The hotel is located in very nice and safe area. I loved my room and how clean it was. The person who was cleaning rooms was very friendly and always greeted with smile. The reason I didn’t give higher rate because of the staff at my arrival and when I was leaving. I arrived with two suitcase and he was sitting just 3 steps away and didn’t move to help at least to hold the door (it is not automatic). Also when I was leaving it was 10:45am and I needed to make last shopping when he said “ it is 11am, time to check out”. I said it is not 11 yet, he is with kind of agressive voice said it is 11… I looked at my watch and said it is 10:45 and then he agreed. Kind of strange agressive attitude… I have been in Rome 6 times and never had such rude experience. Unfortunately I will not be back.

Concierge support for getting taxis to get around town was outstanding. Good breakfast. Listed as continental, but included scrambled eggs, cold cuts , cheese, fruit, and other regular continental choices. Hotel is small & tucked away, but room was nice & quiet. Within easy walking distance of Pantheon, Piaaza Navona & others.
