Hotel does not have the amenities advertised. No oven in room..can not cook only microwave. Pool, gym, etc closed. Elevators broken. Light breakfast was fine for me but may not be for others. Also, female desk clerk told me that they do not honor payments from 3rd party vendors like hotel.com and I need to pay again for the room. I told her NO! Then she charged me $40 “incidental” fee to be returned a checkout. This hotel has been trying to double charge my card during the night. Fortunately, I turned my card off as soon as checked in cause I had a bad feel about her.

I booked the room for the swimming pool for my son and the pool was under maintenance so it was a wasted purchase and the company didn’t do anything to make it right. 👎👎👎

This was a last minute purchase, but it was an awesome location from where we needed to be in charlotte. stayed two nights. the room had a full size frig, real plates, dishwasher, two full beds and pull out couch which was perfect for our family of 5. breakfast was great. staff was great. the pool was closed, but they had grills right off the pool area. the only complaint was the door was swollen so in order to close it you had to slam it which was loud.

I loved the room location and breakfast but was very disappointed about out of service indoor pool I chose this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool my kids love to spend time in the pool during out family trips

Was a car broken into on the property it was a little concerning. If you’re going to bring a pet please mention if it’s a service dog or not because they will keep your deposit. Other wise clean hotel with friendly staff.

It was very disappointing upon arrival that the pool was closed. There was nothing indicating that online when I booked it. We were traveling with a 3 and 5 year old that wanted to swim. I purposely didn't book at a hotel with no pool. Then our television didn't work. It was 4 hours before that got fixed. Then in the morning, 2 of us got showers, but the shower quit working before the 3d person could get one. The room otherwise was very spacious and comfortable.

The indoor pool was closed. I booked this property especially for the pool. I did not see anything online informing me of this. My grandson (3) was very disappointed.

We booked an extra day solely to swim at the hotel. Unfortunately the whole time we were there they had a sign up stating no one could swim so I gave 3 stars if it wasn’t for that I would give 5.

Friendly staff. Pool wasn’t working but overall experience was nice!

Parking spaces are to narrow. Ended up with a door ding.

My cousin and I took our teenage daughters to charlotte to see usher in concert. Our hotel room was exactly as advertised. Very clean, very spacious. The beds were AMAZINGGGG and so so comfy. Everywhere else in the hotel we saw was clean and in order. The staff were extremely nice every time we interacted. We were about 5 miles away from downtown so we just ubered to the concert and back. Definitely recommend and would book again

Stuff was delightful and very polite. Our room was clean and housekeeping made sure to check in to see if we needed anything!

I got a room that stank wasn't clean old appliances not renovated rust in refrigerator and bathroom dirty tv smelly sheets and wasn't happy with the look compared to pics online and is was not a 4 star hotel it was a 2 stat hotel . I spoke with manager she was nice to accommodate me and refund me one day stay shout out to the manager for her wonderful service for that. They do need a better maid service

Overall needs more cleaning

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. The place is old and outdated. They were shampooing carpets ave the floors were damp and wet. There were roaches. There was a gas smell in my room, but it was not taken seriously by staff once reported. I was moved to another room, but when I followed up the lady at the desk was rude and dismissive. She said we don’t have gas and that it has not been checked into yet hours after my report. Again the worst place I’ve EVER stayed at.

The facility was dirty, the carpets in hallway were stained, the "non smoking" room reeked of cigarettes, not handicap accessible as requested when booked, killed 3 bugs in the bathroom, breakfast was rubbery microwavable breakfast sandwiches and microwavable egg bowls. It was so terrible that we contacted expedia the following morning to change hotels. We would have walked right back out had it not been after midnight when we checked in!!!

There was Roaches in the room and had people cleaning in the room while i was in there at check in lady tried to Take advantage of me.

Didn’t seem the cleanest as a whole, had to change rooms due to not being clean as well, nice staff but wouldn’t stay again

Property was dirty. TV wasn’t working. Rug dirty with stains. Roach in bathroom. I was on hold over 45 min with front desk staff for tv maintenance… no response. Terrible service !

There were dirty towels left in our room when we checked in. It was really gross. The bed sheet had hair so in it. The showers had hair all on the shampoo and conditioner bottles. On top of that, the containers were empty.

Room was ok. Ample space, refrigerator, and microwave. Closet space was lacking.

We have stayed here numerous times. This is a good pet friendly hotel. The rooms are large and well laid out. The beds are comfortable. There is good property to walk my dog. I noticed the hotel room we were in this time, which was on the second floor ( we usually get something on the third floor) was a bit “tired. The sheets were not the quality we normally get and were stained. The dishwasher had a gross smell. The water pressure could have been better. So the quality for the price was not quite there.

Enjoyed the stay, room was clean and bed comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the next room!

Only stayed one night so not much to base it on. Wifi logon was the most difficult I have ever experienced. No tv remote in the room.

Definitely dated and could use a revamp and some new mattresses and pillows

The property is newer, by hotel standards, and the staff we interacted with was amazing. They were very courteous, patient, and helpful especially while dealing with multiple guests with complaints. In our specific experience: - The mobile check in did not work even though the app clearly showed I was checked in. Thankfully we arrived earlier than expected and staff was still onsite to check us in. - The digital key did not work but, again, thankfully the hotel staff was able to give us hard keys. - The room door appears to be warped as you literally need to shoulder your way into the door. I wasn’t able to open it and my husband had to. - We reserved the room for 4 people but there were only enough coffee and towels for 2-3ppl. - Breakfast on the weekends, per the app, is open until 9:30am. We went downstairs at 9:10am and breakfast was already closed. According to staff it closes at 9am everyday, despite what the app clearly says. - There was NO hot water at 9:15am. We waited thinking perhaps we needed to let the water warm up. After running the shower for 10-15min, the water was still ice cold. - I tried to call the front desk to ask about the water but the in room phone didn’t work. - We checked the water again around 10:30a and it was still ice cold. Again, the staff was amazing and very apologetic for the issues. But given the room rate charged for one night I honestly could have and should have stayed at any of the properties next

The room was nice, however, we could hear every step of the person in the room above us. And that person was up late at night and early in the morning. It did not make for a good night's sleep.

Staff was Fantastic! Very helpful. Good amenities. Hotel rooms need updating. My room had a odor like stinky feet. The carpet had alot of stains. The air conditioner was very loud as loud as air vents in halls.

Staff was as friendly as could be and the property was very clean. I will stay it could be updated, but staff worked well with what they had.

They were rude at checkout time while I was waiting on my Uber saying that they have guests so that I needed to move even though I had just been a guest and was waiting on my ride there was roaches in the room and for the amount of money I paid to stay there and then brand of the hotel I was highly disappointed I will not be staying there again and the manager who is the older black lady maybe in her mid 30s or 40s was terribly rude and unprofessional

In our specific experience: - The mobile check in did not work even though the app clearly showed I was checked in. Thankfully we arrived earlier than expected and staff was still onsite to check us in. - The digital key did not work but, again, thankfully the hotel staff was able to give us hard keys. - The room door appears to be warped as you literally need to shoulder your way into the door. I wasn’t able to open it and my husband had to. - We reserved the room for 4 people but there were only enough coffee and towels for 2-3ppl. - Breakfast on the weekends, per the app, is open until 9:30am. We went downstairs at 9:10am and breakfast was already closed. According to staff it closes at 9am everyday, despite what the app clearly says. - There was NO hot water at 9:15am. We waited thinking perhaps we needed to let the water warm up. After running the shower for 10-15min, the water was still ice cold. - I tried to call the front desk to ask about the water but the in room phone didn’t work. - We checked the water again around 10:30a and it was still ice cold. Again, the staff was amazing and very apologetic for the issues. But given the room rate charged for one night I honestly could have and should have stayed at any of the properties next

The staff was absolutely the best, friendly, helpful, very clean, and funny including the GM. Who took time out of her day off to check on us. My ONLY wish is the outside sitting (pergola) area near the glass was cover for raining days. This was our second stay and we will be back again. Once again GREAT STAFF and the rooms were great also.

I came at 2:45pm to check in and was advise i couldn’t check in until 330-4 because the other guest had LATE checkouts. I came back at 4pm to find out i couldn’t even get the room I wanted because the guest there hadn’t left so she gave me another room at same price however, of course I wanted the room I paid for which had an accessible tub. I stayed the night and I went down the next morning to ask for a late check out the lady said they weren’t doing late check outs today. Talk about upset. It was already inconvenient that I came before checkout time which was 3pm and was told to come back but then not getting the room I wanted all the way down to not being accommodated for a late check out. Mind you the room was booked in January and was not available in February after confirming with staff the week before the date I came.

The staff was great! (LaDonna, Britney, & Mario) The hotel was clean, but needs updating. The carpet throughout should be replaced. It’s just old. The facility needs a facelift. The surrounding area was nice.

Pro: Good option near the airport. Big rooms. Con: Some bathroom maintenance and control better the halls, some people smoking marihuana.

Breakfast had little in the way of healthy options, charged for internet despite being a hilton member, automated recording all night long in the parking lot "this property is under all night surveillance, you are being recorded, leave the property". Must have woekn me 4 times

Our room was supposed to be smoke free. It smelled of smoke upon entering, and an air purifier machine in the room was running throughout our stay. Otherwise room was clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was decent, multiple options. Kids liked the waffles, and we had plenty to get the day started. Access to 77 was truly a plus!

Nice facility. It took 4 hours to acquire an extra roll of toilet paper & breakfast choices were hit & miss.

First night AC was barely working. Eventually kicked on at night. Original associate that checked us in was amazing, so welcoming and kind! Indoor pool is closed despite being on the listing with no warning it would be closed. There were brown things floating when I bathed my son. The pole the shower curtain hangs on was curved so the bathroom floor got soaked with every shower. Tv is cable only and no guide or anything of the sort so you can’t easily find anything to watch. Came down to breakfast around 840 to avoid big crowds and all was basically wiped out. No mugs, no coffee, no waffles, etc. We assumed they stopped making anything due to being health inspected. Breakfast is supposed to be until 9. I understand it was close but multiple people asked for more coffee and waffles. When we checked out, there wasn’t anybody at the counter. After a couple minutes she came out and helped the gentleman ahead of me and then walked off again. She eventually came back and looked as if she was going to walk away again before helping me to check out. Overall, disappointing.

The breakfast wasn’t very good ! Our room wasn’t very clean . They fire alarm went off nobody knew why . My room was very stuff my unit did not work at all. The police had to come on the property it was a lot going on that night !

You guys should have longer breakfast hours. Maybe 6-10:30. I think that's very reasonable. Most fast food restaurants have similar hours. I had to leave and go get food because I woke up at 9:08 other than that the stay was good

We thoroughly enjoyed this property, the breakfast was fantastic. the only downside was the room that we booked was not available which was a bomber, being that we were traveling with our 10 year old daughter, the room we booked would have allowed the privacy we were looking for.
