Great for what the price was , but the smoke detector battery was going off the whole stay and the ac smelled like it was blowing a musty armpit straight into the room . Other than that great place , has a laundry room too .

This Super 8 was remodeled and done quite nicely. Plain & simple, but fresh and clean. Very comfortable bed and nice size room. The area had a lot of traffic, but the hotel was away from the highway and noise. A lot of minorities in the area, but I didn't have any problems. Some restaurants near by, but I didn't go far as it had been a long day of driving.

From the moment we walked into our room I was not thrilled. The room was still dirty, floors not swept or vacuumed. The whole trip the room had a musty smell. Our TV remote was covered in grease and didn’t work. When bringing it to the front desk, the staff says “oh no, someone spilt stuff all over it, it’s dirty” when it clearly was. The A/C unit was covered in dust like they never clean that. The one headboard was barely attached to the wall. The linens were stained and dirty and had other peoples hair in them and there were burn holes for a “non-smoking facility”. The bathroom had mold from the vent not working and there was a I can’t tell you how old bar of soap on the top ledge/molding of the shower. 2 out of our 3 nights our key did not work. The cleaning service did not empty our full garbage cans either when doing room service duties. There was sticky stuff all down the floor of the hallway. The breakfast area was a hotel room transformed into a breakfast area. And lastly, the pictures posted for advertisement of this hotel are NOTHING of what the facility/grounds looks like.

The facility inside was decent but the surrounding area wasn't upkept and it is a unsafe area

I would not stay there again if they paid me to spend the night. Was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. There was not a window leading to the outside in any door that was not broken. The room did not have a smoke detector, and the air vent was falling off the ceiling. The floor was dingy and they were stains everywhere. The smell of marijuana wafted through the entire establishment. There was no elevator leading to the second story. They were homeless people all around the parking lot, and those staying in the motel were wandering around at all hours of the night as well. We did not feel safe at all. The pictures on the Internet do not tell the whole story. Additionally, they wanted to charge me $50 a night for incidentals in case something got broken in the room. When I showed the downstairs manager that the toilet seat was broken and falling off the toilet, he commented that he would ‘take note of that.’ Never offered to fix it. Never offered another room. This place is disgusting. It’s an absolute dump. A blight on the hotel industry. Everything they post on the Internet is a lie.

Front desk staff very polite and cooperative. Parking area around the hotel was well lit. Good breakfast.

It did not state online that it didnt have a elevator only stairs. Housekeeping could've been more thorough in cleaning the bathrooms. Plus it was located in the hood. As they say you get whst you pay for

Room smelled of cigarettes I have asthma and I couldn’t sleep my bathroom had hair everywhere and the ice machine didn’t work and the hotel sat in the parking lot of a bar that had lots of people hanging around outside of it

We had Roaches in our room, had to leave in theoddle of the night.

Called property to let them know I would be checking in late. The person I spoke to required I allow him to process my full payment as I’m driving and he alluded to the reason being I could lose the room. Upon arrival the whole place is outdated and smells of smoke. The place is supposed to be smoke free. When we entered the room the bed linens were dirty. They switched our room this one the bed linens were better but other things were wrong.! Red smears in the shower, small cracks / hole in the shower wall. Rust on bottom of lamps. Would not recommend to anyone

Walking bare foot in the room felt like walking on sand. I had to sweep it with the floor mat. The bathtub in the 2nd room was dirty, but set up as though it was clean. I had to wash the tub before using it. It had hair in different area of the tub from previous customer. There were roaches (dead and alive). The staff never provided their names. There was times when no one was at the front desk and no sign informing of their return. I was really disappointed to have paid $60 and change per night for that.

The room was clean but the hallway and stairs is horrible. Needs to have major upgrade including the room.

Shower had hair in it, sink did also. Room smelled like it was smoked in. Couldnt sleep due to kids screaming, laugh. Doors slamming. Called front desk, they said they would address it. Nieghboring rooms still msking noise. I left because of this. Requested a refund, they wouldn't give me lne.

Bed was too soft. Bed frame stuck out on sides, dangerous to ankles. TV remote was terrible. Mold in tub.

The room and bathroom were not even cleaned hardly at all. They tried to charge me twice for the room. There were people smoking in the lobby when we arrived and no one was present at the desk for me to notify/complain to - even when we left.

There was bed bugs in one of the beds. White stains on the chair in the room.

Couples trip for a concert! It was great for a one night stay. Convenient location - 13 minutes from Skyla Credit Union Amphitheater and directly beside Cookout. We had a room with a king bed. The bed was SO comfortable with very clean linens. A/C worked great. The room and common areas were fairly clean - could’ve been better. I think you kind of get what you pay for but I had no complaints. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy or special, though. Two different cereals, bagels, eggs, muffins, or make your own waffle. One downside is that you can easily hear your neighbors talking/walking. I would stay here again for a night if I had an event to attend.

I don't know how this property rated a 6.4 on Orbitz. The attendant on duty hardly said a word, no greeting no nothing. The room itself we were met with a funny odor and very loud AC. At least the room had a fridge and microwave and a TV with a good amount of channels. We will what breakfast has to offer in the morning.

The first room's air conditioner unit's buttons were broken. Front desk gave a choice of another room, where I later discovered the room could not be locked. The door lock could not be turned, and the safety lock was broken out from the door frame. Did not feel safe at all! Everything was very old and worn, and crumbling. Bed was clean, and ok. However, hotel is not in a safe area, and it was extremely noisy, hearing other guest yelling all night. We opted to not stay for a 2nd night, clerk was reasonable and refunded our 2nd night's price. That was the only positive about the stay.

Hotel is outdated. Ok for 1 night stay maybe. Bed sheets were stained and not thoroughly cleaned. Big hole in the wall behind toilet paper holder. Room window was not secure(easy to slide open) Did not lock! Breakfast was decent.

False advertising! This hotel is NOT located in the University area. It is located in Sugar Creek which is a dirty hood area. The only thing that matched the picture on the site was the comforter on the bed. This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel but it didn’t smell that way. When I got into the room I used the bathroom and got stuck in the bathroom as the door was hard to close and even harder to open. The air conditioning unit was held up with the help of duct tape and to top it all off, there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheets. When I bought this up to the staff on duty he still expected us to sleep in that bed. He ended up telling us that we can get a refund and leave and we did just that. His attitude was not professional at all. We ended up finding somewhere else to stay. I highly do NOT recommend!

The staff was very diligent in working with customers needs and the housekeeping staff was also diligent in providing towels and coffee to customers.

Did not check in. Traveling with family and the neighborhood was extremely unsafe...

it is not a good place to get! It was in a horrible area and had really sketchy people around to the point I had to leave for my safety. It had a sign that said they wouldn’t be liable if your car went missing.

Drove down from Michigan for the NASCAR races. Booked for five nights and didn’t stay a single one. The hotel it self seems fine but the area is sketchy to say the least. Pretty sure they have people who just live at the hotel. We had a guy by our window outside yelling at someone at the room above us. Walls seemed really thin. People just walking around the parking lot. Felt like I could hear everything going around us and everyone could hear us in the room. We decided after about 30 minutes in the room to just go look for a hotel somewhere else. They refunded me for the next 4 nights and we left.

The hotel was not clean. Everything is really old . Many homeless people stay the night there. I can’t not sleep watching the car because many drunk persons in every corner. Room smells cigarette. Many fighters outside. I felt scared the whole night. I just stay one night we my family because we are travelling to Florida. Breakfast wasn’t good but this was not relevant for me. Safety is the more important specially when you travel with kids.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. But outside and neighboring streets were not appealing at night time. Lots of weirdos few blocks away

Bugs crawling on bathroom floor and counter in breakfast room. Milk, butter, and cream cheese in refrigerator were frozen. Very few breakfast options, though flavored water was a nice choice. Loud garbage pickup outside at 2:30 in the morning.

This was a clean, economical room with everything one would expect. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient and the continental breakfast did include scrambled eggs. They were served in slow cooker that appeared to be on but the eggs themselves were stone cold. I have no other complaints though, and recommend this hotel for an an economy stay

We were working the ACC.championship at bank of america stadium. Needed hotel close, reasonably priced & included breakfast. I was offered Marijuana by some creepy guy by the entrance while i was bringing in my bags. The entire hallway to my room smelled like Marijuana. Walking back & forth stunk. The girl in 2 rooms to the leftbof me was screaming in the hallway on her cell phone. She acknowledged she was too loud yey didn't stop. Missed 2 days if breakfast as ends at 9am and by 8:30 breakfast almost empty. Our 3rd day got to breakfast at 8:15 and wasnt enough waffle batter to make 2 waffles and no syrup. 3 day stay so never had breakfast. Noisy. Everytime i left room many people lingeting in parking lot and right outside door. I felt unsafe. My card got deactivated and had to get fixed. Maids knocking on door very early in am. We needed to sleep as we worked very late everyday. Unfortunately only thing can say was fine was bed was comfortable and the price was fine. Would not stay again.

The floor in our room was dirty and the sink faucet leaked around the base and water ran all over the top of the sink. The front desk person was not at all personable. There was trash blown up all around the entrance. We were told by a local that the area wasn’t safe and not to go out after dark. The breakfast was ok.

This was a stay while I was waiting for my apartment to be ready for me. I say just about a month the breakfast that they offer is awesome.

They didn't have enough variety for breakfast. It could be updated a little bit better of the rooms.
