The hotel room isn’t right with the carpet, the smell is unbearable and needs to be upgraded. Also the bathroom is floor is sinking in not safe and needs immediate repairs all inside with everything. The scent is bad along side with nasty stains all over the carpet.

Stayed 1 night

I used to stay at this property years ago when I was on assignment for 9 months in the area. Back then it very well kept and the staff was fantastic. This stay was unbelievable. It started bad, when I arrived to check in, I requested a first floor non-smoking accessible room with a roll in shower. But I was given a second floor smoking room, and told me if I wanted a first floor room I would have to cancel my reservation and do a new reservation, but they were out of accessible rooms. Also, it was a $10 up-charge for a first floor room. So after doing that, I was given a first floor room but not accessible. When I got to my room there were signs that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Burn marks on the walls and counter. Yellow stains on the towels and bedding. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in the past 6 months. But after being on the road for 10 hours, i just wanted to get some rest. I was waken up around 5am to something crawling on me. I pulled back the bedding and found I wasn't alone (see pictures). After pulling everything off the bed I got my travel blanket out my car and tried to get a few minutes of sleep before my meeting at 9am. Thar didn't work, so I just went and got coffee and went over my notes. I called the front desk for an ironing board and was told I had to come to the office and leave my ID to get an ironing board. Luckily I keep a travel iron so I just ironed my clothes on the bed. I won't be coming back here again.

Felt safe. Good neighborhood for walks and shopping. No free wifi. No coffee maker. One of the two beds was OK for sleeping, the other was a bad spring bed (both are springs). Otherwise, the television had channels (no premium channels as advertised). Inexpensive.
