower leaks into the room floor. I would not recomend this property. For the price is better to rent at the Marriott a couple of blocks down.

The view was everything!! A lot could be overlooked due to location to restaurants, bars, shops, and beach.

Pro: on the broardwalk and close to food and shops. Cons: walls are paper thin. Neighbors used all the outdoor sitting space. Place needs to be painted and updated. Had to call on Neighbors because the were partying both nights. They had loud music all day and lots of people coming and going. Smoked at our door all dat and night. Just an unpleasant stay. Had to check in at one place and drive to actual building where we were staying, that was a little odd but okay. In hindsight, I should have payed more and stayed in a nicer place, that's on me.

If you have any issue with your reservation and booked through here. Expect to wait about an hour and a half before anyone helps you or come back at a later time. We booked this hotel since it was so close to the beach and ended up spending maybe 15 min at the beach since it rained after spending forever in line for the to get everyone checked in since we had an issue with our reservation. Hotels.com couldnt help us which it seemed like the front desk did not understand even after 4x they had called. A mess. To say the least I have never messed up on a date of our reservation so this was a first and last messing that one up. The room was comfortable we slept watched tv and walked down for some Latin food which was great. Coming from the Midwest, the beach is our favorite getaway.

Even though I had called and confirmed that I was booked into paradise oceanfront with a kitchenette and partial Oceanview when I checked I was told the room I was booked into just had a microwave and mini fridge and no view. They then tried to get me to pay an additional $600 for an upgrade to the room I had previously called to confirm. After the person that checked me in tried to negotiate with me by asking "how much are you willing to pay for the upgrade?"I said nothing because the"upgrade" is what I already paid for and confirmed. After agreeing to take the room without what I paid for miracously the room I was already booked into had a kitchen and Oceanview. This just seems like the property and managers have trained employees to get every dollar they can at checkin. I was aware of the resort fees and parking so I wasn't surprised with those charges. What I was surprised by was that the majority of the other guest I spoke to were not charged resort fees. So it seems like maybe they are trained to get money out of some. Additionally the breakfast was closed before 9 am on multiple days of my 9 day vacation so I'm not sure what exactly the resort fees were for if they weren't reliable for the breakfast much less the dirty pool. Back to the room, it was not in the property that I booked. It was an okay room but after the money grab at checkin I just wanted to enjoy my vacation and HBH did nothing from start to end to make my only vacation of the year relaxing.

I loved everything about it. Upon checking in on Friday, the front desk was extremely nice. The bed was to die for. The breakfast place was a little bit of a walk but it was manageable. The best part was that everything was walking distance. Upon checking out this morning, Wilson was extremely helpful. Most definitely coming back next time.

We visited Hollywood beach with kids and loved this hotel. In fact, we loved it so much we extended an extra day! Maria at HBH was phenomenal and full of energy. She made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend anyone staying here if you're visiting the area.

Booked stay at paradise partial ocean view. Took 30 minutes to check in, and then was given room at different hotel then advertised

Descriptions do not disclose fees due at property. Every person checking in complained. For the fees rooms and pools should be better. Hallway where my room was, was blocked areas were taped off and room had no partial ocean view as disclosed. I do have another booking here would love to change it but did non-refundable - just hoping for a better room next time

I liked how close it was to the beach. I didn’t like that the TV only worked one night and the outlet next to the bed did not work. The check in office worker was short and seemed annoyed when I couldn’t find it at first.

This place is not accommodating what so ever!!! My flight was delayed for Storm. I emailed and tried calling the hotel. No response from email and phone is fax. Tried to check in and they wouldn't let me check in to my room since I didn't get there by the end of check in time the night before. I told them that I emailed them and to check their inbox. He was not having any excuses what so ever even though I had documentation from the airlines. I contacted hotels.com to get my $700.00 back but the hotel told them no for refunding. So disappointed with their service. And my credit card company is handling this transaction.

Rude front desk, flooding to the entrance, no assistance or concern from staff. Arrived early off of a cruise - explained my situation asked if we could store our luggage until check in time- would not assist or accommodate. Very dated, went next door and stayed at the Marriott. The Marriott is an amazing property! Highly recommend!

Primo location! Room was directly on the boardwalk. Far enough from local bars to be quiet. Cleanliness could be stepped up a bit. Called 2X then went to office for clean towels. Finally located housekeeping. Keys were deactivated prior to checkout. Went to office 2X to get into room to retrieve my luggage. 1st time, key was still not active. Still, a great location.

Our room was accessed from an alleyway. No outdoor chairs. Bathroom tub had no drain plug, tub/shower water control was a mixture of sink faucet knob and shower valve. It was creepy and really old. Breakfast was in little room 2 blocks away serving multiple motels. Check in-again little office serving multiple hotels took over 45 mins .

Nice property setup that covers several facilities in a cluster. Easy access to beach and boardwalk. Easy walk to a larger dining and entertainment area. Included breakfast is basic continental style. Room was modern and clean. Additional resort fee was added at check-in. On-site parking was convenient. 1 way streets around the complex took some getting used to.

Booked accommodations for 6 adults. Received a room with one king, one queen and NO sofabed. Had to make do. The unit had a limited stovetop as a KITCHEN, with no plates, urensils, cups or anything remotely related. They claimed thise items were to be p rovided ONLY upon request. Parking AVAILABLE (not included) at 18 per day per car, plus rax etc. According to the checkin instructions and the website, continental breakfast was served OFFSITE from 8-10am. They opened from 8-9am serving 23 hotels from that one location. Will never book again.

The area is very good, very pretty, the place, good service, but the breakfast they offer is very very bad, some foods already had mushrooms,

I was greatly surprised when I checked in for my stay at the property. I was unaware of an additional $59 PER night service fee charged by the hotel. This greatly increased the cost of the stay. Hotels.com did not disclose this additional fee. It’s hard to comparison shop when booking if there are hidden fees. On a positive note, the room was very close to the beach and restaurants.
