Had beautiful views, but the rooms were a little banged up and needed repairs or updates. Bathroom tub wasnt dirty but so old and paint peeling off it looked disgusting. Walls needed repainted and cabinet fixed or updated. The only elevator broke down so not good when youbhave an elderly person with you on the 5th floor but they did get repaired within a few hours. Overall nice room with great views for the cost.

Property is an older hotel that is in need of dire renovations. The room had crumbs and small pieces of trash in the corners of the room where it wasn’t cleaned properly. I also booked this for the Tiki Bar and it was closed during our 3 day stay. The shower curtain had holes in it. The stairs and concrete all over the property was dirty and needs to be pressured wash. The photos they had on Expedia is not an accurate representation of the hotel. I will never stay at this place again.

The hotel its self was decent, but we had no WiFi and the elevator was broken majority of the trip. The staff were nice. The water pressure was terrible and the ac was not great. The beach is pretty, and not crowded. Views are amazing! Property could use a good deep clean.

Good location on the beach. There is limited parking at the hotel. Additional parking was across the street and it wasnt always easy crossing and getting in and out of that parking area. But for an older hotel, it was a good place to stay right on the beach with a view!

This could be a beautiful property. The rooms were very outdated, balcony had a huge sunken in spot(we were afraid to go out there), there was dirt and cobwebs everywhere in our room, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the pool need new patio furniture (chairs were broken and you couldn’t even sit in them), outdoor bathroom for the pool area was filthy!! Location was great. Someone please fix this property up.

The pictures are deceiving.the first room they gave us was by the active road and we peed in toilet and it stopped up and it took them over 2 hours to bring us a plunger. I asked if they could move us to another room with a view which they moved us for extra 60 bucks . Theat room had a view of the beach beds was hard and someone was playing loud music and unattended kids and we had to park across the street bc limited parking. They don't offer house keeping if stay over and if you ask them for anything they get an attitude with you. The pool steps was broken on one side of the pool and the tiki bar was never open it did open for about 1 hour but never again. The motel needs updated and painted and show real pictures of the rooms for the price you pay for it .some of the staff was friendly.

To start the place looks nothing like the pictures we looked at. The doors were dirty,the floors were just unbelievably nasty. My kids well all 4 of us had to have shoes on the entire time inside. I had to wipe my kids feet off EVERY time they wanted to get in or on the bed. The cover had cigarette burns in it. There was never cold water which is odd. It’s usually the other way around. We went down the st. to my family’s condo to take showers. It was just upsetting we went to enjoy a small family vacation and was upset most of the time because of the conditions of our room. We WILL NOT stay there EVER again that’s for sure. I also added and extra day as soon as we checked in not knowing any of this yet. Then at the end of our stay they tried to charge me 2nd time for that day. For almost $1000 for just under 5 days. I expected ALOT better living conditions.

Room does not look like the picture on the site. Maybe 10 years ago but not current. The room looked run down. Room was dirty with spider webs on celling. Mold in the tub and on the floor in bathroom. No towels no toliet paper. Sheets had stuff on them. One lamp that was broke and a small tv. You have to take your towels to the front desk to get new ones and you can only get one towel per guest. And no ice you have to by a bag for 7$. The only plus was the beech.

The room was so ran down the door wouldn’t close unless you slammed it shut, the battery compartment for the key pad kept falling off the bathroom door would close, in the middle of the night we found cockroaches in the bathroom, the walls had stuff smeared all over them, the fitted frame sheet had big white stains down the side, the room smelled awful when we first walked in. The price for that stay should’ve been closer to $50 than the almost $150 we paid for one night. Just awful and so poorly taken care of.

Super dirty room, I even found cockroaches inside the room!!!! I do not recommend anyone stay there!!! My reservation ended on the 18th at 11 am and I left the day before the 17th at 2 pm!!! I do not recommend it, hygiene does not exist there.

The room wasn’t cleaned. Carpet was sticky, roaches and roach poop on the walls and outlets. Had to have maintenance come unclog the tub. It wouldn’t drain for 2 days. The door was literally hanging from the hinges. Elevator “broke” down, which one of our family members is wheelchair bound and can’t go without it. I believe they locked it from operation so only housekeeping could access it. She was stuck without access to our 3rd floor room for most of the day. I reserved a ground floor room 2 weeks before we arrived. When I arrived the room was sold to another person and there was nothing the staff could do because they said only a manager could help. Which the manager wasn’t there my entire stay. Housekeeping never visited my room the 3 days we stayed. The staff was horribly rude and showed no compassion to our handicapped needs.

Our rain was nothing like the pictures. It was dark and drab. It was not in a great state of repair (we had tile that was leaning against the wall and not attached). There was no working ice machine on the premises and we were told we could get ice at the tiki bar that never opened. My bed was comfortable but it was not level and I felt like I would roll off of it. Our room was full of love, bugs on the bed, the walls and the ceiling. It has great views and is in a great location. I've stayed here many times and it's never been like this.

When we checked in we were put in a room that has poor tv and the wi fi was non existent. I insisted on getting what I paid for and ended up being moved to a different room with an extra bed upgrade. Only a 10 dollar per night upgrade. The tv was still sub standard. I did like the location. Convenient to walk to many things. The beach was great. I would stay there again but I would like to have the two Queen beds on the bottom floor. Don’t accept room 209!

The stay was ok. However, we did have issues with the tv the first night and had to do without. The next day they swapped the tv out and we then had tv. Also, it says they have WiFi, however, it said no internet connection. So we wasn’t able to use WiFi at all. We was offered a percent off due to tv issues, upon checkout. When it came to that time, manager needed to do it and she wasn’t there. Called back for manager, message left for her, no callback. Called the next day was told to take it up with travel agent, which I did, they only agreed to a certain amount off, not the full percent off that was offered. So that’s my reasons for my rating. If u agree and offer something then follow through with it.

The room was much smaller than seemed in pics. We had issues with the door lock and the maintenance men were great but after 3 days they had to change the locks. Just know before you come this is an old buliding and the room is small.

It was clean and orderly, but We booked a balcony room two months in advance and when we got there, we were in room 213 which is rock smack in front of the tiki hut bar and the palm trees. We were there for our 11 year anniversary, and my husband specifically asked for the balcony and we tried to switch rooms The whole time we were there, but they said they didn’t have any how we known we would’ve paid $700 for three nights for a balcony room. We would’ve just chosen another room or another hotel.

We had an AMAZING experience! Everything and everyone was so great! (Vicky at the front desk was PHENOMENAL!!!) We arrived a little earlier than anticipated and even though we was not expecting to be put in our room early, the staff went above and beyond and offered to go ahead and check us in! Any extra towels, toiletries, etc that we needed were provided with no wait. We truly felt like the only guest they were caring for!! The facility is clean, well priced, and as we stayed they were installing a new wooden boardwalk to the beach. The pool and outside area were clean. The parking lot is a little small but have plenty of extra parking right across the street! We will absolutely stay here again! Everyone from Check-In & Out (again Vicky was great!) housekeeping, grounds keeping etc that we encountered spoke and was so nice! 11/10 stars!

Once arrived at property the person at front desk seems racist. Room was not what I expected but you get what you pay for. Carpet in room need to come up. Bath tub needs remodeled. Actually entire hotel needs remodeled. I thought also the hotel would had breakfast like others do.

I like the convenience of being on the beach. However, there were no places to eat at the facility itself and we had to leave to find somewhere to eat. The Tiki Bar closed early at 7:00 p.m. which was disappointing. We had no internet service the entire stay and I was unable to complete work assignments and missed Zoom meetings. When I asked for a printout of my stay the printout they gave me was different than what I actually paid not sure what's going on in that place and what I was actually charged

We chose Bikini Beach Resort for the type room available. We chose the beachfront 3 queen room with kitchenette. The pictures showed a desk by the oceanfront window, but it was a square table with two chairs. The kitchen didn't have any pots/pans and only 2 forks, 1 knife and a couple spoons. The freezer didn't have an ice maker or ice trays although you could pay for ice on the bottom level of the hotel. The room didn't have a closet or hanging area (or iron/ironing board). The hotel is old and is clean, but definitely needs some TLC.

You can’t beat the price for oceanfront. Yes it’s a little rundown but if you overlook the little things, you will enjoy a great stay here very comfortable beds. We ended up booking two more days. Just pick an ocean view room. You’ll be totally fine also The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion smells wonderful. You’re close to a gas station where you can purchase drinks and small items. There is a fridge and a microwave and a coffee maker in some of the rooms with the sink. It’s great for preparing small lunches within walking distance to restaurants actually, the restaurant next-door on the beach had excellent food and you can sit and watch the sunset. there is a young girl from Jamaica at the front desk. She is the sweetest little thing. She looks after all the clients amazingly.
