I didn’t like the parking fee.

Besides the drinks costing so much it was a great place to stay, only complaint was getting the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel ended up having to take a taxi which for 1 mile was 30 bucks

The shuttle took close to one hour however that was due to traffic. The room did not come with any water. The hot water was not working properly and the AC gave trouble so I had to manually take it off overall though the place is clean and the breakfast is decent.

The location, meals, service, and facilities of this hotel are all excellent. However, there is a daily parking fee that is not included in the room rate. This charge was not disclosed at the time of booking.

The staff at the hotel is great, but their shuttle service is the worst, as it only runs once an hour. We missed the first shuttle because it was at full capacity, and after waiting for 45 minutes without it arriving, we ended up taking a taxi. Overall, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast area on the 10th floor offers a nice space with a good selection of options. The pool is also clean and well-maintained. Check-in can take some time, especially if you're traveling with a large group. The area around the hotel is very nice, with plenty of dining options and stores nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel for families with kids.

The property was very nice and the room well appointed. Breakfast was good. I only wish it were easier to get a pool towel.

I am very happy with my recent 3 night stay at the hotel. The place is very clean and I was given a quite room on the end. The staff was friendly and helped me with the bbq grill. The gym here is excellent with heavy weights. Unfortunately, there was one rude black gentleman employee who, when I was upstairs, the cafe doors were closing (it was only 11am). The housekeeping woman was standing there and I asked what time will the cafe re-open. He rudely said "it will open when housekeeping finishes." I did not like his attitude because I only asked for an approximate time I didn't know it would close at all. Since I speak Spanish I asked the housekeeping lady directly and she said she would be done in about 30 minutes and not to worry. Other than this experience I had a delightful stay at the hotel.

The waterfront location was just beautiful to behold whether from the room or during the wonderful, plentiful complementary breakfast. I’m sorry to have missed the happy hour! The room was spacious and very clean and bed quite comfortable after a long day of travel. I appreciated the shuttle service however the pickup arrangements could use some improvement. I suggest asking for the party number and the arrival door number to locate your guests. We waved but the driver didn’t see us due to other shuttles parking curbside and blocking our view and continued on in the flow of traffic. We ultimately called for a Lyft driver. The shuttle ends at 11pm. The shuttle to the cruise port was also a bit confusing. Guests should be given a ticket of arrival so driver knows who to transport first. He arrived and asked a group of approximately 20 ppl “…who was here first?” We, as guests, handled it cordially but there is a better process to avoid potential conflicts going forward. Overall… I will definitely stay here again!

Pretty convenient location with several dining options. Clean room and nice common areas. The Blue Lagoon restaurant and fitness center on the 10th floor was a nice spot to get a bite. I would stay here again and recommend.

Breakfast was amazing. Was surprised at how much selection and quality there was. Great start to the day! One important thing that really hampered giving higher stars was the pungent mildew smell in our room and in the gym. Was a wet, clingy dirty smell. Really hard to ignore. All of us detected it, so it wasn’t imagined. There may be serious issues worth looking into because of this (ex: mold?)

Strange group of people. Lots of folks recouping from obvious hospital stays. Pajamas at breakfast and drains still attached. Other than that it is a great concept and I can see why they were there. Nice small kitchen set up living area and bed. Basically clean but my feet got really dirty walking on the floors. Good breakfast. No shuttle after 11 PM so plan accordingly

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything about it exceeded our expectations. Housekeping not atending our call when asking for towels and toilet paper

Nice big rooms and a good location. Unfortunately it seems they forgot any kind of sound insulation between rooms. You can hear everything from rooms next door and above. The fire alarm went off twice for no reason, and we had to evacuate. A member of staff with a clip board walked in our room everyday, without even knocking, no idea why. Overall it could be grear, but unfortunately is average at best.

Breakfast on the 10th floor had a nice view and the food was good, coffee excellent. Additionally, the airport shuttle is a plus and the staff friendly. I will consider staying at this location for my future travels.

It was great, really enjoyed my stay the breakfast buffet was definitely a plus and the Convenience of having different restaurants around and even the little plaza that was about 8mins walk with supermarket and even a Burlington near by and the shuttle service to and from the airport was also great the drivers were really friendly and nice… I definitely would recommend and I would definitely be back again! One little issue for me my neighbors next door was a little loud and had kids running in the hall way the rooms were not sound proof and could literally hear everything but it wasn’t that terrible but they can definitely improve in that area… the view from the 10th floor was amazing… Dinner was a little pricey and wasn’t all that good for the price but the staff was friendly and service was good..

Getting to this hotel was a little difficult but worth the effort. Miami traffic is the worst so make allowances on travel time. Try to get a room on the lagoon side. The airport and highway noise is continuous throughout the night. The FREE BREAKFAST is incredible. Hot, lots of choices, and a 10th floor dining room that is beautiful. Parking is in a issue. There is a parking garage adjacent to the hotel that charges $15/day to park. There is some ground parking that is free but finding a space here in the evening is VERY difficult.

The highlight of the day was the spacious rooms and the breakfast was amazing. The service was not bad, but they were just not very attentive. Which in reality for the price that you’re paying is expected the only other thing I would say is that the water Behind the hotel that the view overlooks was extremely polluted, that might be a little beyond them, though. The views were beautiful, of the airport and of the river. The facilities were beautiful and in a great location.

The highlight was definitely the hotel staff Kenny. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The front desk was efficient and helpful, housekeeping kept everything spotless, and every team member I interacted with went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made my stay feel truly special.

My initial interaction with the staff was terrible which is what prompted me to find another hotel to stay at. I work in costumer service as well so I get being overwhelmed with people and questions. The staff was rude and short so I gathered my child and belongings and left.

The hotel itself was awesome. I will stay at this hotel again. Only one staff member was sub par with his customer service. Not sure if he was having a bad morning or what. However hotel of itself and stay there was great.

Staff is rude- gave someone a key to our room and they entered while we were present. No apologies or trying to compensate for our trouble even after calling customer service. Would not recommend!!

The location was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was good, with the great views. We were only there overnight so overall, it was a good day. My main issue was with the staff during check-in. They were not forthcoming regarding the shuttle to the cruise port and they did not communicate effectively with one another so I ended up losing money.

The hotel itself was really nice and clean. The location was close to the airport and there were a few fast food places within walking distance. The front desk staff were very rude, not friendly at all, it felt like we were an inconvenience every time we asked for something like a pool towel or when we purchased a snack. They do have a bar upstairs that serves food and drinks. The service up there was great. It was a bit expensive for what you get, but we just needed a place to spend about 12 hours between flights.

Five star for everything but the staff. 1st could not get a simple answer on where the hotel shuttle picked up. When finally given a straight answer (2nd floor door 5 - NO reason it took THREE separate calls to be told this) the van drove right by. Had to pay $40 for cab to hotel. The reception are had very limited searing wand was packed. We were early ourselves, so that was not a complaint. However, due to website we were aware there was a lounge on site with seating. When we asked we were initially directed by a male employee where we could store our luggage and directed to the 10th floor. A female employee then rush over and told we were not permitted up there (clearly within our hearing). He disagreed with her and told us to go up. The lounge was huge and completely empty. There was dozens of people standing downstairs because there was not were to sit and a fantastic lounge with tons of seating empty upstairs. I am unsure which employee got the hotel policy correct. I know arriving/departing customers were being directed to the nearly restaurants. Perhaps the lounge is actual closed between check in/check out times to filter people to the restaurants within walking distant. We had a sit down meal at Panera before asking about the upstairs seating. Hanging out at the restaurant any longer was not feasible for us as we have a special needs child who is also in a wheelchair. Rating easily raised from 3 to 5 stars by being able to use the available seating.

I really love this hotel. It was located near a shopping center that was walkable. Also the restaurant at the hotel had good food options and the bar tender was very professional and polite. Also the breakfast was great and had a lot variety. Overall this hotel in my eyes was perfect.

Free breakfast included a pancake maker which was nice and the coffee was really good. They had Nutella packets to go which was great on the pancakes. The dining area included an option to be outside on a covered patio overlooking rhe water. Great place for a few days

What are the best Home 2 Sweet is good here by Hilton I love it except no balance service except we need to improve the breakfast very important. The boiled eggs was very cold and no service. No need plastic a spoon and don’t eat paper plates. It was very bad experience for the breakfast.

Awesome accommodations. The breakfast menu checked all the boxes. The shuttle service was convenient and timely.
